June - 8DPO - Anyone with me?

Hey,

I'm 8DPO and feeling super dizzy with a headache for the past two days, slight nausea and swollen nipples. It could well be AF as she is due in a weeks time (on my sons 1st birthday, how cruel is that by the way?!) Wink

Is anyone else on the same CD or there about? How are you feeling?

@babyboybluex how are you doing? realised not heard from you in a while. x

Skincareaddict · 15/06/2021 18:03

@Cheekymonkey3112 I hate it too - if its not my cycle then I wish AF would just turn up for a day then move on so I could go back to ttc. A girl can dream right?

@Pasha82 sending you hugs! I'm at that stage right now..maybe tmi but I have had a bit of light pinkish blood but only a couple of drops. I never ever had this before ttc (it would be straight into a heavy flow) but while ttc this is my second time having it..hoping its implantation bleeding and will test tomorrow if the flow doesn't increase.

@LeeTTCRainbow thanks but I think AF might be here now...although praying its a light implantation bleed
The fact i go through this roller coaster every month of 'ooh I have symptoms' to 'ohh AF is coming' and then refusing to accept when she does arrive makes me sound so stupid when I type it out!!

Pasha82 · 15/06/2021 18:40

@Skincareaddict fingers crossed it is implantation bleeding. I do exactly the same each month with the symptoms and thinking this is my month, only for AF to show. It's hard to stay positive sometimes but at least the sun has been shining! Let us know how you get on.

Cheekymonkey3112 · 15/06/2021 18:51

@LeeTTCRainbow hopefully that's a good sign 🤞🤞 when are you testing? Still no AF for me. It usually comes between cd28-32. I'm on cd28 today.

@Skincareaddict I know its so true I'm the same, I also refuse to accept AF has turned up too. I think its our minds way of letting us down gently and protecting ourselves 🤷‍♀️ AF hasn't showed up today so we will see if she comes tomorrow

Pasha82 · 15/06/2021 19:19

@Cheekymonkey3112 fingers crossed for you. The wait can be gruelling!

LeeTTCRainbow · 15/06/2021 20:02

@Cheekymonkey3112 I tested yesterday as was feeling off, got a vvvfl on clear blue at 11dpo could be a indent so leaving until Friday as AF is due Thursday so not long to wait now.

Today I randomly checked the test and the line is more visible I know isn’t reliable as out of time frame but so show I’m not seeing things.
Will post pics below.

LeeTTCRainbow · 15/06/2021 20:04

Middle pic is when dried and not in time frame.

*end picture i meant, changed layout as posted.

Cheekymonkey3112 · 15/06/2021 20:08

@Pasha82 thank you so much, I've turned into an absolute symptom spotter which I swore I wasn't gonna do!! 🤣 even when I'm 80% sure I'm out I still hold on to that 20%.

@LeeTTCRainbow
Ohhh!! I can definitely see that. I know it happens and people say it can dry with a line and it not be reliable but I have to say not once have I got a line after mine have dried if I haven't actually been pregnant. Even when I take the test apart, hold it up to the light, put it in black and white and fiddle about with filters 🤣 so I'm definitely thinking you've got a positive there ❤ hopefully it'll be a big fat chunky strong line on Friday for you!

Pasha82 · 15/06/2021 20:31

@Cheekymonkey3112 there's nothing wrong with holding onto 20%. We have to stay positive.

@LeeTTCRainbow that looks positive so fingers crossed for FridaySmile

Skincareaddict · 16/06/2021 09:04

I'm out girls, AF is well and truly here. Feeling really sad and bleurgh, will take myself on a shopping trip during my lunch break to cheer myself up.

On to the next cycle!

