@EllieJai44 My first MMC was 10 weeks, second was around 6 weeks & my Ectopic was just basically a prolonged MC just awful having to go every 48 hours to the hospital for 2 weeks, as awful as it sounds my two MC were easier to deal with. It's understandable why u would be nervous but try not to stress or worry 💜 once u pass the mark from your previous MC youl feel much better. This will be your time 🙏🏼💕

EllieJai44 · 11/05/2020 14:28

@KRK05 thats sounds horrible :( hopefully 🤞

DKDK123 · 11/05/2020 14:30

Congratulations @EllieJai44 theres no doubt that's a positive 🥳 Try not to worry I know easier said than done given the past, shall cross everything for you that the line just keeps getting stronger and you have a nice smooth pregnancy 🤞

EllieJai44 · 11/05/2020 14:32

@DKDK123 thank you! :)

KRK05 · 11/05/2020 14:34

@EllieJai44 Got everything crossed for u lovely u definitely deserve it after everything you've been through 🥰💕

DKDK123 · 11/05/2020 14:38

Dont think May is going to be the month for me, dont think I've ovulated this month 😢 I'm on cycle day 12 and I was thinking yesterday it's very bizarre as usually I have a lot of increased cm right through my fertile window and I've been totally dry this month (sorry if too much info!) I thought maybe I was just going to ovulate late this month, have been using ovulation strips from day 8, the line got slightly darker yesterday (not dark enough for positive) and today it was right back to faint again. I thought maybe I'd drank too much water the first time or was too early in the day so waited till now to try again and the line is non existent 🙁. There's always the slightest chance I did ovulate yesterday but given the lack of cm and the test line wasnt as dark as it usually goes I think the boat has sailed this month. Just crossing my fingers it's a one off and not a sign I'm hitting early menopause or something 😬

EllieJai44 · 11/05/2020 14:39

@KRK05 so do you! I have everything crossed!

@DKDK123 How long are your cycles normally? Cycle day 12 is still very early! I didnt ovulate till cycle day 18!

DKDK123 · 11/05/2020 14:49

@EllieJai44 it's not exact each month but
usually between day 14-16 I did think 12 was very early but just the contrast in the tests straight to almost nothing again makes me think its came early as usually I get a steady rise in colour. I'm usually wearing a pantyliner by now too due to the increase in cm, have never felt this dry even when out with my ovulation window. Who knows what's going on, I'm going to continue to DTD anyways you never know 🤷‍♀️

@DKDK123 I wonder if you would have had your positive overnight on CD12 as that test in afternoon is very close to positive!

KRK05 · 11/05/2020 15:00

@DKDK123 CD12 looks very promising, I would keep tracking & if line doesnt get dark again I'd say u ovulated later on at night on CD12 x

DKDK123 · 11/05/2020 15:02

I hope you're right @EllieJai44, DTD last night and 2 nights before that so we'll def be covered if so! I hate when your body throws you off by doing something different, then again 9cycles in and it hasnt worked so far so maybe different is the time I'll be lucky 🤞

DKDK123 · 11/05/2020 15:03

Thanks @KRK05 going to keep tracking through this cycle just to see. Fingers crossed you're right about it being during the night of CD12 🤞 x

EllieJai44 · 11/05/2020 15:05

@DKDK123 I will keep everything crossed for you!

DKDK123 · 11/05/2020 15:10

@EllieJai44 mine are crossed for you too for a smooth journey this time round, keep us updated on how you're progressing! I love hearing success stories 😁

EllieJai44 · 11/05/2020 15:11

@DKDK123 I will definitely be posting my tests as they progress haha

SmileyT · 11/05/2020 15:16

@EllieJai44 such a strong line on that FRER 😍 are you a bit unwell at the minute, I'm sure I read last time I was pg that you should contact a Dr if your temp goes over 37.5 xx

@KRK05 hope your bloody period or BFP arrive soon it's so annoying waiting especially with no end date. Are the opks just showing as low right now? My BBT were 35.9 - 36.1 before ovulation and 36.5 everyday after ovulation. I think around 37 degrees is a post ovulation temp so hopefully that means you are close to something happening.

Welcome @Kodasmom when will you test?

@DKDK123 if you have been having sex regularly then you won't have missed it and I'd just keep testing as I had a random few higher test this month but then saw a clear peak on day 13 after a low the day before 🤞 I think sometimes our bodies try to ovulate and fail then try again a couple days later.

