Two week wait...again

BabyB19 · 22/10/2019 15:28

Hi mums/mumstobe, I’m currently in the two week wait after having a MMC (missed miscarriage) in June at 12 weeks. After a 10 week bleed I have settled into what seems to be a normal cycle again appx27/28 days. I’m saying I’m in the two week wait but I’m unsure if I’ve even OV. Anyone want to keep me company as I’m going out of my mind and feel like I’m boring the real people in my life 🤦🏽‍♀️

I'm 16dpo now with no sign of either AF or a bfp. Maybe I just didn't ovulate this month 🤷‍♀️

BabyB19 · 28/10/2019 11:05

The lighting in the toilets in work is crappy I will try and take a better picture at home. There is 100% something there in real like it's just wether it's an indent or a line. I'm wondering if I'm maybe not due Friday afterall, I haven't temped or used opk's to track ovulation so I'm only going off the flow app. The fact it's not a stark white is keeping me hopeful I'm not out just yet, but we'll see, I got a 2 pack so no doubt I will do it in the morning 🤣 🤞🏼 x

@itssquidstella no AF is still a good sign though. What tests are you using? X

itssquidstella · 28/10/2019 11:08

@BabyB19 last one was a Superdrug cheapie - they're sensitive to 20mlU so I would have thought something would show up if I were pregnant. I've got an FRER which I'll do on Wednesday if nothing has changed.

I've had back ache for a good few days, so I was convinced AF was on her way on Saturday, but she didn't turn up!

Tbug · 28/10/2019 11:27

I'm due on Halloween :(((((

bluetue · 28/10/2019 11:38

@itssquidstella superdrugs showed a chemical for me once when no others did so they are really sensitive!

@BabyB19 it's really hard to tell, I know it's rubbish but perhaps wait and test again tomorrow?

itssquidstella · 28/10/2019 11:40

@bluetue yeah that's what I'd heard. I think I must just be having a weird cycle. Really frustrating though, I want AF to show up and put me out of my misery!

BabyB19 · 28/10/2019 11:50

I'm going to stick to the ICs for a couple more days @bluetue and then use the second FRER later in the week when I'm closer to AF due date x

@itssquidstella I know it is agonising, especially as a lot of the symptoms are the same for early pregnancy and AF!!

@BabyB19 sounds like a good idea, sending positive vibes your way!!! Thanks

bluetue · 28/10/2019 11:57

FRERs are on sale at Superdrug's at the moment, only £2 cheaper but still!!

Tbug · 28/10/2019 12:37

Omg!! How annoying was just in superdrug ahha

Jonesbabynumber1 · 28/10/2019 12:51

@babyb19 mine was the same could see a line but wouldn’t show on a photo and made my eyes funny, but going to try and hold off and just see if AF comes. Positive though keep us posted. @tbug I’m just trying to approve and think it’s not over until witch shows up

SallyCinnamon3009 · 28/10/2019 15:17

We're not out yet ladies let's stay positive.

I've been in a vile mood for two days, seem to remember being the same before my BFP with DS. (Although I'm probably always in a vile mood just before AF)

BabyB19 · 28/10/2019 16:22

You're right @SallyCinnamon3009 we're still in the game. We have to keep eachother upbeat ☺️

Jonesbabynumber1 · 28/10/2019 16:51

So true @SallyCinnamon3009 trying to stay positive but I’m up and down. I caved and bought 2 cheap tests but still going to try and hold out as I know they aren’t as accurate as frer and that was a very faint line just hoping ovulation or implantation was late.

Tbug · 28/10/2019 17:01

Yeah im in the weirdest mood today lol so emotional haha

BabyB19 · 28/10/2019 17:44

I've been cranky today too, don't know if it's the hormones or if it's the uncertainty of the tww making my head fall off 🤦🏽‍♀️😭🤣

OP posts:
Jonesbabynumber1 · 28/10/2019 17:50

I’m anxious at the thought of doing the Tww again and again its filling me with a horrible feeling. I know it will be worth it but time just goes so slow. How you feeling @BabyB19? @Tbug when you both testing if you plan to? I really want to have some will power and not test x

BabyB19 · 28/10/2019 17:57

Oh shit I e just been the loo and had a tiny bit of pink on the tissue. Is this the witch or implantation. Currently CD 26 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I'm afraid I might be out girls x

OP posts:
Jonesbabynumber1 · 28/10/2019 18:36

@babyb19 What I’ve read implantation bleeding is pink/brown not red and is between 6-12 so still possibility of implantation especially if your ovulation was later than you thought. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. I’m hoping that we get some BFP soo . Have you had a period on cycle 26 before?

BabyB19 · 28/10/2019 19:03

No never before @Jonesbabynumber1 but it's hard to gauge tbh after the miscarriage I had bleeding every day for 10 weeks, last month was what I thought was back to normal so I assumed this month would be too. I have lost of symptoms now that could be either implantation or AF so will have to wait and see what happens the next few days x

OP posts:
Jonesbabynumber1 · 28/10/2019 19:16

@BabyB19 cycles are strange things I am pretty regular but every so often they would be early or late for no reason. Yes time will tell, strangely my symptoms have almost all gone except sore nipples and few cramps but that could be normal AF. No matter the outcome we will still keep on this post ready for next cycle. It’s so helpful having people on similar cycle to talk to

BabyB19 · 28/10/2019 19:20

Its so hard to tell @Jonesbabynumber1 when pg and AF symptoms are so similar isn't it 🙄 we will definitely keep posting because preggo or not I want to see everyone here get their happy ending!
My sis is seeing a specialist gynae tomorrow for some answers as she has had 3 MC this year so I'm more worried about her now than myself tbh x

OP posts:
Jonesbabynumber1 · 28/10/2019 19:31

Yes that’s why I try not to symptom spot. Sorry to hear about your sister, she’s lucky to have you for support. I hope she gets the answers she needs tomorrow. I just spoke to my sister her best friend is currently having IVF and hearing your sister story I try to think that everyone has there own path to pregnancy. I am going to try to be more patient.

BabyB19 · 28/10/2019 19:38

It's crazy that until you're in it you do not realise how many people have these issues isn't it. I can't believe I've taken the pill religiously for years and years thinking if I skipped one pill I would be popping babies out left right and centre! How silly of me 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣
