As we agreed - starting a fresh thread before our original shuts down. Will post this new link into the old thread so everybody can find us!

In the meantime ~ sprinkling it with pink and blue baby pixie dust

and splashing with baby glue so lo's stick around forever ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Oh Jules, you deserve this and so much more! Many many congratulations!!! I'm welling up!!!

Your DP (soon to become DH) seemes very special. So, do you have a date yet?

ronshar · 02/11/2007 10:26

OH MY GOD Jules how fantastic for you. I am doing a little dance for joy. Is your ring a nice rock, my DH surprised me with a fantastic rock just the same as I would have chosen. Mind you he was shown enough times the kind of thing I would like[Hmm]

GrinningBee. Your dates are exactly the same as mine.
I started bleeding Thursday 11 Oct. I definitely OV'd 21/22 Oct. I now have sore (.)(.), feel a bit funny, weeing alot! I have to confess to a sneaky CBD yesterday and got the utterly soul destroying Not Pregnant. I am trying really hard to wait untill Sunday which is CD25.
Fertility calendar thingy said that yesterday was very first day a test would work and after Sunday should know either way. We are cycle buddies. When do you think you will test again? I am trying really hard to wait.

ronshar · 02/11/2007 10:30

Lissie have you looked at babyhopes.com/ovulation-calendar/plan
I used it last month and got pregnant first go, ok the little monkey didnt stick around but still got there in the first place! Also I did it this month and without cursing my self I am feeling positive. Just not weeing/testing positive.

becklesparkler · 02/11/2007 10:32

Grinningbee, I tested at 11dpo with an ebay cheapie (I am sure it was from Fertility Friend too) and the line was sooo faint I really had to squint to see it. It was a week and a half later before that line was dark enough to be definite. Fingers crossed for you, you have had an awful year and sound like you really deserve some good news!
I also had a friend who was pg so soon after m/c that they did not know if it was new pg or left over from m/c (she had not even had chance for a negative test between), she definitely conceived while still bleeding and her BFP is now 2!

goingfor3 · 02/11/2007 10:37

jULES FANTASTIC NEWS!!!!!!!! I hope you enjoy planning a wonderful day.

grinningbee fingers crossed the lines gets stronger. Good luck to everyone else due to test soon aswell.

lissietothosefireworks · 02/11/2007 10:38

ronshar, thats one of the sites i use. tis vv good, but since my last mc i have been ov-ing v late (on CD20ish) so wanted to see if it is sorting itself out. think it has coz i have ewcm, and got a BFP on an opk yesterday. i think i will ov today or tomorrow on CD17/18 so at least my lp is growing

ronshar · 02/11/2007 10:46

Do you know 10 months ago I didnt/wouldnt have known what any of you were talking about. Ov, EWCM, LP, CBD, Fertility friend etc. I am feeling a little tearful that I now know exactly what it all means and that it has became such a huge part of my life. I have never worried about getting pregnant before. I always tried so hard not to!! I used to be one of those hateful smug women who moaned about a pill pregnancy. Now I feel so ashamed for all the unkind thoughts I have had over the years about women who think about nothing else other than having a baby.
Every day I give thanks for my 2 DDs. I will never take any future little beans for granted. If I am blessed enough to already have a new life inside me then I shall treasure it so much more than I would have this time last year.
I feel so sad that having 2 MC's has changed me fundamentally as a person.
Oh just realised I have been going on a bit sorry.

cricri · 02/11/2007 10:46

Jules Congratulations!!! I'm so pleased for you!
DH and I are off for a weekend away now so hope you all have a lovely weekend and I look forward to lots of news from all of you when I get back on Monday! xx

ronshar · 02/11/2007 10:48

Have a lovely weekend Cricri.

herbaceous · 02/11/2007 10:48

JULES! That is completely fantastic. Your fella knows just when to pull 'a big one' out of the bag, doesn't he! Wishing you every happiness - you deserve it more than anyone else in the whole wide world.

lissietothosefireworks · 02/11/2007 10:57

ronshar, i think mc changes all of us, as i said on another thread i wish to god that i were still as naive as i was when i had ds, i wish that i didnt half dread seeing a bfp and i wish that i didnt feel so resentful towards women who find getting/staying pg easy.

lissietothosefireworks · 02/11/2007 10:58

bugger, just noticed the post bount, we need a new name ladies!

ronshar · 02/11/2007 11:02

I have been thinking about new thread. Shall we keep current name just change to November 07?
So when KateandDmom comes home she can find us ok!

lissietothosefireworks · 02/11/2007 11:03

sounds good to me!

ronshar · 02/11/2007 11:09

So who is going to do it?

lissietothosefireworks · 02/11/2007 11:10

or "November 2007- going through, been through or ttc after mc, still positive and still eating cakes"

ronshar · 02/11/2007 11:17

Good one.

Is feeling dizzy an early pregnancy symptom, or am I going mad?

lissietothosefireworks · 02/11/2007 11:19

it can be, especially if you have low bp

goingfor3 · 02/11/2007 11:34

ronshar last time I was pregnant I was very dizzy so I would say yes it can be a symptom. When are you due to test?

grinningbee · 02/11/2007 11:42

Congratulations Jules! What wonderful news

I am going to have to get myself to Boots and get a not-cheapie-test. I have wee'd on quite a few so far today (what am I like!!!!) and even got DH to see if he could spot anything on the last one - and he says he can.

If no-one has done it already, do you want me to attepmt to start the new thread? And what title are we going for?

I'm off to make some candles now to try and divert my attention... ha ha ha ha ha, that'll work!

lissietothosefireworks · 02/11/2007 11:45

go on then GB, shall leave it up to you!

goingfor3 · 02/11/2007 11:50

grinningbee boots own brand tests are just as good as the others, I got a positive with them 4 possibly even 5 days early unless you want a digital. If you are a healthclub member the boots twin pack is half price. Good luck.

grinningbee · 02/11/2007 12:10

I got the Boots own brand last time, so shall probably go with them again.

I started the new thread with Lissie's suggested title, if that's ok.

This is the link for it (hope this works!)
