TTC - Ovulation

Hi!

I have been TTC this month. I got a flashing smiley face on the clearblue OPKS this morning so all is looking good! I would love to talk to anyone else who is also TTC this month... I am currently driving my husband mad as it's all I can talk about. 😊

I was, but I chickened out. It's still eaSier to just wait isn't it for period to show!! When will you do it?!

@MrsRosaline was AF due between sun and today? If so you should deffo test! When did you last wee?

I last did a wee af lunchtime and will need a wee when I get home so I guess I'll test then unless I chicken out which I might well do! Xxx

Yes, I think given the date of ovulation period is probably more realistically due tomorrow. Problem is I wee alllll the time. At least once an hour so I think it'd be too diluted!

BFN for me x I'm feeling ok but a bit deflated as I've done well this month not testing etc, so think it makes it even worse in a way!!! I've had so many symptoms the last few days too!

@MrsRosaline due tomorrow and 14dpo today so should deffo be showing up by now on a FRER if I was pregnant x

I feel like I’m very close on ovulation. I took two tests, one is positive and one is a close negative.
What would you think? My Clearblue still says high, maybe tomorrow morning it’ll say peak?

Thank you for your support everyone. I just feel really cross with the entire TTC process-how PMS is different every month meaning that last month I had no PMS symptoms which led me to believe I was pregnant then this month I've had loads of symptoms including nausea/headaches/increased urination/heart rate etc but turns out it's pms not pregnancy! I'm ok just feeling abit grumpy with it all! Xx

I would be grumpy too! That's partly why I still haven't tested because I'm not ready to deal with it. TTC is such a headache, honestly. You get your hopes hope every month and then have to start again. But the next fertile window does come around, and you'll have another chance in two weeks-ish!

@newtolineofduty aw that sucks! That's why I don't test. I got my tests delivered today and will use tomorrow but I'm not confident I will see any lines🙄 I just feel all my feeling rotten is just delayed AF! And I know if I test tomorrow it'll turn up in the afternoon🤷🏻‍♀️

Ahhh @newtolineofduty it's horrible isn't it it's like a cycle that does around and around and every time you think oh I won't think about it and then we do. I'm still in limbo land have some pains today though and back ache and heavy feeling so reckon AF on the way too x

Exactly, 10 days isn't that long! I'm still undecided about testing tomorrow. I do sometimes have a 13 day luteal phase and tomorrow would be day 13, so it wouldn't be a massive surprise if I was actually due on Thursday! Urgh I dunno.

@MrsRosaline if you're pregnant it would deffo show up tomorrow, I think it's more of a case of whether you're ready for it! And worst case scenario if you're not would you rather see AF or a negative test? For me I'm really regretting the test and will deffo be waiting for AF next time x

I've just been googling frer false negatives (because I'm clearly clinging on to some kind of hope!) and something came up about potentially faulty control lines looking like little dots...I revisited my test and noticed that mine looked like this! So now I'm wondering if the test is defective! Still no signs (cramps etc) that AF is coming and it's been two days of no cramps!!! If you zoom in what do you think!?

Did you get them from Amazon by any chance?

@MrsRosaline no I got them from a pharmacy so should be able to trust them....

I think I'm just clutching at straws but I'd be more likely to take another on Thursday now if AF doesn't show tomo but I'm 99% sure I'll wake up to her! X
