Anyone TTC #2?

Lots of threads about TTC baby #1 so looking for someone baby #2 support!

If so how old is your current DC and what made you realise it was the right time?

DD has just turned 1 and we are thinking about #2 very soon! DD took 14 months to conceive so I’m prepared for another long slog...although a bit panicky that it could happen sooner! Am also still shifting some baby weight that clung on nicely during both lockdowns

Anyone else?

TTC - Had a misscarriage last month at 5 week.

Not had a period between misscarriage and now and I think I ovulated on 11/12th feb, today I am 11DPO - took a test and i can’t tell if I could see a line? Can anyone see anything? Xxxxx

So I woke up this morning and I feel so sick, not had a +ve opk yet, so no idea what's going on. Does anyone get sickness when ovulating? It's pretty unusual for me to feel sick, don't think I've eaten anything dodgy !! Side affect of the pregnacare? Really racking my brain here!?

@Cantthinkofaname99 it might be ovulation causing you to feel sick ( hormone changes) but if you don't usually get it I wouldn't think it was that. Your probably right that if you are new taking the vitamins it might be them- are you taking them with your main meal? I know when I was on some other vitamins I took them on a morning and they always made me feel sick so changed to taking them with my dinner on a night which defo helped! Xx

@Cantthinkofaname99 I’ve definitely heard of pregnacare making people nauseous but not sure what’s in them that causes that.

Welcome @Lulubella88 AF showed up yesterday after a week of BFPs so I’m in the same boat, sorry for your loss I think you have to have been a member for 24 hours before you post a picture so not sure if you’re new here. I have great line eyes so I’ll have a look

I wonder if I’ll ovulate this month? Hope so. I don’t think I’m going to skip a cycle. Typically the March cycle is a good month for me for conceiving - March 18 I got a BFP but MC and then didn’t get pregnant again until the following March 19 which resulted in DD! I don’t believe in coincidences! Haha

@TheWhalesOnTheBus yes, did another one this morning and it the test line was darker than the control, so I'll call that a firm positive! Better get busy 😅

@mamaatthegym I'm 99% sure I had a chemical pregnancy in January and I ovulated a week late last month. So hopefully you will, but your timings might be a bit out of whack. Fingers crossed it all goes back to normal quickly for you!

This is such a random question and I am probably 100% overthinking this but they say that it's extremely rare that your luteral phase ( ovulation to period) ever changes- it is only the bit before ovulation that can vary. I've been looking at whether this changes after pregnancy/birth. Does anyone know?

9 dpo first sign of any symptoms feel abit period crampy and my nipples feel 'weird'
I haven't had a period since before having my daughter so it could actually be my first period or it could be a BFP hopefully the latter !

@mrssunshinexxx fingers crossed it's the latter!! When do you plan to test if no AF?

@TheWhalesOnTheBus @May2311 thank you! My sore nipples are weird keep getting stabby / tingly feeling only started this evening and the AF cramps have stopped for now. In an ideal world no earlier than Saturday but we will see would love to wait til Sunday. I don't know when af is due because I haven't had a period since before I had my baby x

I'm still getting -ve opks, so I'm either doing it wrong or ovulating late this month, I will just have to wait and see.

How is everyone?
For various reasons we haven't had a chance to "dtd" since the day I had a positive opk. It's been a few days now so I really hope that was enough. I'm not convinced.

@noname55 I only dtd the 3 days before ovulation. Not the day of or after so I aren't mega optimistic but then I think the sperm was all there waiting for the egg I ovulated on the Monday morning and we dtd sun Eve

I’m out for this month, I’ve been spotting for the last 2 days which is starting to turn more ‘periody’ took a test this morning and a stark BFN so that’s that, feeling a bit deflated but also looking forward to wine tonight!

I'm going to try and wait until the 6th when AF is due but last month I gave in and tested early for no reason! You?

I think I'll wait til Sunday when I'll be 13dpo I haven't had a period for 18 m with pregnant and breast feeding x

Not much going on here - another flashing smiley on CD16 and lots of ewcm, we havent managed to dtd today as DH is working but so far been every other day so hopefully that will be enough.
