June - 8DPO - Anyone with me?

babyboybluex · 10/06/2021 10:42

Hey,

I'm 8DPO and feeling super dizzy with a headache for the past two days, slight nausea and swollen nipples. It could well be AF as she is due in a weeks time (on my sons 1st birthday, how cruel is that by the way?!) Wink

Is anyone else on the same CD or there about? How are you feeling?

@pinkypink24 that must be really confusing. The mind boggles. If only there was a window to check up on what is going on each month!

@LeeTTCRainbow CD8 for me. This month is seriously dragging for some reason. I blame the rubbish weather and the lack excitement generally. Finding it hard to get motivated. I'm feeling anxious about using pre-seed this month with the other half knowing as he gets performance anxiety. I have also bought a ferti lily cup, which is again causing me anxiety. Why is this all so bloody difficult. Not sure whether to laugh or cry!

LeeTTCRainbow · 21/06/2021 15:12

@Pasha82 Yes the weather definitely isn't helping, its my bday this saturday last year was a heat wave this year going to be groggy and crap just like the rest of this year has been for me.

My advice is don't tell him, track but don't tell him when ovulation is just keep it more spontaneous for him, and can even on lead up tease him day or so before you think is fertile window that way he's ready to go when in it. id say do every 2-3 days in fertile window including day before and after ovulation, but also make effort outside window just so keeps his sex drive up, the less pressure the better he will feel and the anxiety will probz be non existent.

I know what you mean with no motivation in others aspects of my life, I'm hopefully getting married end of august (after postponing last year) and even that I'm struggling to get the motivation just feel so fed up with everything at the minute, worried about my dress as a little snug due to two failed pregnancies yet my body had adjusted, i brought it 2 years ago, but seamstress says not to worry yet i am, all these stupid restrictions still are making me just want to cancel but i really want to be married, just so frustrated cant have a normal wedding like everyone got to few years ago, annoyed got my AF this month and another month still not fallen pregnant and my due date for first loss is fast approaching 05/08/21, all my friends and family are expecting their babies in next few months and we are still no closer, and just think so far this year has been a load of poo and feel like whens it out time for some luck and enjoyment.

Pasha82 · 21/06/2021 16:37

@LeeTTCRainbow that is really hard for you and this pandemic has really messed up everyone's plans. Sorry to read about your mcs but at least you know that you can get pregnant and it will happen for you. If you want to be married then just go for it as it is not long to go. I find my brain shuts down when I have too much going on. TTC is stressful and wedding planning adds to it I imagine. I know what you mean about feeling annoyed about AF showing up.

Thanks for the advice and I will definitely try to be discreet with the pre-seed!

Best of luck for this cycle x

Waitingforyou1 · 23/06/2021 00:27

Hi all.
Never used mums net before so not sure if in doing this right. Just hoping for some advice.

I've been TTC for over a year now with no luck, never been pregnant before, no kids. I'm 36 years old.

I'm currently 6 days late from AF, when I was due on I had a breakout of spots which is weird for me, I had the worst tension headache for two days, the day af was due I had weird cramps for a few days, completely different feeling to af cramps, more pinching pulling, and then a dull feeling in lower stomach. Now that the 6 days have passed I have no symptoms at all, I have no CM, mainly dry if anything. I've done 3 tests, 2 cheap ones and one CB digital all Bfn. Any advice? Could I be pregnant? I really want this. Or do u think I just skipped my period?

pinkypink24 · 23/06/2021 15:10

@Waitingforyou1 can I ask if you have had the Covid jab recently?

How is everyone doing? Thanks

I've made a doctors appointment to get checked over on Monday as I'm now into cycle day 40 & still no AF, BFN's.... slightly concerned now. Have been getting a few strange twinge type / mild shooting pains type sensations in my abdomen womb area today, I can't recall getting such twinges with AF type pains before she arrived.

Will see what Monday brings I guess.

Happy Wednesday all x

Skincareaddict · 23/06/2021 15:24

Hi girls, in relation to the covid jab - I have short cycles (25 days) but with my 2nd Pfizer jab my cycle ended up being 30 days which is the first and only time its been longer than usual in my 14 years of having a period! It was also heavier and more painful when it did arrive.

