Two week wait...again

Hi mums/mumstobe, I’m currently in the two week wait after having a MMC (missed miscarriage) in June at 12 weeks. After a 10 week bleed I have settled into what seems to be a normal cycle again appx27/28 days. I’m saying I’m in the two week wait but I’m unsure if I’ve even OV. Anyone want to keep me company as I’m going out of my mind and feel like I’m boring the real people in my life 🤦🏽‍♀️

Hiya @BabyB19 I’ve had a bit of pinching today but nothing unusual. I have done some reading last night and statistically they say most people implant 9 days post ovulation earlier than 8 days is rare apparently so 10dpo most likely to give you accurate reading so keep trying to hold out as implantation may not have even happened yet. I got an overwhelming feeling of the fact I was trying for a baby and how much I want it to happen. I’d love to get BFP this month as the thought of the TWW before Christmas will be hard.

@dizzy85 good luck for tomorrow. I usually can’t sleep the day before testing. Is it weird I’m usually excited but this month I’m dreading testing that’s why I am trying to hold off testing for as long as possible x

Thankyou @Jonesbabynumber1 I shall let you know how it goes. I wish I got some frers to test with, I've only got the Poundland ones if it's negative tomorrow I'll get some. Maybe it's a good sign for you if you feel different 🤞🏻🙂x

Oh and also I had the dream last night when you pee on a test and it's positive and woke up and really wanted to test but thought no I'll wait, I know the dream doesn't mean anything but just shows how much it's on your mind even when we're asleep 😄

@dizzy85 yes I’ve got 2 frer at the ready because I would just end up questioning myself if I used another test. Is the Poundland blue or pink dye I heard blue aren’t as good but never used them. I’m not hopeful for some reason. Time will only tell. Would love to see some BFP on this thread. I wonder how everyone else is getting on @Tbug

Yeah I agree 10dpo is probably the earliest you're likely to get a decent positive, I think any earlier if I got a line I'd still question it anyway! @Jonesbabynumber1 well done for holding out so long @dizzy85 I keep getting that feeling too, there are babies and pregnant women everywhere I look and it seems every bloody day I get a message with a scan picture on from friends! Our time will come, I would love to be pregnant going into the new year x

@BabyB19 yes and me especially after the CP, honestly went shopping to ikea had to hurry past the nursery furniture as was doing so well not to think about it. How was your birthday? I’m excited for @dizzy85. Where has everyone else gone do you think they are reading and watching. Have you had any pinching?

Not since the other day when I said about 3-4dpo I think that was, I've really put it out of my mind this weekend though tbh it's been nice having a break from it, I don't think it seems to be taking as long this time but I'm off work this week so no doubt it will drag having more time to think about it. Who knows, I hope the silence means they've all had some good news and they don't need our support anymore x

Hi all, sorry, I tend to be absent on here over the weekends! Was busy clearing stuff as we are having building work starting next week...today have just chilled and have a roast in the oven!!!

Nothing new here, obv now 1DPO so a bit behind all you ladies. Going to try and hold out until 10DPO before testing...I have FRER already, I know this week is really going to drag xx

@ceebee21 it will be over before you know it and you’ll be testing and hoping for your BFP. I’m going to try and hold out until Friday to test as I’ll be 10/11 dpo and will know it’s going to give me accurate reading. There’s got to be some BFP this month the odds are in our favour

@BabyB19 yes I’m surprised that it’s going quicker than I thought. My app says 5dpo but I think I’m 6dpo so leaving it until Friday maybe my best option. However when I see you all testing I know it’s going to make me want to test 😬

@Jonesbabynumber1 that's what I think too can I trust the Poundland ones..they are pink dye ones and I used them after I got my bfp last time to keep checking but definitely the frers are the best for early. Anxious for tomorrow now😬.i don't feel hopeful either.

@BabyB19 I know what you mean, my sisters not long had a baby and fell first time of trying so lucky, plus a few friends recently and my sister in law is due soon and now my best friend has announced she's pregnant too..it is everywhere let's hope it's catching 😄. What a lovely way to end the year off that would be.

Well I’m up late googling like a crazy person my cramps have continued and my CM has definitely changed to milky lotion and quite a bit which is different as usually dry after ovulation. 50/50 threads on if the person had a BFP or AF. I was so planning not to symptom spot but how can I not when it’s that different. I so want to test but I know it will be negative as 7dpo tomorrow. @BabyB19 anything from you we are usually very similar?

Morning, a BFN for me this morning 🙄. I'm gonna buy some frers today and try again tomorrow but not even a hint of a line. I actually feel like I'm starting to get pre AF symptoms now, hopefully I'm wrong 😐.

@dizzy85 even with a frer 10dpo is early and chances of picking up bfp is low so we really we are all mad to be testing but we still do. So your far from out. Ive still got some pressure but it’s getting less, so much for not symptom spotting. I really had urge to poas this morning but I held out I just thought it’s not worth the stress. My cm is still more than normal did a opk absolutely nothing so don’t think it’s late ovulation. How you getting on @BabyB19

Morning, I had a few cramps last night and again this morning but not much else going on. Im unsure on the CM as I find it hard to distinguish between that and the other when you've BD 🤦🏽‍♀️ sorry if TMI! @Jonesbabynumber1 not long to go now!

@babyb19 yes same here, I’m not getting my hopes up. I go from thinking yes this could be it too to thinking it’s not going to be this month as it hasn’t happened The last two. It’s like a rollercoaster of emotions. When do you plan on testing?

I'm going to the Christmas markets tomorrow as I'm off work this week so if I wait until the day after it means I can enjoy food and drink tomorrow guilt free and then test Wednesday which should be 10dpo. How about you?

@BabyB19 well I had my high opk sat but app says I ovulated on Tuesday so saying I’m only 6dpo But i think I’m 7dpo so going to try and hold out until Friday cause going from start of period Friday would also be first time to test even with a frer. But I know once I see people testing on here that’s going to make me want to. Just reread that and it sounds Like mad rambling 😳 just want to know!!! 😶

If you want until Friday you should have a very clear answer shouldn't you @Jonesbabynumber1 it is so hard though. It's crazy how we don't know what's going on inside our own bodies isn't it 🤦🏽‍♀️

It's so frustrating isn't it! I feel quite sicky today I've definitely got some cramps and feel really heavy and bloated which makes me feel more towards af coming. Oh god I keep checking on my cm like a mad woman and checking the tissue every time I wipe, it really does turn you loopy 🤪😂

@BabyB19 yes that’s what I would love a clear answer. My urge to poas was so strong today but I think if I can avoid poas with first pee of day I’m safe for the rest of the day if that makes sense. I’d love to know what was going on right now. @dizzy85 are you going to continue testing each morning now?

@Jonesbabynumber1 I'm not too sure, I'll definitely test tomorrow and if not then I might wait another day then do one as I'm only planning to buy a pack of two frers, for now anyway lol.

@dizzy85 yes maybe do frer tomorrow, leave it a day and do it again because it’s something like HGC raises every 48 hours

Why is it so difficult to refrain from POAS haha.

Going to wait until next wednesday I think... 11DPO - that should be a decent time.
