@CAG14 definitely but I just don't feel it this month. Everything was too messy I think. Just ready to move on to the next now to see if things are more normal! Hope you had a lovely weekend with your family x

@stabal I understand how this feels! Hopefully things will be a bit better next month. I had a lovely weekend thanks and AF has finished so I am ready to start a new month but I am still just feeling exhausted with the whole journey to be honest! Think I just have a bit of thr blues today and I'm sure come CD 8 I'll be more positive and optimistic again!!!

@CAG14 it's so up and down isn't it! And when it's low it's crashing. I've got my OH on omega 3 with me now. I love how dedicated he is to this 😂

@CAG14 glad you had a nice weekend with your family. It us completely exhausting isnt it. What cycle day are you now and are you planning SMEP this month?

I am on 3rd day of the 3 days in a row of SMEP after getting peak OPK. I used easy@home OPKs this month for the first time which link to the premom app and actually finding them great for IC. Has anyone else tried these ones?

@Mia1985x I haven't tried their strips but I actually downloaded the app a couple of weeke ago and I think I like it more than the femometer one. It seems to read the strips much better! I also just got the fertility friend membership for the year because I find that app the absolute best for tracking and information and I got the whole year for £25 in a deal which I thought was pretty good!

I've got a dentist appointment in half an hour as I cracked a filling at the weekend and I cannot wait for them to ask me if I'm on any medication.. Umm, how long have you got 😂

I am using OPKs from access diagnostics and really like them. Used ic one step before and hated them due was always light if you know what I mean.

On those i am using now dye is properly visible and I like it.

@Mia1985x I've been using those this morning but haven't had a peak on them :( not sure if I'm doing them at the wrong times or what, I've tried all different times. I had a high one at CD10 so that might have been my peak
I was hoping to do SMEP this month but didn't because of it.

This is going to sound awful but does anyone else get bitter and judgemental when they see other people announce their pregnancies? Even celebrities or people on tv programmes, I'm always like "they don't deserve it" and my partner always makes a joke like "oh that doesn't sound like your jealous at all" 😂😂 I just hate watching programmes where someone has just fallen pregnant with their 6 child and they've never tried before! Sorry for the rant 😂

Thank you for all your kind words 💕 it really means a lot to be able to share stuff here, it helps so much to vent. Feeling slightly better today so think I’ll probably try and go back to work tomorrow all things being well. I think/hope the worst of the physical stuff is probably almost over. Trying to think positively about it all and that maybe it really
Is just a case of bad luck - at least I hope that’s what it is and not that there’s nothing terribly wrong with me. Just had to order some pregnancy tests so I can make sure they are back to negative before we think about trying again - it’s such a bitch!

Anyway hope everyone is having a good week - weather looks like it’s going to pick up so I’m hoping for a sunny weekend of mooching about in the garden and having what I feel will be a much required alcoholic drink!

@Crayon7 the TWW is the longest ever 🙈 I know what you mean about the dye on some of the IC strips. Think that's why I like these easy@home ones.

@Stabal yeah I think I'm preferring their app to femometer as well. I might check out the fertility friend membership as that does sound good price. Hope your dentist appointment goes ok.

@Jadeb1995 I didnt get a peak on them either but then the following day when the readings started going down it adjusted one of my previously uploaded strips from high to peak so i think it identifies what peak is for each individual. On the one it changed to peak the line was definitely at least as dark as the control if not darker so i was actually surprised at first when it said high so was delighted when it changed it to peak after. I feel like these are really easy to read for IC. I also get exactly what you mean about the bitter and judgemental feelings, I think its totally natural and doesnt make us horrible people Haha. Especially when we have been trying for so long and putting such effort into it every month.

@Pippy20 so glad you are feeling slightly better today and thinking a bit more positively. Life really is cruel at times but like you say hopefully just a bit of bad luck and pray you get your happy ending soon. Def sounds like a well deserved drink this weekend! I know everyone is different and sometimes getting back into a routine and work to keep your mind busy could be really good. I would say dont rush back if you arent feeling up to it, have you let your work or manager know what happened at all? Hope you have the support at work.

Hi @Mia1985x yeah I’ve let my head of department know and she’s really understanding and knew about last time so was like do what you need to do and take as much time as you want. I’d really like to try and get back to normal though like you say, so for me I think it’ll be better if get back to my old routine. Only thing I’m dreading is I have really nosy colleagues - most are working from home at the mo but the ones in the office are all ladies of a certain age who ask lots of questions lol. Might just keep my office door shut until I’m ready to make chit chat 😂. I’m quite a positive person so I think once I’m out of this foggy patch I will be okay. I’ve managed to book next Friday off work so think we are going to ‘glamping’ in the arse end of nowhere which I’m quite looking forward to!

@Mia1985x ahh that's interesting I didn't know that! Do you think my high day was my peak then?
I love doing them and tracking it although I think I just love seeing 2 lines after so many negative pregnancy tests haha!

@Pippy20 next weekend sounds like fun! Are you booking a campsite? Hopefully it's lovely and warm for you.

@Pippy20 an alcoholic drink is 100% needed! I was the same in terms of work, I didn't want to stay off longer than I physically needed to and was back in the day after my second dose of misoprostol. I think I'd feel worse if I stayed at home in self pity. I really hope you can enjoy your little getaway!

@Mia1985x they'd been giving me off for a few days now when I've been clicking about in the app and I got that one yesterday and thought yep that's the best one I've seen so far 😂 dentist went okay thank you! Clearly the damage felt worse than it was as they patched me up in a few minutes whereas I thought I'd lost half my tooth with the cracked filling and was expecting to need the whole tooth removed lol

@Crayon7 yes me too, I’m only 3 DPO and practically dying with impatience! Thankfully I’m really busy with work so not much time to think. I always just think if conception happened I would know, I would feel something! But I know that’s not the case until after implantation. We did smep for first time and missed the last of the 3 days in a row, my husband wasn’t feeling too good. But I was watching a fertility video which said you’re much less likely to get pregnant the day after ovulation so hoping it won’t impact things too much. I got really clear dark opk lines on day 12 and we dtd that day and the next so still got a chance.

Especially ones where they say "I just look at my husband and get pregnant! How annoying we didn't plan bla bla"