There was no impact on my period of the first jab. (First jab in general I had 0 side effects beyond a sore arm). Second jab I felt lethargic and drained and had a temperature and then 2 weeks later it also made my period late so wonder if there's a correlation between side effects and periods

Pasha82 · 23/06/2021 16:57

@Waitingforyou1 hi, how long are your cycles normally? Everyone is different and it may be too soon to show up. Are you testing in the morning when you wake up? Hopefully you get a bfp tomorrow!

@pinkypink24 good luck for Monday and try not to worry. All we do is worry on this ttc journey.

No delays to my period following the first Covid-19 jab, but I haven't had the second yet. I'm just annoyed with myself because I started taking ubiquinol at quite a high dose and I've read on another thread that this can delay ovulation which to me just makes the month/ cycle longer. Anyway, I'm not taking it from tomorrow. I just need to chill out and stop being crazy about it all as it's not doing me any good. What will be, will be.

Waitingforyou1 · 23/06/2021 17:51

Hi, no I haven't had the covid jab. Now 7days no af. Last night I felt cramps that were more similar to my period pains all night, but no Af today, no sign of it at all. And I'm soooo bloated.

Waitingforyou1 · 23/06/2021 17:55

Usually have a 30 day cycle. I'm just super confused, and just keep getting bfns.
Today I am so bloated and have a weird heavy feeling at the bottom of my stomach.

LeeTTCRainbow · 24/06/2021 15:45

Hi Girls,

AF has now finally finished was sooo heavy and painful felt like was never going stop, but onwards heres to July tracking.

Whose with me???

LeeTTCRainbow · 24/06/2021 15:47

@pinkypink24 Good luck at the drs, sorry for asking hard to remember but have you recently come of the birth control?? as i had a super long cycles first few months coming off mine so could be that, just a thought.

ViL89 · 24/06/2021 19:56

Hi ladies been looking for a thread that's more current and seems I've found it hope you're all doing OK! I have a 30 day cycle and today is day 30 with no AF, been super naseuos and had bad headache but like everyone else I'm sure I'm symptom spotting, it's only my 2nd month ttc last month I was crazy with testing and researching but so far I haven't done a test! I'm 11DPO today. I'm too scared to do one. I felt super super low last month when I got my AF so totally sympathise with those of you who are feeling the same and fully expecting to be right there with you in a few days. Xxx

ViL89 · 24/06/2021 20:01

@LeeTTCRainbow

Just reading though your message sending you hugs I totally know your pain I had my wedding postponed twice too and ended up tying the knot in a super small ceremony in May, I actually loved it in the end and sure you will do too. I feel a lot more chilled since then, totally normal to feel bleugh you've had a tough time but I'm sure things will pick up for you! I went on a minimoon last month and it's done wonders for my mental health, just a suggestion sometimes getting away helps! I don't even tell my husband I'm ovulating, not sure how he hasn't worked out I'm only horny 5 straight days in a row but hey he'll take what he can get Grin

BubblegumBear · 24/06/2021 21:35

I’m 6 dpo I think. I turned the image brightness down a bit. Is this a positive?

June - 8DPO - Anyone with me?
Tashaj212 · 25/06/2021 09:12

I'm 8dpo today
Can someone help what this is please
If it's implantation or not .. I used my fingers to check then put it on a tissue to see the colour ect ... I don't usually have this before my AF .

June - 8DPO - Anyone with me?
Pasha82 · 25/06/2021 10:50

@Waitingforyou1 I hope you are doing well. have you taken another test or has AF started?

@LeeTTCRainbow yep, I'm in for July. CD12 for me.

@ViL89 hi, I would definitely take a test. 99% accurate on the day your period is due, so at least you will know one way or the other.

@BubblegumBear 6dpo is very early. I think I can see a vertical line but not sure if the dye has run. I would wait a few days and test again.

@Tashaj212 looks promising. I bled a little with my DD but that happened when my period was due, but the full flow never happened and it turned out I was pregnant. Take a test tomorrow perhaps. Best of luck.