@beautifuldream that all sounds very positive to me 🤗

@Noble89 ahh so glad you are feeling positive, I've just got in from work (10-2 was enough today) I've got a really sicky feeling, not like I'm going to be sick but almost like I was sick all day yesterday and the remnants are left but tbh that could've just been my lunch 😂 will be such a nice surprise for him if you can get him a little treat. When I got in and took my daily LH test I was very tempted to do a HPT, resolve is weakening 🙈

EllieJai44 · 11/05/2020 15:29

@SmileyT I'm not sure, I feel rough today but I was up early so think its more tiredness, my temp for few days has been 37.5 🤷‍♀️ if it gets higher I may contact docs

Kodasmom · 11/05/2020 15:41

@SmileyT I think I’ll rest on Thursday, if I can wait that long....the TWW is difficult especially now that there’s no work to keep me occupied. And because I’m only starting this journey I don’t exactly know what to expect. I’ve been googling everything and noticing every twitch. My DH thinks I’m going crazy. How many dpo are you???

SmileyT · 11/05/2020 15:50

@EllieJai44 it might just be the excitement that has shot the temp up 🤗

@Kodasmom I'm currently 9dpo so 9 days until my agreed test date of the 20th, so bloody ages, I'm sure there are people who haven't ovulated yet that will test before me 😂 11dpo is a good time to test as you should get a nice line on there, all your symptoms sound positive. I'm so lame and get so excited by others testing. Are you ttc #1?

Kodasmom · 11/05/2020 16:09

@SmileyT this is my TTC #2. I had some symptoms last month including spotting around 7dpo but it resulted in AF coming the worst I’ve ever had, fainting and horrendous vomiting. So, although there is a different feeling this time I’m trying not to get my hopes up. You’re so good for waiting that long, do you think you’ll cave before that? 🤣

Noble89 · 11/05/2020 16:20

@EllieJai44 ahhh that's a fab line! I'm.sp happy for you and looks like a sticky bean from that nice strong positive! I very well may crack and tell my parents earlier but I'm going to try not to. I think it would be nice to surprise them with the 8 week scan and be able to reassure them everything is fine after last time.

@J0DI3 fingers crossed they come quick! I couldn't keep mouth shut last time but will try to this time 😂

@KRK05 how frustrating AF just hasn't shown! At least you can start tracking straight away and onto a new cycle I guess! Unless you're just going to get a super late BFP as it definitely does happen! Do you know for sure when you ovulated this cycle?

@Kodasmom welcome! You're a day ahead of me and I'm soooo with you on the urge to POAS. I'm determined to hold out till 10DPO so only 3 more sleeps and hoping I can make it. If you test Thursday we'll be testing buddies!

@DKDK123 CD12 is still early! I got high fertility on clear blue OPK from CD10 this month but didn't ovulate till CD16 so you have time.

@SmileyT yes I'm feeling good today. I've been swamped at work and haven't even had a lunch break yet so it's flyiyby at least. Those are good signs! I tested at 9DPO my last pregnancy with those exact symptoms and got a BFN but then got my BFP 2 days later. I always felt queasy, like 24/7 from 9DPO but I never actually threw up. It's so hard to resist testing when you know others have had a BFP at the same stage. Keep going just even a couple more days of you can. Are you 9DPO now?

Kodasmom · 11/05/2020 16:37

@Noble89 oh hopefully it’ll be BFP for both of us!! Are you having any symptoms? If I had cheap tests I would totally be POAS right now but I’ve only got clear blue and my DH won’t let me waste them 😂

KRK05 · 11/05/2020 16:38

@SmileyT I think that's what's bugging me cause it's not 'normal' for me to be this late. My luck I probably ovulated just before I started doing my OPKs cause seems I have no luck atm 🤷🏼‍♀️ when I'm putting them in Femometer there high like vary between 14-32 nowhere near peak though obviously, I've had one low one which was today's. I honestly feel like giving up but I'm trying to stick it through cause if I miss ovulation then its gonna be like a whole other month to wait to even start tracking again so I'm needing some patience & dedication 🙈🤞🏻

SmileyT · 11/05/2020 16:44

@Kodasmom did you test last month? Erm I think I'll just take it day by day, I'm not going to say definitely not but I do want to try and wait until I'll get a definite result and not be trying to find a really faint line as think it would stress me out.

@Noble89 haha I've done fuck all today, not because I didn't have stuff to do but I just couldn't be arsed, plus we are changing our rates tomorrow so I'll just have to amend everything tomorrow anyway 🤷🏾‍♀️ yeah I'm 9dpo and the more BFPs I see the more I think maybe it could happen to me, really hope we both get them, even though it's only the first full month this time I feel like we deserve it 😂

@KRK05 I've been using the cheap strips every day just to see what happens throughout cycle they are only £10 for 50 so nearly 2 months worth and I read some peoples body's try and ovulate twice so didn't want to miss that if it happened. So definitely keep going with them, I do them when I get in from work everyday 👌🏾 I've read a lot on MN that people have had delayed ovulation due to lockdown but no idea if that is based on any fact

EllieJai44 · 11/05/2020 17:20

Girls I just wanted to show why I wouldn't advise the cheap one step tests from Amazon, they are recommended to be 10miu sensitive and the other test in the pic (purple lid) is a 20miu sensitivity......
Dipped into same sample!
