@HappyVibes I know there are so many websites that say you can't have any symptoms until implantation but I just could feel I was pregnant.
Looked out for things that were different this cycle.
Usually cm is dry after ovulation but this time it was watery and creamy white.
I got lower abdominal cramps two days ago, those haven't stopped.
My cervix was high and soft after ovulation and stayed up.
Nipples were burning and the smell of coffee made me feel sick.

I'm 5 dpo but I have a little bit of a dip in bbt but I think this is too early and might be it for me this month.. First time tracking bbt so not entirely sure on this

@momof4xx congrats. Remind me how long after mmc or what cycle. And any tips on what you did different

Can I just say, this is the most wonderful group. Slightly worried about my new found addiction to checking so might need to work on it but grateful to know I’m not alone in TTC after a MC. So much positivity 😃

16th my missed miscarriage started naturally, at work unfortunately. That lasted a few days. I was meant to be over 7 weeks pregnant but the week before I was scanned and measured 6 weeks 2 days and there was no heartbeat.
I had a normal period last month and my next period was due on Sunday of this week.
Things I do... I take the pregnancycare pre conception vitamins. I drink a lot of water to help my cm. Always use sanex so that my pH levels are normal. I use the clearblue monitor with sticks. Once the ovulation sticks show the second line getting darker, il do two tests a day. Monitor wont take it twice in a day but they're easy to read. When the second line starts to show I know im in high fertility so we'll BD every other day and until peak and once I get the peak we'll BD that day and the day after.
I try to relax about the process to as I've heard that stress hormones can affect implantation.

Just tested and got the dreaded BFN. I used an FRER and held out for a wee for approx 4hours. Hmm 🤔 Not quite sure if I’m feeling optimistic, realistic or what ha. Will probably test again in a few days. I’m a nightmare once I’ve tested once, I just want to keep testing xxx

@HappyVibes I think if you’re testing early it’s best to test with the first wee of the day...maybe try in a couple of days? I haven’t tested since our mc as I think as females, we just know when we are(?) So I try not to test until I’ve missed a day as I hate the negative test result. Sending hope xxx

What day you on ? I am 12dpo but maybe 11 depending when i actually ovulated as I felt twinges 48hrs after my peak. I got BFN this am. Wondering if i am a bit early with testing x

@MgW1 I am 10DPO so know I am early - just impatient ha. Unsure when AF is due tbf this month as I took clomid so unsure if to expect my AF to be a bit diff.

When is your AF due? Did you test using an early test?

Thanks @WatermelonSugar10 I will do FMU in a few days - I usually always do FMU but it was just because they only arrived this aft. It does say on FRER you can test anytime of day tbf, but I do always prefer FMU.

I fully agree re early testing. I wish I was strong enough to wait out until AF, but I am just so impatient. Don’t know why I do it to myself tbf ha.

@HappyVibes have you decided when you’re testing? I’m still sticking to not testing before Saturday when AF is due!
I have had loads of CM ( sorry for TMI) which I remember having last time but could also just be AF coming 🤷‍♀️

No I didnt! I am new to this , ending up getting some from my local pharmacy that say they are accurate from 1st day of missed period. I am due Friday or saturday ( occasionally a day late) . Had cramps and a temp drop this morning so think the witch is on her way!! This is our 1st proper month of trying. Got a 6 & 4 yr old. I had an early second trimester mc 1st week of summer hols and now desperate for my body to get back to normal! I guess you can't rush nature and il have to learn to be patient 🙄 xxx

Ah @RubyRainbow16 I caved already and tested today ha. I got BFN. I’ll retest again in a few days if no AF arrival by then. I’m 10DPO, so still a few days left yet. 💓

@HappyVibes oh hopefully it’s just too early. I’m 10 DPO too. Fingers crossed for us both! 🤞🏻

It’s hard to isn’t it @MgW1 ...even if you know it’s early & not 100%, it is hard to stay positive as you fully hope it’s finally them time to see two lines...no matter how early etc x

@MgW1 oh I know exactly how you feel about wanting your body back to normal. I conceived so fast last time and now it’s 3 months since my MC and feels like things still aren’t as they were before. Will you retest again tomorrow or hold off?

I conceived 1st month last time and didnt test til I was a week late because I didnt think i would get preg so soon. I got pregnant quickly with my others but I was a lot younger!!!! I think this is this first month that I ovulated though so I feel reassured I am getting there. Its just hard not to get stressed which wont help matters. I think the stress of it all has really upskittled me really as had terrible spots and my hair has been limp and dull , also was losing hair in the first month. Guess in reality my body not quite ready yet and if it doesnt happen this month I just have to focus on things for next month. Would it be lovely though if we got some happy news by the end of such a dreadful year ?! 🤷‍♀️ xxx

So Im almost certain I ovulated this month ( 3 rd cycle post mc) if it turns out that I didnt and next month is the same do you think I should speak to gp about clomid? How long did you wait? I defo had high OPK but not sure if I peaked. Last 2 months negatives. Xx
