No AF and BFNs 🤷‍♀️

Hello! We are trying for our second child and I am frustrated. I am sure several of you can relate to being frustrated with this whole TTC thing. 😅 Anyways. AF was due 3 days ago and has not shown her ugly face yet. But I have also gotten nothing but negatives (and one invalid). I was planning on not testing again until AF is a week late. Anyone get their BFP that late or even later? I am irregular, so it could just be a late period? I just want to know if I really am pregnant or not, so I can move on! Thanks for any insight you all provide! 😊

BBT dropped and have been spotting today. Seems AF has arrived. Early. 🙄 Short cycle for me. 26 days when usually it is around 30. Oh well! Ordered more OPKs which will also come with several pregnancy tests so I don't have to waste money on those! Maybe my body just needed to use this cycle to reset after my chemical pregnancy. 🤷‍♀️ Hoping cycle number 4 is the magic cycle for us!

My BBT has dropped even more today, so expecting AF tomorrow! I had thought I had accepted this month wasn't the month, but I've woken up in a foul mood today 😭 didn't want to feel miserable with the arrival of AF this month either! So hopefully I'll snap out of it soon!!

@lastbany cycle 4 for me! It is now taking longer for baby #2. I know it will happen if/when it is meant to!

@ImpatientMama deffo ! I wanted a 18 month ages ago in my youngest two but hey Ho! Really doesn't matter my daughter has her one year jabs today! More important worries lol I'm day 3 and will do ovulation sticks this month let's see how I go xx

@ImpatientMama I'm glad it didn't drag out for you again, last month was the worst wasn't it! I hope that I don't have a ridiculously long cycle this month again, I'm thinking not since I confirmed ovulation it should be in the next few days as I'm 13dpo! Next cycle will be cycle 10 tracking for me 😔 although they say not to count til your first true period so I guess 9 but still, feels like forever. Need to just find some positivity from somewhere! X

Girls so sorry to hear your AF has come, mine hasn’t yet, I’m on day 27 but as my previous were 25 and 33 I really don’t know when it will come and if to test or not. Can’t make my mind up!

I did however have a blood test last week and results Friday and the dr thinks possible pcos from my bloods and sending me for a scan!

@Bgrace8 hello! How are you! Same, I'm on cycle day 27, which is better than most of my cycles of 24-26 days! I'm expecting AF tomorrow though 😞 but no spotting as of yet!

That's good you got to see the doctor and they've put you forward for tests! I hope they come back clear 🤞🏻 Some positive feedback if you do have pcos, my sister was diagnosed with that and fell pregnant a few months after when she was given medication and internal exams etc! I was tested for it back in august.

@HJen22 why do you expect your AF tomorrow? Do you have symptoms? Frustrating thing is I get no symptoms whatsoever so never know when it is coming.

I know it’s not impossible with pcos so I’m not too upset I’d just rather know! That’s good for your sister though.

I would much rather have shorter cycles, you can try quicker and more! If this one is around the same as last it’ll be Christmas Day! 😭

@Bgrace8 my BBT the last two days has plummeted went below the coverline so kinda just assume it's coming! Other than that, totally fine! No symptoms but I've massively been trying not to symptom spot as it drives me mad haha!

Shorter cycles have always slightly worried me, in case the luteal phase was too short. One month after tracking it was only 11 days before AF and my app said that wasn't long enough! Always something new to worry about 🙈 but yeah the fact that ovulation comes round quicker is better but one month it was CD9, this month was 13, just seems more the "norm" when I read online! One app had predicted yesterday but the other says tomorrow!

Hello I’m ok I’m not sure when AF is due and maybe that’s a good thing! As I’m working all week so I won’t get time to think about it

Sorry that AF has arrived for some but ag least you know what’s happening for this month now and can start again for the next one! Maybe new year fresh start for us all! 🤞🏻

How you getting on ladies??

I’ve woken up today feeling really sick, headache and really tired so part of me wonders if that’s a sign of things or I could just be poorly, Covid (really hope not) or just tired? I really don’t want to test early but if I feel no better I think I’ll test before AF just to see what’s going on

Hello ladies! AF came for me yesterday, which wasn't a surprise! I will enjoy some festive drinks and trying my very best not to wallow or be upset! Positive thinking for 2021!

@HT1335 oh no I'm sorry to hear you are feeling poorly! I hope you feel better ASAP! And that it's a BFP making you feel under the weather! Should AF be due soon? Mine came bang on when Femometer predicted after 27 days, thank goodness it wasn't 35 again, the upside!!

@HJen22 that’s such a shame but atleast it’s not a long cycle again and you can enjoy a drink at Christmas as I would miss that if I was! Haha.

@HT1335 this could be a really good sign! My af still hasn’t arrived yet and I’m on day 29 so either a good sign or a long bloody cycle again!!

My app says mine is due on the 27th but as it’s been so out of sync last time... who knows?
@Bgrace8 hopefully this is a good sign! I just feel sickly with a headache it that could mean anything I don’t think we have dtd enough to be honest as my partner feels is put pressure on him sometimes so we will have to wait and see again

@HT1335 you hear all the stories though that those are the times when it happens! I would want to test if I was you!

My partner was the same last month for the first time and really struggled as he got really poorly with tonsillitis (I felt awful haha)

@Bgrace8 yeah I'd knew it was coming so I'd already started on a few festive drinks a night after work 😂 really hope it's a BFP for you! How long are your cycles normally, other than last month?

@HT1335 my partner was the same and I wasn't sure we DTD enough like I'd hoped, I think that's why I've not really said anything to him since AF arrived other than it was here. And I'm trying not to get upset so not talking about it with him is the best way to avoid the tears I think!

@HJen22 you do right!! well after coming off the pill they were 28, 28 then 25 then 33! So who knows! Currently on day 29!

@Bgrace8 it's such a waiting game with each cycle isn't it! My cycles have been a bit all over too, a mix of 29, 24, 25, 26, 35 and now 27!! Sometimes the app is bang on, other times a few days off! Normally AF is quite light and short too! So who knows! Not sure if to leave the clear blue OPKs a month or not! X

They feel like your pressuring them but they don’t understand that it needs to happen regular as it can only happen at the right moment! I’ve only got 2 tests so I think I’ll wait until next week as I’ve so lost faith that I’ll get my BFP I feel like it will never happen, although I should try and stay positive! My cycles are all over the place too. I will see what happens and then I will contact my gp in the new year again

@HJen22 I am the same with the opk I don’t know whether to do them or not as I find them really stressful
