Figured I'm not ready to let you ladies go ☺️

Thank you @paintfairy . I just knew this was going to happen as the dates didn't add up from when I had first positive pregnancy test compared to measurements on my first scan. I was measuring behind on the first two scans by over a week which alarmed me from everything that I'd read.

I feel like shit and just want to know what's gonna happen next now. It's so cruel - I still feel pregnant, still have symptoms, still testing positive and no bleeding whatsoever yet. I have pure dread for the "removal" process.

If I get lucky enough to conceive with my remaining Clomid tablets (only have 3 more months), I just know my anxious I will be. I've been anxious for the past 10 weeks and now, I don't know how I'll cope next time around.

@MimiArm Goodness no - I'm so so sorry for you! There's no describing what you're going through, please take care of yourself

@MimiArm sometimes things don't add up though and it's fine. So it's a complete anxiety nightmare really, for anyone pregnant. But worrying won't help or change anything. I know that's easy to say but you really do need to just distract yourself. The fact clomid works means they shouldn't push you for IVF too soon, surely? I know you get emotionally attached but I really try to think of it as science. The sperm and egg aren't always genetically correct which is why it happens a lot with early miscarriage. Its the bodies normal way of dealing with it. Its heartbreaking but it just isn't meant to be. However- it has no bearing on next time. Sometimes things are right. You have been really unlucky that this time (the first) it wasn't. But you need to look forward and not stress about it for your own sanity. That's not to say you shouldn't have a good cry and get everything out! Of course you need to. You can get through it xxx
I know the next part will be the hardest thing for you. It would be good if your body could realise before you need intervention. I cannot imagine how you must feel and it's really shitty, I have to say. I hope you have some good friends to talk to and your DH is able to help you through it.

I'm OK. Same old. In the TWW. But no expectations. 🙄 Fertility appointment call tomorrow.

@MimiArm just to add that I think it's so positive how well you reacted to clomid and how bloody quickly you got pregnant once it was in your system. You've shown that your bodies knows exactly what to do and you're bound to get your baba super soon after this nightmare

@Juno231 yes, they'll only talk to you if both of you are there. I keep eating. I am under the 30 bmi though. Just....

@paintfairy haha love that - ours have said sod all about it! I've told him to be there but tbh I wouldn't be surprised if other couples just have no clue. The text reminders I get about the app are from a completely different hospital now as well so god knows who I'm seeing... and here I was all excited that my original appointment was with the founder of Create!

@Juno231 it did tell me we both had to be there. But it works the same as a physical appointment.

@paintfairy yeah but even for our physical appointment it was entirely addressed to me and said nothing about bringing OH. They've genuinely provided us with zero information.

@Juno231 when is it? That does sound extra useless. 🙄 Everyone else says it's always both of you, but yeah- what if you've never looked it up or asked anyone?
The lady that phoned me to book my appointment did make sure I knew DH had to be there though. Got to love the nhs! 🤪

@MimiArm oh my goodness I am so so sorry to hear of your terrible loss :( I have no words. Please stay strong. I'm in such a shock to have read that.

@Juno231 hey! AF ended yesterday. Going to give it one more month and then refer to GP 🙂 In a way this is working out as there's a promotion fixed term post I want to go for and it's probably better I'm not already expecting ...just trying to remain positive lol!

@MrsTwentyNine That sounds like an good plan!

Appointment went well.
Plan is:
DH SA and test wash (to see if viable for iui) next Thursday
Me 1st March internal scan and then I'll get the results there and then and go over SA. DH can't come but I can get him on the phone.
If at that point it looks like iui is still a good option, I'll have an appointment to get my tubes checked. If OK then they'll apply for funding for iui and we can have up to 3 rounds.
If sperm hates washing or I have blocked tubes then we'd be referred straight for ivf instead.

The lady was lovely and it all sounded very positive. She talked over everything- all past test results (my last progesterone was 45. The one before 48), what they mean etc. DHs SA and what all that meant. She said at this stage her only concern is the low motility and that I spot in my LP. She said they'd support me with progesterone if I have IUI and she suspects an LP defect.

Red spotting for me. 🙄 Happy valentines weekend. 🤣 AF not due until next Friday.

I had my vaccine yesterday so all tired and achy and in bed today lol! Happy Valentines indeed

I've been spotting yday and today so am waiting for AF to start - this evening maybe?

Had my fertility appointment on Thursday. Very rushed and the doc had none of our results from the past 7 months lol. Got an HSG and scan booked for the 26th of Feb though and I'm going in on Monday for a day 3 blood test again plus they want to check my AMH levels. OH has to redo his SA but I have no clue what the time line is for that. Once all results are in I'll have another call to discuss next steps, but the doc mentioned nothing about iuis or ivf the other day.

15 DPO and weirdly no AF! All my tests are blank though so no BFPs here but just an absent period lol. Another curveball of course!

How is everyone else holding up?

Still spotting. Definitely worse this month and no change with the supplements. So clearly it isn't related?
AF due end of the week so it's a crap month for me dtd wise (for enjoyment). Stupid body.

@paintfairy I'm sorry the supplements aren't helping. I'm glad your fertility doc is taking the spotting seriously though, I hope they get to the bottom of it!

CD1 here. 24 day cycle, my shortest ever. I was confused by the cramps I woke with this morning!

@paintfairy how random!! funny that we've both had wonky cycles this time round - as soon as the fertility appointments have started!

CD2 here, cycle 15 now. Need to wake up early for my day 3 test tomorrow which I'm not keen on - haven't needed to wake up early in nearly a year I reckon!

@Juno231 God I know. I wonder how I'll ever exist in the real world again. I'm moping in pj's. But I can't do that in the office! 🤣 DH has his SA tomorrow but its 12 so not early. And when I go my appointment is 3.40pm. Literally I've become some disorganised unmotivated human being!

Vaccine advice is to ideally wait for another 2 months after second dose but 🤷🏽‍♀️ Lets see
