TTC - Aug testers

Hello!!

Thought I’d start a group for all you ladies that are currently trying or have recently been trying in the hope to test early August.

Would be good to have the support during and give each other advice and positivity!

I’m on my 2nd month TTC and had my peak days on 19th/20th July. Earliest I can test is 31st. AF due 5th.

I really want to test but know it’s way too early...7DPO and due on Weds 5th Aug which will be 12DPO...when would you start testing? I was thinking maybe Monday at 10DPO?

@Riviera90 I'm exactly the same dates as you - 7DPO today too. This is my first month tracking ovulation with OPKs, so not 100% sure when I'm due. Between 4-8 August though, so there could be a result by 10DPO if I've implanted already (had weird cramps and stuff yesterday). Will be hoping for a BFP for us both!

I'm 8 DPO today. I've been nauseous for the past 2 days and had this weird "stitch" /mild cramp feeling low down (similar to my usual ovulation pain). The nausea is worse today but I'm hoping it's not because of the heat 😂.
My temps have been a bit all over the place and probably not accurate as i haven't been sleeping well and waking a different times. Guess I will just try and hold off testing for a few more days!

It’s nice to know I’ve got some company @chillyfields x I haven’t had symptoms at all but the last two months I was symptom spotting like crazy and had convinced myself I was pregnant both months! So trying to relax a little this month although it’s now over a year since I came off the pill and started our TTC journey... 🤞🏻 we both get our BFP next week!

When are you testing? I think I’ll test at 10dpo on Sunday. So nervous!

@LemonDrizzle44 I’m also 8dpo today. Absolutely no symptoms though.

@LittleChicken11 I'm going to try and hold out til AF due ... if I can. What about you?

I think I’ll test on Sunday (at 10dpo) and then again day after AF due (next Friday). I’d like to hold off until AF but too impatient!

@HouseOfRunners caught me red handed!!!! Clocked the pharmacy next to hotel! I’ll be back tomorrow with another test 😂

@LittleChicken11 fingers crossed for when you test! I only have 1 test left and I'm purposely not buying any more 😂 saying that I'll see how these symptoms go!

Well af arrived with avengence has been very heavy for me I think I might of had a very early mc or else a chemical pregnancy as had one glass of wine this evening and have spent the rest of the evening throwing up which is the reason I think this might be a mc as with my other pregnancies I had the exact same reaction to alcohol which is how I realised with all three of them!

Ok so tested this morning (Im in Australia) with fmu and got the faintest of lines. A proper squinter! Can you see it? I also did a first response and it was negative 🤷🏼‍♀️

@LorrieLu I think I can see something and if I invert it there does seem to be a line. Everything crossed for you ❤️

I have friends and some in-laws in Australia, how’s it been for you in lockdown?

AFM.....I did 3 x ic‘s yesterday afternoon and I could see squinty lines.....tested with FMU this morning and literally zero. Who knows what’s happening?!?! 😄

Woke up early and didn’t want to waste my FMU!

I'm 9DPO today and been having strange vivid dreams for the past 2-3 nights. Really trying hard not to test!

@LemonDrizzle44 that was one of my first symptoms with DD.....really vivid dreams every night. Are you going to wait a bit longer or do you have a FRER?

@HouseOfRunners I’m drinking orangina whilst my partner drinks beers haha. Just a trip over for a week to get away!

@HouseOfRunners I found IC better than FRER! Came up lots stronger on them, so if you’re getting faint lines on them it’s promising! The FRER is still faint on mine even after clearblue digital says pregnant!
