Hi Ladies

Thought I would create a channel for July / August TTC for those who didn't receive their BFP's this time around

I'm on CD2 now after sadly AF arriving. TTC no1 at 32 and this will be Cycle 4

I'm currently isolating with Covid after having 1 jab (which really messed with cycle 2 and 3) expecting DH to test positive v soon!

So sorry if I miss anyone or if you haven't got your AF yet or had a BFP ! But wanted to capture a few people as I've found these channels super helpful!

@purpleskyssssss best of luck I've also had some tests done privately as I have a short luteal phase basically less than 8 days after I ovulate to AF so I'm waiting to see the results of those. If you have a feeling I'd say just go for it ita better to know

@WyncyG sorry to hear AF arrived but sounds like you're feeling positive I totally agree with making it fun...I mean we did actually used go enjoy BD right hahah the first two weeks are always better than the last two in these cycles

@Nervousdave I had the exact same last month defo lines but never got a true positive on OPKs so not sure what happened I'd just BD if I was you

@wellitywell I couldn't agree more I've told my closest friends and my mum I find it a lot easier that they know and don't think it should be taboo either I think thatsvold fashioned and needs to be quashed. It also stops people asking which is helpful

@Dollface20 I did a couple of months with grapefruit juice, didn't make any difference to me tbh. Also tried pomegranate juice - still no BFP!

Ttc number 2
Had what I thought was going to be a bfp yesterday but completely negative today so period should come tomorrow.

Slightly disappointed. Cycle 6 came off contraception in December

Well I had my Dr's call this morning which I was looking forward to, but feel even more rubbish after it - they was 0 use - said I need to have been trying for Atleast 18months - 2 years for them to do any test/refer due to being young (25) and OH (30) and the usual 'it's not unusual for it to take longer then 1 year' rubbish, that makes you feel 0 percent better!

He said I need to stop smoking and drinking (I am a social smoker when I drink and I drink about every fortnight) also to not put on anymore weight as my BMI is 28. Just feel so rubbish now, when I first started ttc I stopped drinking/ smoking but it took all the social aspect out of my life and ttc was constantly on my mind as it reminded me why I wasn't doing anything.

Sorry for the long post needed to rant, I don't feel my close friends and OH get it, which I wouldn't expect but I just get 'relax your only young it will happen'

@ViL89 I believe in positive thinking in life makes good things happen so I’m trying to channel it for TTC as I’ve been more worrier than positive 🤣🤣 9dpo & still feeling i’m going to get that positive this month but frer was negative this morning :( but super early I know. It is the biggest rollercoaster I’ve ever been on it has to be said

@Dollface20 I have tried this for one month (grapefruit juice) it didn't get me my BFP but if defiantly did increase my CM I had it from AF stopping to ovulation - the only reason I didn't carry it on was because I am currently having a few months of so called 'relaxing' but come September if no BFP I will be starting it again 100%

@wellitywell yes I have told close friends, which has helped, although I haven't yet told my mum ( who I'm very close with) as I really wanted to surprise her, but I'm creeping up to 10months ttc and I am going to tell her cause I know she will offer great words of wisdom 😄😄😄

@purpleskyssssss so sorry to hear that so frustrating and unhelpful. I did the same and stopped drinking at the beginning but it made me so obsessed as I felt like my life was on hold. I gave up smoking last year but I was smoking and drink a lot more than you it sounds haha!!!

I went private just for ease to settle my own mind so would recommend it!

@Flossy1982 loving it and totally agree I think its so much more enjoyable to try and stay positive, Ive managed it some months but not others, I'm always worried that stress (im a naturally v anxious person) isnt helping be so trying to channel positive vibes lol

Well my positive thinking hasn’t worked just went to the loo and I’m spotting. The only time I haven’t spotted on the run up to AF is when I was pregnant so I’m taking it as a normal month. So much for feelings & symptoms 😩😩😩

Hi everyone! I posted yesterday on the other thread about my very faint lines. Took another 3(!) tests this morning... one with the sample I collected at 5am and another two with the sample when I got up. I now have 5 sticks with v faint lines, all in the same place and tinged with pink. I think this could be it?!? Sore boobs too. Any thoughts? I'm 12 DPO and using sensitive tests

This would be my first pregnancy after a traumatic loss a year ago so I'm not sure whether to be excited or terrified. But mainly trying not to count my chickens right now..!

Hey! Im currently 9dpo so right behind ya... have tested every day since 7dpo too. Feel the usual pre menstrual symptoms like sore breasts, cramps, and highly emotional... so confusing as it could also be pregnancy symptoms! when are you next testing?

I felt sick, have cramps and my boobs are slightly sore, but im just worried this is gearing me up for AF.

I took this earlier and got upset cos I didn't see anything after 5 minutes but it says up to 10 after reading the instructions. Threw it in my bag and then did some shopping and got it out to Chuck away but saw this. I can see a + but unsure if it came up within the timeframe. I are wary of blue dye tests but don't have any pink ones at the moment!

Hi @Capricorn8990 I can see it too but be wary of evaporation lines hun I had the same a few months ago when I took one out of the bin lol best of luck tho!!!

@ViL89 thank you! I think I'll wait til AF which is due in 2-4 days as my cycles vary from 28-31 xx
