Thank you everyone 💜 I've had a few tags so hopefully you'll all see this! DH is home and is thrilled. Said he had a feeling I was pregnant because my boobs felt different 😄 news to me!

We followed SMEP to the letter starting on CD8, used preseed every time we DTD and also the raised legs after for 10 minutes too. Think that's it!

I'll post my FRER and CB tomorrow when I'm allowed again 🙈 my apps are telling me I'm 3 weeks. No idea what to do now though 🤷‍♀️

I am using ovulation sticks.....did one today just to get a starting point and I'll do one daily to keep a track.
Not taking my temp because I only have a normal thermometer like the one I use if we are poorly, not sure if I need a special kind?
I'm taking pregnacare. It's all a bit new for me as when I had my daughter I was lucky enough to get pregnant the first month off the pill.
I can't imagine I'll be that lucky again!

@HappyGirl86 well I’ve heard that digital thermometers are the best to use. I just used one you pop in your mouth but I gave up with temping tbh. OPKs are a good idea, you should probably test twice a day just in case you miss your surge!

I know exactly how you feel in terms of it not being easy again! I most of the time feel like it just won’t happen again but we are in the right place making the right steps and we are all here to support!

@Makingawish was DP pleased with the light box? Did he get it straight away?
One more question and a bit of tmi....did you feel that heavy period feeling down below? You know like when it feels like your vajayjay is dragging and feels a bit wet 🤦🏻‍♀️ Did you have anything at dpo1?

I have no idea when AF is due, next few days I think, but don’t know when I ov’d this month since Chemical last month so we’ve been doing mostly every other day although had the last few days off as we’re on holiday with my parents!!

Don’t feel positive this month but once AF is out of the way hopefully ov will be back to normal next month!

So preseed ladies 😳 what’s the deal do I fill those syringe thingys right up then just pop it in? Sorry for the detailed QA but if not here then where! 🤣

Yes you fill them up, some people don’t need that much and it can be a lot, I started off with a little but then I filled the whole thing up so I wasn’t taking any chances 😂 insert it fully inside and boom bang!
Obviously I can’t comment if it worked as I’m not pregnant but it can do no harm. Hope that was helpful?

@Mooey89 sorry to hear about your chemical, I don’t feel positive either so hopefully we can wait on AF to arrive and start together?

I don't recall the dragging and I think my cramps started about DPO3

@Carley321 I used about 2g of preseed each time and insert like a tampon. Super easy after the first go!

Hey ladies I'm seeing so much about pressed is it worth using? Why did you decide to use it if you are?

I'm excited to start round 2 of SMEP this weekend. I have to admit we didn't follow to the letter last cycle but have put DH on a very strict schedule. Also I'm finishing off my current patch of pregnacare and will be just getting folic acid and agnus cactus after that because I think it's made me feel really bloated. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

@Makingawish Awww Sounds like your DH was over the moon. To be honest one of the things I'm really looking forward to is telling my DH and seeing his face.

@Carley321 to be honest I'm not fully sold on it either yet. Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe it's because I just got a hang of understanding bbt chart and I have no idea what the Ava chart info means so I'm going to wait a while but so far it hasn't been the miracle I expected. Probably me and my unrealistic views!

@tinyole glad you’re feeling positive and getting ready to go again! It’s a minor knock back that you can over come.
I’m not that savvy on the preseed 😂 but I’d heard so many good things about it and the fact you insert it and it shoots the swimmers where they are meant to go, it was a case of every little helps and it’s sperm friendly!
It also does help when dtd so regularly to prevent being sore I think....I’d give it a go for sure if I was you because there is literally no side affects...other than I’ve seen a few people say it gave them thrush but I’ve not had this at all with it. It can be a bit pricey but it does last!

Ahh yes I see the pic now, mines nowhere near that much it’s literally like a small amount of sticky and it’s more wet than discharge if that makes sense?