Skincareaddict · 16/06/2021 09:05

@LeeTTCRainbow that definitely looks positive to me! Hopefully by Friday it should have developed into a stronger positive

LeeTTCRainbow · 16/06/2021 09:58

@Skincareaddict @Pasha82 @Cheekymonkey3112
Morning girls, I caved and tested this morning I think clear blues must of been a indent as FR is negative this morning, Feeling deflated, AF due tomorrow as 14dpo but technically I’m late as last two cycles have been 13th April & 13th May but I ovulated a week late so brings my AF to 17th this time, I guess we will see, if doesn’t arrive next few days will take another test at weekend but not holding up much luck, but I guess not out until AF shows, So frustrating. 😫 xx

@Skincareaddict sorry to hear about Af turning up, yes def treat yourself, retail therapy always helps. Sending love. Xx

LeeTTCRainbow · 16/06/2021 09:59

Forgot to add my test 🤦‍♀️

June - 8DPO - Anyone with me?
Pasha82 · 16/06/2021 10:00

@Skincareaddict sorry about AF arriving. I totally feel your pain. I'm CD3 today so not that far in front. I've ordered vitamins and pre seed for next month!

Pasha82 · 16/06/2021 10:02

@LeeTTCRainbow that's really frustrating. Like you say, you are not out until AF. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

LeeTTCRainbow · 16/06/2021 10:10

@Pasha82 yeah very, have no pms cramps or spotting to suggest it’s on its way, so here’s hoping I just implanted later and BFP next week 🤞🤞

pinkypink24 · 16/06/2021 10:13

@Skincareaddict Get AF out of the way then onto the next cycle of trying 🙌🏻

@LeeTTCRainbow wowsers I'm loving the pic you posted... all fingers & toes crossed for you this Friday my lovely 🥰 xx

Still no sign of AF here, I'm now 31 days since last AF but I guess I haven't been tracking long enough to know if this cycle irregularity is a regular occurrence for me 🤷‍♀️

Have any of you had the Covid jab ( pfiezer I had ) & noticed that it knocked your cycle off balance?

pinkypink24 · 16/06/2021 10:15

@Pasha82 I've ordered pre seed & vitamins too!

LeeTTCRainbow · 16/06/2021 10:25

@pinkypink24 hey lovely thank you, but unfortunately I think clear blues might of been indents as I caved this morning and took a FR which is negative this morning, Feeling deflated. So frustrating. 😫

Don’t worry too much lovely takes a while for cycles to regulate after coming off contraception, I had vaccine back in April and had two cycles regular as clock work, this cycle on other hand is a week later meaning a 36 day cycle when I’ve always been 31 days so who knows what’s going on.

AureliaRose · 16/06/2021 10:56

I caved too this morning and took a test.14DPO and a bfn. Feeling a bit nauseous today, but could be the heat or AF on the way. I'm so irregular that AF could be due tomorrow, Friday, Saturday or next week! I'm 40 and this is the first ttc ever so I'm new to it all. I know it's only month 3 ttc, but I didn't realise how stressful it would be or how desperate I'd become!

Pasha82 · 16/06/2021 11:02

@AureliaRose I am 39 and month 3 ttc. I have a DD but it's still very stressful when you feel that it will never happen. It's funny how the mind can behave irrationally. It's all very consuming and hard to think about anything else. I just feel like time is against me, but we have to remain positive and let the body do its things.

pinkypink24 · 16/06/2021 11:14

@Pasha82 @AureliaRose Hi lovelies x

P.S Im 41 & it's my 1st time TTC. I swore to myself that we were just going to let 'nature take its course' and see what happens & that I wasn't going to turn into a crazy or get desperate about it all 😩 It's all new to me too, I've only been off the pill & tracking periods for 3 months ... I feel I have a lot to learn regarding getting to know my body in such a short space of time as time is no doubt against me too.

I've just purchased these - I've noticed that on other forums there is talk that they have been recommended to take by IVF specialists as they can help improve egg quality etc, absolutely no idea if they will help but worth a shot ( they come recommended for older women too such as myself )

Pasha82 · 16/06/2021 12:14

@pinkypink24 thanks for the tip. I will look into those. Part of me feels like I'm trying too hard and that inadvertently is causing stress. I am trying to get healthy ie more exercise and less eating junk, but I love wine and chocolate! It is early on and coming off the pill does mess with the cycle. It will happen ladies x

AureliaRose · 16/06/2021 12:33

@Pasha82 @pinkypink24 Thanks ladies. You've made me feel a lot better knowing that I'm not alone. Will keep trying to be positive and time will tell.
