Hi Ladies

Thought I would create a channel for July / August TTC for those who didn't receive their BFP's this time around

I'm on CD2 now after sadly AF arriving. TTC no1 at 32 and this will be Cycle 4

I'm currently isolating with Covid after having 1 jab (which really messed with cycle 2 and 3) expecting DH to test positive v soon!

So sorry if I miss anyone or if you haven't got your AF yet or had a BFP ! But wanted to capture a few people as I've found these channels super helpful!

Hi ladies, thank you all for your support. Even just speaking on here has made a huge difference. I will defo be speaking to someone to get back on the right track. I finally had a good sleep last night and no reoccurring dreams, so I feel brand new today!

Im approaching O at the weekend, and the next couple of weekends we have some nights away planned. I have a birthday celebration and a festival to attend, but im a bit worried about drinking during the TWW. What does everyone else do during this time in regards to alcohol xx

@Missy95 I just carry on as normal. After almost 2 years to conceive dc2, I eventually decided life is too short, and the baby is supported by the yolk sac for a while anyway! Having said that, I did do a couple of dry months before that bfp, then immediately before enjoyed a very boozy couple of nights out. So I don't think it impacts that much so long as your consumption is mild

@LadyoftheWoods my app says afternoon is best because the hormone takes a while to build up in your body, so you could miss it first thing. It also says to try to use more concentrated wee, like when you haven’t been to the toilet for couple hours. So that’s what I aim for. I only test once a day and always seem to find the peak within a couple days, but I know others say their peak can be brief so they test twice a day so they don’t miss it. Seems to vary.

I'm really worrying about this spotting now. I've done another CB OPK and it's still a flashing smiley. My spotting has turned to brown from pink.
Has anyone else had spotting cd13 or in the lead up to ovulation?
I'm not sure if it's something I need to contact my GP about after having CP last cycle.

uhh girls, I hope your doing ok, I've been doing so much better, wedding stuff has helped (only 17 days) so last Friday went out for dinner with my friend was so lovely to catch up, but talk turned to babies and she then gently told me she's pregnant again with her second, 15 weeks so not even early days, of course I'm so happy for her but knowing she's only been trying again since January and first pregnancy all worked out really hit me hard, i really struggled to hold back the tears and just ordered myself a wine she asked if i was ok and i just said yeah i know we will get there. but yeah was tough. i mean dont get me wrong i am super happy for her and knowing her son is going to have a sibling is lovely just its so hard as feel like everyone is pregnant accept me and its so draining. anyway rant over just had to let out how i feel or just breaks you down, thanks for reading.

@mummytoolive hi lovely, I've had ovulation spotting few times since my losses (never had before) and your bleeding around ovulation sounds similar, but if continues can always check with gp. xx

@mummytoolive hi there, I had very similar situation, the first month I ovulated after mc I spotted my entire FW, I havnt had it since, like others have said do just check in with your GP if your worried xx

Hi all! I'm new here 😊 thought this would be useful as i must be driving my partner mad! I had an early MC (5wk) in June - 1st month of TTC our 1st, I'm 35 so was surprised it happened so quickly! This is our first month of TTC since- I waited a cycle. I had some very light spotting when wiping ~6/7 DPO. There was one small blob/clot. Could this be anything else other than implantation bleeding? I thought maybe still recovering from MC? Did a negative test yesterday but not due on for another 3-4 days. also been having some cramps particularly when walking a lot. TIA X

Welcome @SLM1986 sorry to hear about your MC. I'm not sure about the bleeding but AF a not far off so you'll soon find out if it was implantation. Lots of luck to you!

@LeeTTCRainbow ohh darling I know how you feel. Two of my closest friends (in same sex relationships) had IVF - they both found out they were successful on the same day which was a few days after my MC. I didn't tell them I was pregnant or MC'd at first as didn't want to add to their pressure. I was genuinely so pleased for them but one sent me their 12 wk scan today and I couldn't help but feel sad and jealous. 😭 it will happen for us though. Let's keep trucking! X

Of course it was heartbreaking at first and for a while after but i pulled myself back together and back at it 💪 yes only a few days to wait- but as we all know it feels like a lifetime 😂 just wondered if anyone had any experience with implantation-type bleeding! Thanks for your reply xx

Hi girls hope you're good... Another month ttc, finally got a static smiley on CB OPK so ovulation should be happening anytime now... then onto the TWW all over again! Can't believe how quick it's gone since the last TWW ... definitely not looking forward to it but I have hope this month 🤞🏽

@LeeTTCRainbow I'm sorry, that's really tough. Glad you've found the wedding a good distraction - are you going big or small? 17 days is really close!!

@mummytoolive I think it's sensible to mention mid-cycle spotting to your GP if you're at all worried.

CD10 here, on my 4th day of flashing smiley and fed up of waiting for ovulation. Trying the fertilily which has mostly just been amusing. I'm a bit surprised by how "roomy" it is in there after DTD it wouldn't surprise me if DH's swimmers are getting a bit lost so hopeful the cup might actually do something. Nuisance that I've then got to lie awake until it's time to remove it though.

Hey! Hope you don’t mind me jumping on this thread. I’ve been on them for the past few months but took a month break from MN and from testing and tracking whilst I quit my job and started my new one to avoid the stress. 8th month ttc now and I believe I’m currently in my fertile window but haven’t been testing this month so not 100%. Just doing the deed as much as possible in the hopes this could be the month and if not back to testing in September. Hope everyone else is okay ❤️

@LeeTTCRainbow I also know ho you feel - one of my closest friends just told me she’s 10 weeks as well. So happy for her but of course it is hard too! I guess it’s because we often reach the point where we’re ready and trying similar time to our friends.

AF arrived for me today but just going to think positive, it will be time to try again soon enough.

@Cb91 welcome! Baby dust to you, good luck holding out I find it so difficutk especially when there are tests that claim 99% accuracy from so early on...I’m not known for my patience haha.

So I think af is starting, making this a 20 day cycle! I wonder if the cp last month has messed things up

Hi girls, just wondering if anyone has had anything similar… I’m using the app ‘ovulation calculator’ and it predicted I would ovulate today. On the 10th I had a negative clear blue OKP then went straight to a non-flashing smiley on 11th. I also had EWCM on 11th. My app changed its prediction to ovulating on 12th. Then on the 12th, it changed back to ovulating today. I’m so confused! Do I trust my CM and clear blue and ignore the app? And why does the app keep changing?! Xx

@MrsSG90 I would trust your CM and clear blue ov sticks, the app will just be a prediction so not guaranteed, are you updating your app with your clear blue results?

My apps would always be out by a couple of days and they would change depending on the information I inputted e.g low ov, high, peak etc.

I would just DTD as much as possible to cover all bases 😄

It's the day of the wedding today. I'm so gutted as they never face timed me to do the dress reveal 😢 they said that they would when they bride reveals her dress to the other bridesmaids and I'm totally devastated. I know it's not about me but I can only feel that if I was there and another bridesmaid wasn't that I would've made sure that happened 😞 ❤️‍🩹

@Capricorn8990 That's really tough, I completely understand people getting caught up in the moment but if it had already been agreed it would have been nice for someone to make sure it happened. Be kind to yourself today.

I was bridesmaid at a wedding last weekend, got slight symptoms and 2 positive LF results last night, awaiting my PCR result tomorrow. So looks likely I will be joining you in isolation! So rubbish xx

@JK739 ahh I hope your PCR is negative! I got to see some videos and was face timed for the speeches which was nice. Im just very sensitive at the moment.

How're you feeling?

I am out this month as ovulating today or tomorrow and haven't been able to DTD xxx
