I’m currently enjoying my first glass of wine in about 10 weeks. Will happily give up alcohol for a baby but no baby I need alcohol 😂

On the supplements - taking more than 10mg if vitamin b6 can cause nerve damage so might be worth reading up on it before taking it. I had bought a 50mg supplements but now I am going to try and get a 10mg version as I am scared haha!

@kiwi17 looks like you read the same as me haha! It's on the nhs website not to take more than 10mg :)

@babyghirl my hospital appointment is 22nd so cd12 for me. Hope I dont ovulate until cd16 or something so we get a good chance haha

Remember every pregnancy is different so don't count urself out and you prop felt pain sooner cause It implantated in the wrong place 💚

Cd1 here for me lol started yesterday but just brown spotting so red today so they say count that as CD1 first day of red 💚

Yep I always count the first day of red flow as cd1! I am cd3 today and period winding down a bit now - will be just a bit of light flow tomorrow then spotting on cd5

I also had the worst cramps this month! Was needing a number 2 and feeling sick and having intense cramps haha! Never fun 😂

Folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin D have been ordered and dh has got some man vitamins too so fingers crossed they make a difference! Went for the 50mg of B6 in the end will just see how it goes and if I get any symptoms I'll stop taking them. Fingers crossed for us all this is our cycle! 🤞

I was taking vitamin d but I took it one cycle and it delayed my period by a week and same the second time so I don't take it anymore lol but fingers crossed its r cycle ladies for us all

@Babyghirl thanks hun the only thing I have noticed is one off pain in my right side where I had my ectopic my consultant said I might get that due to scar tissue I am so scared but other than that it's been normal x

Awwww don't be scared when u get pregnant again they will keep a closer eye on u from the beginning just incase xx

I'm feeling rubbish today tired drained want a bed day period is knocking me for 6 bed day with a pot of stew on sounds the ticket but I have to go to work might even try for a half day lol 💚

Well got my half day yeha home pot of stew on and it's then a sofa day with my hot water bottle for me 🤗🤗🤗🤗 xx have a great day ladies remember it's a new fresh month and another month for some bfp 💚 x

I had a second scan and all is good 😀 was just a routine check they do at my hospital and I wasn't far enough along at the 1st appointment

@kiwi17 I’m taking a pregnancy supplement called wild nutrition fertility, it has folate and lots of other vitamins in it, and just started taking uniquinol.

My cycles are 35 days, on day 10 today so a long way to go yet! I am wondering if cutting out dairy and taking the inositol will mean I get a regular 28 day cycle so need to make sure I don’t miss any possible earlier ovulation!

Hope you're all doing well... congratulations to all you pregnant ladies hope you're all glowing.., just got hoke from work with the worst back ache and cramps oh and not to forget the high volume of CM I think AF might be on her way wish she would hop on her broom stick else where xx

Everything is crossed that its ur month and if its different for you it can be a good sign how you feeling today I'm loaded with the cold gs another half day booked have to bring dogs to vets for there injections they will love me 😂😂😂😂💚 x

@MrsF111 ooh what's uniquinol? I have ordered b6 and folate and vit d so will see if that makes a difference this month. I'm on cd5 and think af is nearly done now - anyone else get to this point especially after 6 days of spotting before af where you feel like you can't remember what it felt like to go to the loo and not see blood?! 😂 sorry you're feeling rubbish @Babyghirl hopefully your half day will be good!
