Hi ladies! Just wondering if anyone else is trying for DC2? Hoping we can support each other through this journey 🙂 I have a soon to be 4 year old, on cycle no 2 and currently waiting to exhale ovulate!

@rollerskaterdata I'm 6DPO. Know it's quite early still, period is due in 8 days. Hate the waiting. Although we go on holiday in 4 weeks so if it's not my month then at least I'll be able to enjoy cocktails! 😂

When will you be able to test? I am so impatient!

This morning i actually had some ewcm and me and DH managed to BD while DS was at grandma's. Thinking of you all who are also starting the tww.

@MrsA9899 the waiting is the worst isn't it?! I had my first ever tww last month and thought I was going crazy over it! I'd like to think I'll be calmer this month but we'll see how it goes. I refuse to symptom spot this month, I had every symptom under the sun last month and wasn't pregnant! I'll be trying not to test before 12dpo from now on, should get a positive by then if I am and if not, only a day or 2 to wait for AF to arrive to soften the blow! (Plus saves money on all those pregnancy tests!) When will you test?

@fizzytonicplease great you got some more BDing in while DS was out! Hubby and I have had to BD at times with DS up and awake (in a diff room with the door closed of course) and have had to resort to putting him on the iPad until we're finished 🤦‍♀️

Last time I googled every single feeling/ twitch/ thought to see if it meant I was pregnant - it was a looonnnggg two weeks. I am hoping my little one will keep me more distracted this time otherwise I'll go crazy again lol

Started my fertile window according to my app and cycle length however I have noticed hardly any EWCM should I bet concerned. Plan to bed tomorrow, and then Wednesday then should hit ovulation but I'm a bit worried about lack of mucus :(

@Ellikopter don't worry too much about lack of mucus. I normally get loads but past 2 months hardly any. Confirmed Ov with an OPK today so should be ovulating anyway despite lack of. I'm using preseed to make up for it, have you considered using it?

No my hubby doesn't really want to put too much emphasis on buying AIDS for conception, he just wants to do it the old fashioned way lol to be honest I'm shocked that we are having sex every other day to be honest lol only thing is different apps are telling me different dates I'm fertile so no idea when I actually am . But they both say that ovulation is tomorrow so I will have to pin him down :p it's all confusing we said that we would just see how it goes but I'm already starting to get a bit obsessed lol

@rollerskaterdata Totally agree, it's so frustrating when you are constantly thinking everything might be a symptom and then it turns out it's just in your head! You could drive yourself mad with it all. I actually tested today 🙈 I know it's way too early. Im a nightmare. It was just with a cheapie but I've decided that I won't test again until the weekend which will be a couple of days before my period is due.

We DTD a lot this month, and we are the same, you have to be creative when you have a little person kicking about 😂. Our little one is normally out playing at the park so we do get quite a bit of time to ourselves. But we do have a dog that seems to want to watch 🙈 so off putting! Haha xx

I'm not doing anything until tomorrow. AF often gives a little hello shortly after leaving. Almost as though she misses me, so I always wait until the second day after AF finishes.

Ooh @Carastarchild good luck with clear blue. I use cheapies then get the clear blue out when I think close to surge. I love seeing the smiley face.

I had my iui today - a little later than I would have hoped so about 4:30pm. It actually stressed me out having to wait that long as I got my first positive on opk around 7am the day before but the clinic couldn't get me app any earlier . ( they had 10 egg collections and prioritise them :( )

But all done now so I'll just have to wait and see this month... god I'm not even 1dpiui ( for purposes of this thread I'll call 1dpo )

Onewish I have my fingers and toes crossed for you! Did you get a trigger shot before IUI or did they let you ovulate yourself? I am glad you are over it now...try to relax and hopefully you will get a BFP! I am rooting for you

@onewish I bought the new monitor that has the touchscreen. It said I have to use first morning urine. It can be used to test for pregnancy as well.

@Carastarchild oh my gosh that sounds ace though so dangerous for me as I would'nt be able to resist doing the pregnancy tests lol Good your af is out of the way and you can focus on ovulation and then ttc:) fx lucky month for us all.

I'm a non-medicated iui so just poas and go in when I detect surge. Xx

Hey everyone I am officially In the two week waiting period! What am I going to do to occupy myself, contemplated buying some ovulation sticks earlier today but I keep telling myself no. I'm so dense about them , I didn't even realise that you can't pee on them lol

DTD a lot this month but going to be very stressful as I have my driving test also on the same day I should expect AF/BFP so if one doesn't happen will be nice if other did :p

@ellikopter fx you caught that egg! It only takes one sperm when you actually think about it. I might don't mind the tww up until about 7dpo. Then I start serious symptom watching. The struggle is real.

@Onewish I know! The only thing is the sticks ain't cheap so I ain't going to waste them 😁 My DH thought we were timing it wrong, so he was actually impressed with the monitor. It gets him a bit more involved in the whole process other than dtd. Technology and men 🤗

@Ellikopter you can do both...pass your test and get a BFP on a test. Anything is possible 🌟🌟🌟
