As we agreed - starting a fresh thread before our original shuts down. Will post this new link into the old thread so everybody can find us!

In the meantime ~ sprinkling it with pink and blue baby pixie dust

and splashing with baby glue so lo's stick around forever ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

aquababe · 16/10/2007 11:44

ILts -goodluck & fingers crossed

Wow starlight -I know how you feel about the hospital. my local hospital is the one in the news for killing 90 people with cdif and when I was in A&E I was nearly puking in the toilet as the previous occupant had left 'poo' everywhere. not to mention dried blood on the walls and this was just a week before they hit the news. Really not looking forward to having to go back. I'm just hoping that by the time I manage to get pregnant again they've had enough time to sort things out properly.

The same hospital also only has 4 slots in its epac clinic first thing in the morning because the scanners do it free before they start their real jobs. just no money in the budget for it apparently

grinningbee · 16/10/2007 11:52

ILTS Fingers crossed for the next lot of tests!

Have you ordered the ones on ebay? I looked at those but wondered how good they are.

I have come to the conclusion today that I am now officially an old fogey. I hate to admit this... but I've gone off alcohol waaaaaaaaah! I had a little bit of red wine last night and feel lousy for it.

iliketosleep · 16/10/2007 11:54

the ones ive had are purple, and as purple is my favourite colour i cant go wrong

oh yeah, when i went to tesco to buy the test i also brought chocolate eclairs, there arent many left but ill leave them on the table for you all

cricri · 16/10/2007 12:30

Wow! Congratulations - fantastic news!

splishsplosh · 16/10/2007 12:30

nh101 - wow! How are you feeling? Think it would be a bit exciting but also quite scary!

ILTS - really hope the line is for real - that'll justify your moodiness as well!

SK - I had a scan a week after mc was confirmed, that showed what was left had reduced from 16ml to 3 ml, and they suggested a erpc. I preferred to avoid this after going diy for 1.5 weeks, so the dr said do pg test in 2 wks, if neg, then all ok, if positive then would need to go back. I said what if I don't bleed any more, as it had almost stopped, and he said if it was just blood left it could get reabsorbed, so even if no more bleeding, if test neg, then mc would be complete. I'm slightly dubious about this, I hardly had any more bleeding, but test neg. I want to believe all is ok, but just not sure he knew what he was talking about.

Aquababe - what hospital did you go to? I'm beginning to think better of my local now.

iliketosleep · 16/10/2007 12:30

it is you though isnt it nh101

how far gone are you now?

aquababe · 16/10/2007 12:36

One in Maidstone. have started looking into other surrounding hospitals

goingfor3 · 16/10/2007 12:47

Congrats again nh101.

ILTS fingers cross for a dark line in the morning or are you going to test at next pee

herbaceous · 16/10/2007 12:48

Those in north east London, avoid Whipps Cross. I had miscarriage number two there, and they put the 'sac' in a jar next to my bed, then in a tray for me to carry on my lap to the ward, down miles of corridor. Then they put a woman with a new-born baby in the bed opposite me.

iliketosleep · 16/10/2007 12:53

I think im going to wait until thursday as hcg doubles everyday and i cant handle anymore squinting, im sure ive gone perminently crosseyed

iliketosleep · 16/10/2007 12:54

ohoh if i am will this be this threads first bfp???

07mumstheword · 16/10/2007 13:11

nh101 Wow [sock] How fantastic. I'm so pleased for you.

grinningbee I've just ordered some OPK's and HPT's from E-Bay. It was about £8 for 20 opk's and 5 hpts they maybe no good but cheaper to pee on and if I get any faint lines I'll treat myself to a CB Digital. They were posted yesterday. I've never used them before but I'll let you know how I get on.

07mumstheword · 16/10/2007 13:14

Ooops that was supposed to be another .

nh101andhertwinbeans · 16/10/2007 13:18

Yes it is me! Hope you get some good news tomorrow ILTS.

I went for the scan yesterday. I was 7 weeks, the babies measured 7+2 anad 7+3 so it is good to know they are thriving. Yes we are quite scared but feel very blessed. She said they had two strong healthy heartbeats and there was no cause for concern. My best mate had twins so I know how hard it is!

I have a cyst on my ovary (probably due to the Clomid) so I am going back in 3 weeks to make sure it has gone. Hopefully nothing to worry about.

Baby dust to everyone!!!!

ClairePO · 16/10/2007 13:21

Oh wow wow NH that is fab!!!!

So are your symptoms twice as strong? I'm sure I read that somewhere

Fingers crossed ILTS - is it you I read on another thread earlier that you think you're 1dpo? Do you think you just got your ov symptoms mixed up then?

PiggyPenguin · 16/10/2007 13:21

NH101, what amazing and fantastic news. well done you!

nh101andhertwinbeans · 16/10/2007 13:27

Claire, yes I am feeling really sick, really fat and really tired! Much more than last time which is so reassuring though not very pleasant.

I am not puking yet but I have felt sick for two weeks since I was 5 weeks gone so the symptoms hit very early (and I got an early BFP at 11dpo)

EllieG · 16/10/2007 13:28

Hurray hurray for nh and her TWO beans!

EllieG · 16/10/2007 13:28

Oops that was meant to be not
