Two bottles, then ring them and tell them how you feel. Bet they never cancel on you again!

sweetheart · 28/09/2004 10:33

hee hee, if only I could get through Runtus.

I don't actually have to have a couple of bottles to be, ummmm well lets call it "asertive"

A lady at Courts caught the sharp end of my tounge yesterday - I'm still waiting to hear from her manager for yet another argument!!! (long story, just don't ask or you'll be here all week!!!)

Anyway, I'm going with the theory that it's good to get all your agression out

MINNIE1 · 28/09/2004 10:54

runtus, fingers crossed for you

sweetheart, When you do get in to the clinic trash it!!! they won't mess with you again LOL (now i'm not telling you to do this)

CP3 Sorry AF has arrived,

runtus · 28/09/2004 10:54

Once again we seem to be separated at birth! I couldn't not let rip if my life depended on it.

Life is too short to put up with poor service or waiting around for some jobsworth to move their a**e!

You'll probably find that someone at the clinic has double booked all the appointments or something equally irritating.Having a go at them won't make waiting any nicer but at least you can rest in the knowledge that someone else is now having a bad day too!

sweetheart · 28/09/2004 10:55

Right, have spoken to the hospital and I've been put on a list for any cancellations that come up. They also said that when the Dr returns from sick leave she may set up and additional clinic so hopefully I would get an apt for that.

Feeling better now, thanks for your support. Although they did make a point of saying it's an infertility clinic NOT a gyne clinc - was a bit shocked at that!!! Oh well, so long as they sort me out I don't care!!!!

sweetheart · 28/09/2004 10:57

lol runtus, your so evil!!! I like your style though - you do make me chuckle, I'm now getting looks as to why I'm laughing at my computer!!!

runtus · 28/09/2004 11:08

Better than getting ones for crying at your pc I always think!

PLus, if they think you're a nutter, they tend to give you less work I find.......

sweetheart · 28/09/2004 11:14

lol, that would be all well and good except it's me that dishes out the work in this office!!! And now my staff think I'm a wierdo - oh well who said you needed the respect of your colleagues?!?!?!?!

When are you going to test BTW Runtus??? Is your cycle normally 28 days?? Fingers crossed for you

notstoppedhoping · 28/09/2004 11:21

I'm still hoping against hope that I will conceive again following a miscarriage last year. Age is against me though - and dh is still ambivalent. But I desparately don't want ds to be an only child.

I'm posting on this thread for luck!

sweetheart · 28/09/2004 11:40

good luck with your ttc. I think there is a ttc after a miscarriage thread.

MINNIE1 · 28/09/2004 11:40

notstoppedhoping, i hope you have luck on this thread.. and never say never.. Best of luck and baby dust to you..

runtus · 28/09/2004 11:51

Not sure when I am going to test really, trying to leave it as long as possible. Not sure when af is due, last cycle was 36 days and before that they have been 32, 30 etc......

Tania2 · 28/09/2004 12:06

cp3 looks like we will be keeping tabs on each other this month mine came yesterday. Had the massicare seen the same as BeckiF my natrapath called tonight to see if af arrived i told her that i was cursing her last night cause i had cramps and racing to the loo every hour of course she was glad said that all this is meant to be happening and i am having a great clean out (yuck).
Good to see you back with us runtus sounds promising are you normally a 28 day cycle. TEST TEST TEST.
I know how you feel sweetheart the same happened to me i was a a short list for laser treatment to be done back in April then when i rang them to see how far i was on the list that told me that the had to bump a whole list until next year. i cryed for days was so mad that i still havent payed my bill they can stick up their you know what He has done nothing for me other that empty my purse.
Welcome notstoppedhoping hope you are lucky on this thread.

Tessiebear · 28/09/2004 12:39

Just bumping my question from last night - when CM changes does this mean yor ARE ovulation are ABOUT to ovulate or what? (basically how close is OV at this point?!?)

Tessiebear · 28/09/2004 12:39

P.S Please
P.P.S Morning all

MINNIE1 · 28/09/2004 12:50

Tessiebear, would love to help, but i'm as confussed as you are.. but i would also like to know..

sweetheart · 28/09/2004 12:50

runtus,

I'll keep my figers crossed for you over the next few days then - you should def test at the weekend if still no af. Do you have any menstruation signs??? (or pregnancy ones for that matter)

Tessiebear, I would think the change in cm means you are ovulating - but I'm not certain. I'm sure someone else knows better than I do on this subject.

Sounds like your natrapath is working for you Tania2 - just wait - this time next month........ fingers crossed

Tessiebear · 28/09/2004 13:14

Thanks Sweetheart - basically we BD'd most days from CD 4 to CD11 (am now on CD13) Had a CM change yesterday (CD12) So am hoping that there is a chance it could happen this month... have not BD'd since Sunday

Bibi20 · 28/09/2004 13:36

Hi Tessiebear

The wetter and more slippery your cm is, the better. Imagine sperm trying to swim - the more watery your cm is the easier the job they have! 'Fertile' cm should ideally be like eggwhite (i.e. slippery and stretchy if you put it between your fingers).

You should get eggwhite just before ovulation. Some people don't get eggwhite (I didn't when I was first ttc) some get it for one or two days, some for quite a few days, but you can still get pg if you only get creamy cm. You can increase it by drinking more water generally, or by taking supplements (see the thread about starflower oil) or you could try green tea in the few days before Ovulation.

My recommendation would be to bd whenever you get anything vaguely slippery but be aware that you can get it at other times too (nature having a laugh)...

HTH!

Tania2 · 28/09/2004 13:37

Sorry i didnt reply to your question tessiebear but i dont really get the cm since i had ds but people tell me that when it goes stringy and sticky between your fingers it means that you are oving.
Sweetheart ~ my natrapath has given me hope no use relying on the dr's and gyno's they have never been able to help me in the past. if this works i can see it now a sudden increase in appointments to chinese dr's and natrapaths happening on this thread. Fingers crossed

Tessiebear · 28/09/2004 13:38

Bibi - mine goes creamy but never eggwhitey and stretchy?!?

Tessiebear · 28/09/2004 13:39

Is it normal to not get the eggwhite - am i still OVing etc?

cp3 · 28/09/2004 13:39

Good luck to everyone that left to test this month. Ill start another thread on the 1st of Oct for those of us that have to go through the trial of bding again, and again and again

Thank you for all your support everyone

sweetheart · 28/09/2004 13:43

Tania, If it works for you this month I will def be looking up my local natrapath!!!!!!

CP3, I'll be over on the next thread for definate - although this one does seem to have been quite lucky - it will be sorely missed!!!

MINNIE1 · 28/09/2004 14:21
