Ah really @Stabal how many MG of CoQ10 do you take? The article says 900mg but the bottle says no more than 300mg

@butterfly5291 yes I would definitely say you've ovulated and about 8 DPO! You can adjust those temperatures that were at different times here for a more accurate chart

@beckyBP I take 400mg as was recommended to me but you can go higher for fertility purposes. I may increase eventually!

I also take the same 3 combinations now (just started this month after recommendations on this group). I also take 400mg and wondered about how the tub says maximum 300mg but I had read up to 900mg for fertility. So confusing.

I haven't seen the Luisa Zissman article though, I will need to Google now!

@Stabal thanks so much. Really put my mind at rest knowing I did actually ovulate.
My sister has given me her clear blue fertility monitor but until I've had one full cycle I won't know when to start using it I don't think?
Has anyone used one?

CD53 no sign of AF, only BFNs. I'm going mad. I stopped taking seven seas a week ago. If that was the cause of such a long cycle and no AF, I really hope my cycle will regulate again soon.

Sorry about the BFN's. I really hope they will turn into positives and I hope that this is our month girls!!!

I will find out this month if I still have a job so it is crunch time really and going to be stressful but I'm going to do everything in my power to stay calm and positive so it helps TTC. I am planning on doing SMEP and use my usual opks. I was going to start temping but I never got my arse in gear and ordered a thermometer so I will start to temp but as I won't have much info I think it will be more relevant next month as I'm 7DPO already.

@butterfly5291 sorry I've not used it before and I don't know anyone that has but amazing she gave you it! I have seen some threads on here about it so I'd give a search

AF due on Sunday/Monday depending which app I look at. I suspect more likely Sunday though.

I tested with cheap tests and had faint lines on some very very faint and I suspect it's crap tests as lines are always the same. I don't believe in them.

I am tempted to test tomorrow with FRER maybe as so far used CB early (neg yesterday) and cheapie sticks. I know best would be to wait but it's so hard :(

I don't think pre-seed worked for me and it's just depressing for me a bit. I don't know why I expected miracles.

Your temps look good! Mine are nowhere that good just up and down next day kinda same pattern and not getting much bigger 😞

@CAG14 Fingers crossed for you with work. Hope you're luckier than me. I had my individual meeting yesterday, which lasted about 4 mins, to tell me I was no longer required, thanks very much. See ya.....byyyyeeee!! I'm now careless as well as I had a company car.
Currently sat at 8dpo and my stomachs been off all week.

@CAG14 thanks 😊 I've got a couple of interviews over the next week so fingers crossed on that. Ironically, one of them is for a 10 to 12 months maternity cover lol

@Plm28 it might be. I had weird symptoms since started taking it and my delayed period made me optimistic but now almost 7 days late and BFNs I know I'm not pregnant and also have no clue where i am in my cycle anymore. Another possibility is that removing the copper coil iud had something to do with a delayed period but that's a long shot. I am traveling this Friday and return in one week..if by then I don't get my period I will go to the doctors. I will now also start using opks again just to check if I can get an idea of where I am in the cycle. DH and I decided to try to BD every other day just in case. He's enjoying it but I feel he's gonna get tried of it 😂😂😂

@Crayon7 is it showing ovulation for you? Screen shot if you want me to take a look ☺️

My OPKs are on their way up again! I have no idea what's going on.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas of what could be happening / if I'm doing something wrong.

The peak I have manually changed as presume it was my peak but it only ever showed as high on the interpretation

Any advice greatly appreciated!
