We get three transfers, but one is supposed to be fresh and I’m hoping they’ll honour the three if I need a freeze all because of having high AMH/AFC. I’m quite worried we won’t get any/many because of dh’s sluggish sperm issues and my ageing eggs but hopefully we do.

@Juno231 @thislittlebird our cyckes are syncing over the WiFi!😂 I'd be due same time, spoke to clinic today and they're going to manipulate cycke so I start norethisterone 18th Dec and take it until clinic appt 11th Jan for all consent forms, drug regime, show me how to give injections etc and trial of catheter insertion to ensure they can put embryo back. Great thing is wasn't sure if we were gona just leave it this cycle as its been 26 months or try anyway but this way its out of our control and no period or mood swings for 6 weeks! Sozzled xmas it is......
@Annny27 it's a bummer for you, I'd be so pissed off too, sometimes by pushing again and again they may consider, have you accessed PALS to negotiate this with nhs? We don't have enough money for private yet so luckily we qualify for nhs ivf

@kerrym87 our power! Are you doing long or short protocol? If my period is a little earlier without meds I could start stims in late Jan, with EC early feb.

@thislittlebird short protocol, stims to start around 17th Jan ish, collection end Jan beginning Feb (birthday is 4th Feb!) Booked annual leave in so not working much during stims, week off egg collection don't fancy too many 12 hour shifts feeling like I've got 2 melons in my stomach and having been pincushioned!

What annoys me even more is we were NTNP for some time before we officially started trying, assuming if we didn’t use protection etc and it happened it would be fine. But a feckin condom was involved here and it still worked. Fml.

On another note I am finding it a little hard because she has chosen to get an abortion which absolutely the right choice for her as they are newly in a relationship but it stings just a bit knowing that I want one so desperately.

I’ve got my email back from Guys saying I’m scheduled to start treatment w/c January 24th. Weird how it’s real now, I don’t want to do it but I have to remember lots of you guys did and it worked and it’s ok.
