6 days late, not like the first time ! Any one else?

Hi everyone!
So I am 6 days late! Had bad af cramps like usual and a lot of extra cf for m 4 days at time of af due! But nothing happened. I have done some test thought could see something faint at start but not convinced now as can’t see anything. Very unlike me to be late!
With my first, I tested day before af was due and there was a strong clear line instantly but did have several hyperemisis untill the min she was born.
Could I be pregnant this time, with it being so different! Going a little crazy!

Hi Caz, yes me also, 10 days late now. Also had a lot of CM (including EWCM) a couple days before period is due. Have had bad bloating that has not gone down since my period was due - to the extent I can’t fit in my jeans. All neg tests so far.

Have you had any changes since yesterday?

Hello! So good to hear from someone in same boat as me! ... 7 days late now! still having on off cramps and now sore boobs! Not like period sore though!
So confusing isn’t it.
Are you trying for your first? X

Same here- now a week late, 3 tests all negative. Alternating between being puzzled/upset/angry! Very confused.

Yes first baby, but I had a miscarriage last year, at the start of ttc. Because it was the first month we tried I wasn't really expecting anything, but think I took the test when I was a couple days late and got a clear line like you.

So I've also no idea what's going on this time!

Do either of you have any period symptoms? I had nothing, but just started to get stomach ache last 2-3 days, back has started to ache a bit, and upset stomach in the mornings. I do get back ache before period, so wondering if it is eventually coming.....

Nothing worth mentioning tbh- back ache but I think that's poor posture! Tempted to start OPK again just in case

😁 could be that for me also slumping over dining table wfh!

I think my period might be on its way, which would mean I ovulated basically at the time it should have been due.

Yea I had af cramps for about 5 days and very sore boobs today but that’s about it. Have felt a bit sicky too which could be in my head 😂😂
I keep feeling like I’m coming on or have come on but just isn’t happening!

Good morning ladies, same boat here as well.

3 days late with negative tests a couple days before and on day AF due. I've had constant nausea for about 5 or 6 days now ranging from quite mild to feeling like I'm about to be sick alongside frequent diarrhoea (sorry for tmi) after eating and occasionally waking in the middle of the night to rush to the loo with AF-like cramps which is very much in line with the morning sickness I had with my 1st. Also having lower back ache similar to AF/previous pregnancy, occasional dizziness and more tired and moody than usual.

Not a hint of AF yet though and I'm usually spot on when due. With my 1st I didnt test until I was around a week late and got BFP so hoping the next few days bring some answers.

Hi everyone, sorry we’re all in the same frustrating boat. Well I rushed to the loo thinking I was starting, and nothing but ewcm again. I’m so confused now. Am I now starting to ovulate on my next cycle? It would be a few days early for that but who knows

Hi eager to know ! Sounds promising if you feel the sane as you did Before!
My first I tested day before I was due and there was a clear line straight away but then I had hyperemisis from that second until she was born so I think had strong hormones. I was hoping being a week late today I would of got a positive but just feel more period like so think it’s coming.

A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 - so confusing! Have you thought about ringing doctors for a blood test ?

@caz1319 I know it’s so hard to tell if you’re actually nauseous, or slight digestive discomfort you’d normally ignore 😂

@caz sport to hear about your HG, that would honestly be my worst nightmare. Wow. Unless you ovulated a week or so late so there’s not enough hormones maybe yet

I think I will do if nothings happened in a week or so. Or get a private hcg test. I don’t want to waste their time yet when there are prob I’ll people trying to get an appointment

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 deff , think you concentrate on small things that you would usually ignore . Am trying to just relax and see what happens. It was quite a horrific 9 months but keeping all my fingers crossed it doesn’t happen again!

@caz1319 fingers crossed for that also. Hopefully also if it does your dr will take it seriously straight away given your history, and get the good meds out straight away x

Yes from the blood testing clinics, about £50, will probably be cheaper than all the money I’m racking up on clear blues and frers

Hahah yeah ! I think I have a slight obsession with taking them. I’m trying to stop myself but I can’t help it 😂😂

Hi @caz1319! HG sounds awful, hopefully you won't have to endure that again. I've been assured by a few friends that morning sickness is easier the second time around so hoping that rings true for you!

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 A private test could be a good way to go, at least then you'll know either way and it's not too expensive considering how much pregnancy tests cost.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much but it really does remind me of last time, particularly as with AF I only ever get nausea, cramps, backache etc for one day either the day before or on the day it starts. Forgot to mention I've also been feeling warmer/hot for the last week or so which was one of the first symptoms I had last time, have any of you had the same?

I last tested negative yesterday so I think I'm going to wait a week and try again if no AF. Let's hope we all get good news in the next week or so!

@EagerToKnow have you felt crampy for longer this time? I don’t think I have felt warmer , I run quite warm anyway so havnt noticed! Good sign for you though. I’m just absolutely exhausted, not working at moment as we are closed and not doing anything but feel so tired every day and can’t stop eating! But that could be lockdown life hahah

Yes I hope we all get a positive ! Keep us updated if you test! What test are you using?

Just bloating here for the last 2 weeks, and upset stomach each morning last three days. Only weird one is crazy dreams which I remember when I wake up - don't normally get these.

I don't think that I am, I think this late it must be something weird with my cycle 😣 I'll give it two more days I think, which will be 14 days from the ewcm just before my period.

Sounds good for both of you though!, fingers are crossed!

@caz1319 I get cramps most days when the nausea gets worse, or occasionally they wake me up in the middle of the night. So I'd say I've had them on and off for about 5 days, normally for AF it would literally be the one day at the very start then nothing. Paracetamol helps with the cramps but nausea stays the same no matter what I do, don't even get relief after having to rush to the loo which again is similar to when I was pregnant with my first.

I'm not working either and am always knackered, though I have an excitable toddler so could be her wearing me out, hahah. I'm using clear blue digital, what about you? I'll definitely keep you updated!

@EagerToKnow sounds so positive! Hopefully something will show on a test in next few days! I would like to blame it on my toddler but she still goes to child care ( just to keep some normality for her ) so I’m getting days to myself which is lovely but just want to sleep and wee all the time 😂

I was using clear blue but just have some cheapie strip ones now to keep addiction cheaper 😂😂 going to leave it till end of week and if no af wil get a proper test!
