Anyone else ttc #2?

My dd is 11 months old and we have decided that now is the time for number 2! My daughter took 18 months to conceive with a mmc in between, so I'm expecting a long journey. This is my first month and I'm on cd4.

Try not to worry @GreenFlipFlop - good idea to see your doctor on Monday though just to be on the safe side. I know lots of people who have had a bit of spotting in early pregnancy and all has been fine. Thinking of you xx

@GreenFlipFlop it’s too early to tell but some bleeding/spotting is really common and doesn’t always mean the worst

Yeah my implantation withy DS felt exactly like a bad period was incoming. I was told it was pretty normal and everything was fine. Fingers crossed it's the same for you 🤞🏻

@GreenFlipFlop I had cramping and light bleeding for a day or 2 after I got my positive test. Hopefully it's bean just settling in x

@whatsthecraic91 it picked up a lot last night and its my period I think, I definitely think it was a chemical pregnancy, the bleeding is quite heavy and painful. I'm gonna keep testing this week just to see if it turns negative but I'm pretty sure it will

I'm 12dpo and have been having twingey cramps for about an hour so I think af is on the way and I'm out.

It was only a few days but I'd started to get quite excited 😔 @Chivari Thanks for asking ❤️ I was really gutted yesterday and this morning but now I just think it wasn't meant to be, hopefully our time will come again. Going to try and go into cycle 6 positive!!

Please can I join your thread? I am in the last few days of my period following my final pill packet and so will officially be ttc for number 2 by the end of this week!

We were very lucky with DS who is 10 months. We started ttc in Nov 2019 and conceived in Feb 2020. We actually found out we were expecting on the first day of lockdown!

Going into this full of excitement and not sure what to expect as we don’t expect it to happen so quickly last time!

I'm 9dpo and stupidly did an internet cheapy this morning which was BFN of course, why do I always do this to myself. Will try and fight the urge to test again tomorrow because I hate seeing the stark white tests! Expecting the spotting to start tomorrow so will constantly be going to the toilet to check! I really thought I would be much more relaxed TTC #2 but once we decided I just want it to happen now!!

Feeling your pain @wegoagain, I am definitely the same! Currently on cycle 3 and due to ovulate in the next few days I hope! But getting frustrated it’s not happening as fast as first time around

Welcome @MrsR87 ! Hoping you conceive quickly again. It took me ages to conceive my dd so I'm hoping to be quicker!!

I'm 13dpo and I think I've started spotting so will likely be on cycle 2 in the next few days. I haven't dtd since my fertile week because of bugs and colds in my household so by the time I've finished AF, it'll be time to start dtd again for ttc. Dh is going to feel very used lol.

@chanel05 I'm there with you. Tiny bit of blood when wiping so expecting AF to arrive right on time Wednesday. I don't really want it to happen next month because it will mean due date same time as number 1 (which is also the same as me!) so going to skip the OPKs

@Chivari I am due to ovulate in a few days too. CD9 and usually ovulate CD13 so time for babe dancing to start soon 🤞🏼

@Indianna2006 fingers crossed! Well I am now on CD15 and still have a flashing smiley face?! It’s driving me crazy. That’s now 6 days of flashing smiley faces. When I pull the sticks out, the lines seem to be getting lighter too? So maybe I missed the surge. But we have been dtd regularly so not too concerned.

I have serious bloating today though ☹️

In TWW.. No symptoms or anything at all.. But we always knew this month wouldn't be the best as we went away during last bit of ovulation so no BD.. Good to get away though 😍xx

Awww thanks @chivari we're being spoilt with the weather sorry personal question! How's your CM? I defo had fertile CM two to three days or so after.. I think I ovulated on Friday or Saturday as I had cramps those two days and then nothing the Sunday..? But where we haven't used digitals I don't know exact ov date so I kinda judge by cramps and cm 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 on Thursday I rekon we had a positive OPK.. X
