Just a thread for any ladies ttc after a miscarriage! Nice to get some support from people going through the same thing. So I had a MMC at ten weeks nearly three weeks ago now. I'm still getting faint positive on tests. My ovulation tests are still all over the place possibly due to the HCG still being in my system. So not totally accurate right now. So I'm currently stuck in limbo land either waiting for ovulation or my period 🤔 any ladies want to join the journey?!?!

@MO22 I ovulated and was still getting positive tests! Was a bit of a mind f**k...only reason I know was I went in for a scan for retained material and the sonographer could see I was about to ovulate 🙈..she told me that and then I obviously went home to DTD! 😆 then got told off as was supposed to wait for a negative test x

@calimc83 last time I got pregnant my opks got weirdly darker to like nearly positive then I got a positive HCG test and then they were positive. But it doesn't work for everyone some people get lh surge before period. So wouldn't want to get your hopes up! Heres a pic see I was getting strong lines on opk before I got positive HCG test X

@chasingtherainbow1 I forgot to say, I'm really sorry for you loss, that sounds so hard to go from one to the next, my heart goes out to you. I really hope this cycle goes well...
God the early testing is awful isn't it, I really try and hold out. If I ovulated a few days ago technically I could be 2DPO as well (DTD just in case static smiley was right!) so you'll have a pal in the process depending on what on earth happens with these lines!

@calimc83 it's so weird that our bodies can ovulate so soon after those events. It basically made me think, crack on to be honest! How long did it take for the retained product to go and to get the neg test?

Honestly I dont know what to think at this point!

@calimc83 yeah just a waiting game now 😔 I prob will test in the morning just to see if it's fainter of its negative 😞

@MO22 thank you, we're hoping for third time lucky! We conceived first time both times and started trying between august and October until we had some NK cells tests. This is our first month back trying since those. Just frustrating how it was so quick the last 2 times.

Oh that's good that we're on the same DPO! You can encourage me not to test early 😂

@Skl2021 ohhh interesting! As soon as u mentioned this I trotted off to do a test. There was a faint line but I'm going to try my hardest not to do that again as don't want to build up my hopes 🙈😆 x

@MO22 it took me around 3 weeks and then after my first AF to finally get a negative test...but I had Medical management so not sure if that makes a difference? X

@calimc83 you will always have a line it's just mine started to get darker every day so I knew something was happening and it was too early for af! It didn't go positive until 7/8 dpo so your still to early! Haha don't take advise from me the serial tester 😬🤣 I really need to remove them from the house! X

@Skl2021 😆😆😆😆 nope I'm not going to do anymore..yeah I thought there was always some sort of line? Must resist buying frers...x

Bit of a random question ladies how is your skin after miscarriage? I have never been a spotty person maybe the odd one here and there but since then my skin is terrible 😭 especially my face! And hot flushes and itchy spots 🙈 is it just me?! Currently having an outburst now but didn't know if it was due to ovulation? X

@Skl2021 weirdly my skin was horrific when I was pregnant. Cleared up a bit now but always get spots just before ovulation ( on my chin/jaw) x

@calimc83 it's driving me mad and it's itching hoping it is because ovulation is near! X

@Skl2021 I had "perfect" skin right up until I had my first miscarriage in 2020 and it's been bad ever since, round my chin! I'd say now it has cleared up a bit but there is still bumps beneath the skin. Never had a spot in my life

@Hopingforarainbow27 glad I'm not alone! It's horrible I keep getting hot flushes aswell on my face like patches. I thought it would be the hormones but I'm nearly 3 month on now 😩 guess it's not going to clear up! X

@Skl2021 I know I'm just like oh let's add that to the list of things wrong 🤦🏽‍♀️ negative Nancy here sometimes (most of the time) lol

@Skl2021 my skin was HORRENDOUS after MC. Spots all over my face, neck, chest and back. I've got some medicine from the doctor now and it's cleared mostly all of it in a week.

AF arrived this morning 🥺 CD1 here we go!

Morning ladies, well I'm out 😞 no bleeding yet but a stark negative this morning and some painful cramping and bad back so I guess I'll start bleeding soon 😞 I'm gutted I've lost another it's only 4 weeks but it's still really upset me how daft. As soon as I start bleeding I'll be back on the TTC train with you all, but I will never test before AF is due again it's just too heartbreaking 💔

@calimc83 @Skl2021 thank you ladies ♥️♥️ my first period since my D&C. Been waiting 8 weeks for it and had hoped to catch but it is what it is 🤷🏻‍♀️ damn you AF!! But also bless you at the same time 🤣

@Skl2021 I was prescribed zineryt. It's a lotion that looks like a bingo dabber and honestly it's made such a difference. One of my first signs of pregnancy was awful cystic acne on my jawline and it just got worse after the MC. It's safe to be prescribed when pregnant so deffo give it a go. It's worked magic xx

@aesgriff thankyou will look into it. I got a huge spot on my jaw line in my tww which was my first pregnancy symptom! Now it's just constant since miscarriage. Can't stand it. X

@aesgriff @Skl2021 thank you ladies 💕💕 I think I'm still struggling from my MMC so my emotions are coming out from that also 💕
