Hi Ladies

Thought I would create a channel for July / August TTC for those who didn't receive their BFP's this time around

I'm on CD2 now after sadly AF arriving. TTC no1 at 32 and this will be Cycle 4

I'm currently isolating with Covid after having 1 jab (which really messed with cycle 2 and 3) expecting DH to test positive v soon!

So sorry if I miss anyone or if you haven't got your AF yet or had a BFP ! But wanted to capture a few people as I've found these channels super helpful!

Aw thank you for asking, im glad you are spotting anymore! How many dpo are you now? Im still spotting on and off. Feeling so tired and a bit nauseous but I haven't slept properly in days so that's probably that haha. I will test again in the morning and if still negative, I will wait until after the weekend. Im hoping spotting stops soon! Xx

So I was looking at my bbt app data from when I fell pregnant last time. (Seeing if I could glean any information about how to do it again!!) Ovulation was predicted as Saturday (though could feasibly have been the Sunday). We didn’t dtd at all in the 10 day lead up, then started ttc on the Sunday so dtd Sunday and Monday, and I fell pregnant. So it got me thinking, maybe this past year of ttc again we have been stopping dtd too early, I’m often tired out and usually stop on O day. Maybe this month I’ll carry on for couple more days of baby dancing! 💃 Maybe DH has super fast swimmers that die off real quick. Or maybe I’m reading too much into all of this and should go to bed 🤣

I would also like to retrospectively apologise to all the ladies who I casually told about getting pregnant after 2 days of ttc. I had no fricking idea about the ordeal of ttc, I know some of those people would likely have been trying- I was blissfully ignorant of that experience and only now know how much those throw away comments can sting. ❤️

@ashlove17 @Missy95 my spotting stopped yesterday morning. It was literally a few drops and slightly pink cm. But... I caved and did a test this morning and bfn 😭 pretty sure I'm 11dpo, although one app has me at 10dpo, but either way I don't think it's looking good!

I'm going to hang on and wait for af now I think. How are you both doing?

@LadyoftheWoods I don't know if its just my eyes or if I can see something there!

Im STILL spotting! Day 5 - longer than actual AF lasts for! It hasn't changed in heaviness, its still super super light and brown only when I wipe (sorry TMI). Im out of frers so only have cheapies which say negative. Im away for the weekend now so will have to wait and see. I have really bad insomnia at the mo and keep getting bad headaches. But no other symptoms and don't feel like AF is here or arriving at all xx

@Missy95 oh I squinted for quite the while! But I don't think so.

That's strange... I've had lighter periods before but I'd always have needed some sort of pad/tampon. Fingers crossed it's good news for you 🤞Hopefully the weekend away will be a good distraction for you, although I've been on holiday all week and can't say I've been distracted at all!

@LadyoftheWoods @Missy95 well I’m 11dpo today and did a test with fmu and it’s a pretty stark negative. Haven’t had any more spotting since the other day, it lasted about 6 hours. AF due Monday so I’m pretty certain I’m out but will cautiously wait and if it doesn’t come by Tuesday then I’ll test again. No usual pms feelings though which is strange for me

@Celina94 how are you feeling today? Have you done anymore tests? Mine arrive today so will do a second today and hopefully the line is getting darker 🤞 xx

@Aquarius1987 I've only been taking FRERs - and they ran out yesterday! but I took a cheap one step strip one today and it was a faint bfp but it's not very sensitive as it showed negative up until yesterday Unlike my FRER which as been positive for 4 days (dark line for the past 2). I've ordered about 6 FRERs that are coming today so will keep you updated!

I'm so bloated and have been sooo hungry every evening and night since finding out... literally ravenous!!! Have you had any symptoms??

Also I called the hospital two days ago and they said it was too early for me to come in, they told me to test again next week and if it's still positive then to call them and book an appointment .... the words "and if it's still positive" did absolutely nothing to calm my worried mind! Xx

I have also ordered 2 more FRER tests they are coming today I will do the test today and then again Sunday morning I think. AF is due Monday so may wait until Tuesday to do the next test, I also ordered the clear blue digital test but I will leave that one until Tuesday once period is late (hopefully!)

Haven't really had any major symptoms apart from sore boobs but I get this anyway before AF and also needed to wee a lot! Just strange I don't feel pregnant at all but maybe it's just the doubt in my mind so I'm not getting my hopes up! When would your AF be due?

Yes agree that does not help them saying that! But keeping everything crossed for you! I think I may wait until 8 weeks to make the doctors appointment xx

AF should be showing up today. All my test have been negative until Wednesday as I run out of test. I had few faint lines here and there on cheapies but pretty much looking as indents really. Last First response was on Tuesday and was completely white. Got one test from coop today while I was doing my shopping (don't even know why I even bothered to buy one) and took the test. Attached is the result that came up right away while the test was getting wet on the first minute. Why is it so faint and why is it showing now..? Is this another chemical? My last one was in May, and line was so clear. I'm not really understanding how can I get a little lines before the period arrives 🥺

AF is two days late, took a test this morning - bfn.
Worked nightshift for work which don't typically do so think that's thrown my cycle off slightly.

My period was due yesterday so just done a test and it was a BFP! Can't quite believe it. This will be our second, DS is currently 26 months. No real symptoms as yet, seem to need to pee a lot so maybe that is one??

BUT DH tested positive for Covid on Tuesday so now panicking I've got it too and it will cause me to MC. I guess there's not a lot I can do, did a PCR test yesterday so hoping that comes back negative and he's currently sleeping in the spare room.

Already worried about possible chromosomal abnormalities too, given I'm 38 this time round. Think I might do the Harmony test this time, has anyone else done that?

TTC and pregnancy just one big worry basically isn't it!

@Aquarius1987 awesome! That sounds good. How are you feeling today? I cannot wait for the 5 week mark. Il be away on a getaway from bank holiday till Thursday so will hit that milestone whilst away. I took a test yesterday and thankfully darkest so far. I've attached photo of them all (bottom two are 24 august when I first tested using FRER) and then next three are the 3 days since

The lines are looking good!! So my tests I ordered didn't come yesterday and still weren't due to arrive today so went out and got some clueblue ones, not sure if these measure differently to the FRER but think my line looks the same, my FRER has arrived today so not sure if I should do another or wait until tomorrow morning for first urine of the day? I'm feeling fine don't really have any symptoms yet? How are you feeling? X

Thank you and sorry to hear about your MCC in June, I had a chemical a few years ago and haven't ttc since, but second cycle and BFP but also trying not to get my hopes up just yet as I am still very early!! 4 weeks tomorrow! X

@Aquarius1987 okay cool! I'd say wait until tomorrow morning I think! And yeah I'm trying to stick just to FRER in case I do a different one and it ends up being a lighter line and makes me panic aha!. I don't feel much anymore just a bit fatigued. Have had a hard day today with little panic attacks about a MC, I don't know what to do to minimise these thoughts it's exhausting :( I'm honestly so petrified and I know it isn't helping and my DP has told me to not worry but I just cant not. Sorry that was a rant :(

I'm feeling exactly the same, I don't feel like it's really real yet as I just have horrible doubts all the time! Hope your ok! I've just had a nice bath to try and chill a bit! X

Exactly :( it just feels like a different type of extension to the 2 week wait... I've literally just had a lovely shower too and feel a lot better than an hour ago! I feel like this feeling isn't spoken about enough at all, but glad to have this forum, makes it a little less lonely! x
