TTC buddies needed DESPERATELY

I desperately need some TTC buddies. We've just started trying for no.3 and we haven't told anyone. I'm bursting but with no one to talk to. I realise this makes me sound like a total sap

AF is due any time now. I have the sorest boobs so it's def on its way hope it hurries up and goes so we can try again

MrsB899, did you try this cycle? Its so hard to know as most pregnancy symptoms are the same as getting your period. My first pregnancy I really thought my AF was coming, as I had the symptoms. So much so I went to the store to buy pads the day before AF was due, as I wanted to have them, but AF never came and a week later I tested positive! (don't know how the heck I managed to wait a week to test!!).

Now, I don't know what is up, but I am worried I don't have enough progesterone, as when I am temping, I do not have an obvious rise. Its my first month temping. My cycle is pretty much regular. I can predict when the ovulation kits will give me a positive ovulation sign and I always get my EWCM days before...but feel like something is up when my temps do not rise.

Ah well, I guess if it does not work this month, I can enjoy holiday with drinks :)

@StarlightIntheNight we didn't really. My husband was away with work around the time of ovulation. I can normally tell when I'm ovulating I get crampy and EWCM I'm due AF tomorrow and my boobs are killing me. We'll be steaming into trying once AF has been and gone
I struggle to temp because of working nights but I have some digital OPKs coming any day now I really struggle with reading the cheap strips

Cycle 1 of TTC #1. I have made another post explaining my situation but would be nice to speak with others going through the same thing! Originally we were going to wait until June to try but I just can't wait any longer!

I came off my pill mid-march, had my withdrawal bleed on the 21st, and according to my Flo app, yesterday was ovulation day. I had stretchy EWCM yesterday and the day before. Also had some today. We DTD last night (on my supposed ovulation day) so fingers crossed! Although trying not to get my hopes up too much as I'm just newly off the pill so I get that it may take a while!

@Kam610 welcome! We was meant to wait until June too but I'm just too excited and impatient. Fingers crossed for you x

This is my third cycle TTC. I'll be your buddy 🙂. I'm Day 38 of my cycle.. I came off the combined pill in December and my last two cycles were 30 days and 35 days before that. Dunno what's happening this time but I did a pregnancy test yesterday which was Negative 😢

MrsB it's just all so exciting isn't it? It doesn't help that one of my close friends just announced that she's pregnant! It's just made me more determined. Now I don't even care if I don't get to have a drink on my holiday, I would be quite happy knowing that I'm growing a baby inside me!

@zenlife I had a really long cycle in December (42days) since then I've been 28days each month so fingers crossed you'll be regular after.
@Kam610 my best friend is over due at the Moment and I know my ovaries are gonna go crazy as soon as I hold that baby 😆 here's hoping we don't have to wait long x

MrsB aww no! Your ovaries are going to go crazy! It seems like everyone aroun me is having babies or announcing pregnancies just now. It has to be me next haha.

It sounds like there's a lot of holidays to look forward to. Hopefully there'll be sneaky extra passengers on board! If not then a change is as good as a rest ☺

How are you all getting on? AF never showed today. No cramps either 🤔

AF pretty much finished for me today. 10ish predicted days until ovulation 😭

Day 39 and still no period. Still having some cramps and sore boobs but that's it (negative pregnancy test again) 😞have just accepted the fact that my periods are prob all messed up and that's the reason

MrsB that sounds promising! Are you going to do a test? I am so unbelievably bloated! Too early for me to bloat before AF as I'm only 2dpo 🙄

@zenlife how frustrating! AF is two days late here but I've had sore boobs for about a week which is normal for me so I think it will appear any time now.
@Kam610 I'll leave it a couple of days I have the usual sore boobs before AF and I just know as soon as I go to do a test AF Will start 😆

Hope everyone’s having a good Saturday night.
Sorry for random post but I seem to have just got my first AF after coming off the pill 30 days ago (tmi sorry - started as some spotting but seems to be a little more/ redder now!) & had to tell someone (other than my DP) as it’s the first time Iv ever been excited to get it ! Ha! Ttc can definitely send you a bit crazy & Iv not long started.
Fingers crossed this means I can start using the OPKs properly.
Hope everyone’s getting on okay, it’s good to have this place to talk as can’t anyone else about this atm.

I used my last FRER today and it's was negative 😭 11dpo I suppose it's still early...

@MountAbora it def does send you insane. Im def becoming a fruit loop since TTC. Sounds like things are heading in the right direction though. @dizzy85 Think AF is beginning to start today so only two days late. Can't wait for it to finish so we can carrying on trying. Fingers crossed for you x

Hello! I’m so glad I found this thread today I’m feeling really down
Had two losses one at 10 weeks and one at 20 and it’s been a year and I’m still not pregnant again. Although we’ve only been trying for about four months.
I was hopeful this cycle but had some really weird OPK readings so I’m not even sure I ovulated.
AF due in four days but got a BFN today :(

I have that thing where I don’t want to talk to people in real life because they just won’t get it, but I also want to talk about it because I feel like I’m going mad so this thread is perfect.

Sorry that was a long rant instead of an introduction!!!

This would be our first. I’m 35 in a couple of weeks and starting to feel really anxious.

Thank you @mrsb899 I don’t think it helps that both times there was no tracking involved and I got pregnant pretty much first cycle - didn’t know how lucky I was! Naively I think that’s what I expected this time.
Has AF properly started for you?

Do you think a bfn on a first response 4 days before af is due means I’m definitely out? I kind of want to get it in my head that I am so I stop obsessively googling things 🙄

Does anyone here have a Fitbit and monitor their heart rate as a pregnancy symptom? I know, I know we probably don’t need any more things to obsess over!

@Aberforthsgoat sorry for your losses. I am due my af in 4 days too and also got a negative frer today, but I wouldn't say it definitely means your out as lots of people don't test positive until after so there's still hope yet. I'm going to test tomorrow but I've only got a cheap test left..but ya never know 😄 good luck to you x

@Aberforthsgoat I would def test again in a few days I don't think you're out yet. Nope still no AF. Mild cramps all day and very very light brown spotting since last night but it hasn't turned into AF yet although I'm sure it will. I'm CD 30 now and normally 28 day cycle. So frustrating. I'm probably not helping the situation stressing because it hasn't started