How are the other ladies doing this cycle?

ViL89 · 25/06/2021 10:55

Hi @Pasha82

Took a test this morning and got a BFN it's amazing how much I can convince myself yet again here I was so so sure. I'm worried I have a short luteal phase as I only have 12 dpo before my AF. Either way it's negative and I've got spotting this morning too so I'm in for July tracking!!!!

@BubblegumBear 6dpo is a little early I'd wait a few days!

@Tashaj212 hard to tell but best of luck for you

babyboybluex · 25/06/2021 11:09

Sorry @LeeTTCRainbow! I saw you tagged me.

Been busy with an outbreak at my son's nursery so that has been quite time consuming! AF arrived for me last cycle, however, I am CD8 and hopeful for this month.

How is everyone keeping?

Waitingforyou1 · 25/06/2021 11:49

@Pasha82 hi, nope still no AF or BFP, i dont have any CM, every morning im woken up by the need to pee, which is not normal for me. I also have cramps and a heaviness in my stomach, im quite irritable, ive noticed that i keep geting breathless and tired easy, im trying to move house too, so its really difficult as i dont know if i should be lifting things or not. I just wish i knew. My last period was nearly 6 weeks ago now, still BFN's though.

pinkypink24 · 25/06/2021 12:35

@LeeTTCRainbow hello 👋🏻 lovely x

Yes I came off the pill 4 months ago, although my 3 recent previous cycles were all 24 days.

Still no AF, nothing. Except some strange womb twinges that I've never felt before ( would be too early for it to be implantation from most recent DTD & supposed ovulation) I'm giving up trying to self diagnose now🤷‍♀️ Will see what my doctors appointment on Monday brings.

Happy Friday all, hope that you have a nice weekend x

pinkypink24 · 25/06/2021 12:38

@LeeTTCRainbow hope you are getting ready for DTD time with ovulation impending 🍆💦💓 😂

Huge good luck to you for this month 🍀🤞🍀🤞🍀🤞🍀🤞

Pasha82 · 25/06/2021 14:59

@ViL89 sorry to hear that. It messes with the mind as the symptoms for pregnancy are identical to AF. Fingers crossed for July.

@Waitingforyou1 what is the longest cycle you have ever had or are your cycles like clockwork? It must be frustrating for you but hang in there. There's still a chance if AF hasn't arrived.

LeeTTCRainbow · 25/06/2021 15:23

It doesnt rain it pours.
Honestly this last year and this year is cursed for me i swear.

. Engagement ring broke had to have remade in time for wedding
. Covid then cancelled hendo and wedding
. My dad had a scare with his heart thankfully ok.
. Found out pregnant in November then 3 months later missed miscarriage then lead to D&C
. Lack of period and going through all that stress.
. Found out pregnant again in march, then another miscarriage.

. Been trying since and no luck just had AF.
. And now my mums in hospital with a broken back with 9 weeks to go before wedding.

Long story short my mum had a accident last night fell off her horse, she's ok in herself luckily just in alot of pain, but turns out fractured her back in 2 places and broken her leg, wheelchair will be needed, and recovery is 5/6 months i just cant believe it, she's so upset about it all and more so about the wedding situation.

Just cant believe so much bad luck can happen to one person.
Happy Friday.

Waitingforyou1 · 25/06/2021 15:23

@Pasha82 usually a 30 day cycle, been regular all year, really frustrating, but today I'm feeling that AF is on its way. Think it's coming soon tbh. Shame. Not sure if it will ever happen for me.

Pasha82 · 25/06/2021 16:01

@LeeTTCRainbow oh no, that's terrible, your poor mother and that's not what you need in the run up to your wedding. You've had your fair share of crap this year. Things have to start looking up for you. Stay positive even though it is hard. Can you book a night away in a hotel or book a massage just to relax. Sending hugs x

@Waitingforyou1 stay positive, it's early days and it will happen. It took me 12 months with my first. I did pretty much the same thing each month. It was only when I stopped trying so hard that it eventually happened.
