2WW... The longest wait

Hi, I was just feeling a bit down in my 2ww and wanted to share a bit. I'm trying so hard not to symptom spot but it's impossible.

Im around 7 or 8dpo, I couldn't pinpoint the actual day as LH tests were inconclusive, CM got very watery one day and the next seem thicker so I'm hoping that's when I ovulate. I have sore boobs, slight backache, weird ache very low down in my abdomen, almost like an internal bruise. If I stand, sit or bend then I feel it ache.

Cervix is high and soft, creamy CM, little bit of nausea but that's probably because I'm working myself up... I stupidly did a test this morning which was a bfn so feeling even worse now!

I know everyone else feels the same way but I wish I just knew one way or another... I'm 35 so worried that's affecting my fertility too.

@Helenesss I think I’ve kept hold of the car because it caused me so much grief initially. 😂
It also holds extra special memories, except when it came to fitting the travel system in. Lol

@peasando and @AutismFamily. Please could you tweak this for me. I’ve done the one eye open/one shut. I haven’t been actively trying this month but woke up feeling really nauseous. I think AF is due Saturday/Sunday. X

All good here thanks @Helensss. AF due tomorrow (thought it was due over the weekend but I obviously cannot count). I sneaked a test with FMU but total negative. Not suprised really as wasn’t trying this month with husband and child having a virus. How you getting on?

Ah ok, maybe next month! Yes I’m ok I’m on day 8 in my cycle so going to have lots of sex over the next couple of weeks and hope it happens. I feel excited about it happening again then scared that it’ll miscarry again,
I’m sure that’s normal to think like that though xx

I came on here to see if anyone else was clinging on to various symptoms like me, haha! I had some uncharacteristic cramping a few days after sex and have also felt generally a bit weird. I keep thinking my boobs feel sore but that's maybe because I keep jabbing them to see if they're sore!!

Am I the only one that uses the 99p pregnancy test strips?? They are exactly what's inside the more expensive ones - they just have a plastic casing around them. I love a bargain.

@VaselineOnToast One month I had sore boobs and felt different and I actually was pregnant (sadly miscarried) so you never know! Yes it’s better to use cheap ones when a serial tester 😉

Hi my beautiful ladies that have kept me sain over the past few months. How are u are all?. Wanted to give u all a update turns out I was pregnant and nearly 3 months along but doctor said my body was holding on to it even though it was never really going to make it doc said there was like a 5% chance that baby could make it but if had he would have been severely disabled. He said that was possiblity the cause for the test not getting darker and going back and forth. Obviously I'm upset by this all but in a way I'm also relieved I have answers and this whole time I wasn't going mad xx

Oh my god @AutismFamily you poor thing. That explains so much. That's such a lot to deal with but at the same time as you say at least you know now what has been happening and can make sense of it.

What is happening now, do you have to have medical intervention?

Thanks everyone. @peasando I got to go back in 2 weeks to make sure everything is gone. Also they want me to give my body time to recover and look into why I have suffered so many miscarriages I'm not sure exactly what that entails I wasn't really taking much in tbh. good thing is it has brought me and my partner closer bad thing is he is blaming himself for saying he didn't want to do it. Xx

Only had 20miu tests at home and been waiting for payday to come so that I could buy a FRER, was secretly hoping I didn’t need to and a cheapo would suffice but can’t wait any longer, off for one today. I’ll let you all know. X

Ah thanks but it’s fine. It was virus month in our house and having had a few months of emotional stress I recon my cycle has gone out of sync. I can give it another week without testing as I have very little hope of conceiving (and I mean that in a realistic way, not in a negative/looking for sympathy way). I still like to pop on here though and see how everyone’s getting along. @peasando how many weeks are you now hun and how are you? Xx

@Sauty well it did sound like a bit of a tricky month for you - but you never know. I'm fine thanks, will be 10 weeks this weekend and starting to feel a bit less sick although I am totally exhausted (but then with a full time job and a two year old I'm permanently exhausted anyway!) Have my 12 week scan on June 10th so just trying to get to that at the moment.
