Anyone want to join? I'm 34 and TTC #1. 2DPO and managed to only DTD twice as we were travelling for our honeymoon. Only using OPK's at the moment but may start temping in the next few months if no luck.

@MrsYan Sorry yes I did bbt for about a year just to track my cycles. Find it a little all consuming though I have to say! Even though it's super useful. Used OPks this cycle too which I find handy! I get so much EWCM though so I actually think I can rely on that as a sign in itself hilariously!

AF definitely in full swing. Little bit concerned that my cycle was 10 days shorter than last month but I suppose its only the 2nd since the implant was removed.

FW starts the 4th with ovulation on the 10th. Here is to November.

My AF started this morning too @Leibee87 😊 My cycle was 7 days longer taking it to 37 days which I'm not a fan of but I was stressed one week around ovulation so I think that's why. Here's to November indeed!! 🥳

What's everyone thinking about my chart?

I normally ovulate on CD 18/19.... do we think I may ovulate earlier this month? (I'm not with DP until tomorrow as I'm back for work 😩, when I got a high OPK yesterday I felt like crying but getting another high one today has made me feel a bit better)

Hey everyone, sorry I've not posted in a while! Honestly I've had to give myself a break from Mumsnet, feel like I was getting a bit obsessed with TTC and symptom spotting...

I had a blood test today to find out what's going on with my hormones. Should find out the results by Monday 🤞

That's good that you have had a blood test and get the results quickly. Do you have any inclination of what the results might be?

@MrsYan I feel like I definitely needed a break! It's been good to just take things a bit more relaxed and not be constantly testing/thinking about TTC.

I'm really not sure about what's going on, I have no idea why my periods haven't come back yet. Hopefully the bloods will give us some answers (rather than more questions...)

@MrsYan cycle sis! I'm 6DPO today. Not very anxious to test and I promised myself
I won't test until 14DPO which is next Friday :)

@BeatAroundTheBush I'm glad the break has done you good. It does all get too much sometimes. I really hope you get some answers from this blood test, keeping everything crossed for you.

@Peauela wooo cycle buddies! I am 14dpo next Thursday. Not a chance in hell I will be able to wait that long lol although I should! I want to test with DP but I worry if it's negative I will get all upset, so I may test by myself first. I have a wedding on Friday so I'm either going to be SOOOO HAPPY or an emotional mess and on my period 😂😂😂 can't bloody wait. How are you feeling? Any symptoms? xx

Hello! Month 2 for me now! I had a 45 day cycle last month, but I’ve already had my first flashy smile this month and I’m only cd 12, last month my first flashy was over 10 days later than this and my peak was on cycle day 30. My cycles are always around 35/50 days so I’m not sure this is accurate, I’m just waiting to see what happens!

Hi all. Not much happening here. 8DPO toda. I had to drive my DH to the train station at 5:30am and when I came back I drifted off and slept until 1pm like dead 😅

I promised myself I won't symptom spot too much this cycle because it's just draining but if someone was to ask me how I've been feeling I would say extremely tired and I have a weird tingling sensation in my lower stomach but it may be nothing.

I decided that I'm going for some tests in January if we don't succeed by then. We have only been trying for 4 months but if something was off I would rather know sooner than later. I will also try to lose some pounds as I've gained some weight recently.

Hi @Peonies94, pleased to hear you got a smiley! It must be really hard having irregular cycles as well, fingers crossed for your second cycle then 🤞

I had my blood test last week and got the results yesterday. Apparently my hormone levels are normal, although my LH came back quite low (0.8umol). I will ask the doctor what this means and whether I'm actually ovulating!

@Peauela pleased to hear you managed to get lots of rest to catch up on that early start! I completely understand about the symptom spotting, we're here with you while you wait 😊

@BeatAroundTheBush thank you! Yes hopefully doctor will he able to help in understanding what that means! This ttc is so difficult isn’t it! I’m only 2 months in, but who could have thought it could be so complicating!!

@Peonies94 yes same here, 2 months doesn't seem so long but I'm so impatient! And you just assume it's going to happen straight away for you, so I'm struggling with the fact that it's not 😂

12dpo today and to make my horrendous day even better AF turned up about an hour ago. 2 days early 😭😭😭😭😭😭

@Peonies94 we've been trying for 2 months as well, but not really sure what's going on with my cycles so maybe it's all for nothing 😔 no I don't have any children, this is my first time TTC. What about you?

@BeatAroundTheBush - what’s up with your cycles? Mine are crazy too! Is this the reason you had blood tests? I haven’t been to the doctor or had bloods, was going to see how the next few months went, so I’m curious. My first time too! Got married in the summer after postponing for a year, so I have already delayed TTC for a year for the wedding, so I’m desperate now!

Im just not sure what's going on with my cycle. First two after having my coil removed were 31 days, ovulation on CD18/19. This one is 26 days, ovulation on CD15. TWW only 11/12 days 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
