Hi ladies! Just wondering if anyone else is trying for DC2? Hoping we can support each other through this journey 🙂 I have a soon to be 4 year old, on cycle no 2 and currently waiting to exhale ovulate!

Were fine thanks @waitingforbaby2 just getting over a cold. She will be 6 week old on Friday it's going way too quickly already x

Hi everyone thought I’d post. DS 6 months old. TTC number 2 and this is first cycle. First af since he’s been born, so on cycle day 5 atm 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

@Ellikopter wow 6 weeks already that's gone quick and no still no luck so I'm onto the next cycle now im joining a SlimmingWorld group soon as I'm hoping losing some weight might help as I'm definitely bigger than I was before my 1st and so is my DH so I think that definitely doesn't help if we can both lose some weight

@Goingbacktokansascity good luck with ttc #2 your very brave doing it with a small age gap I wish I didn't wait so long

@waitingforbaby2 Baby boy took 6 months of letrozole to conceive so was keen to just get back onto trying.

@Goingbacktokansascity welcome to the group fingers crossed for you, my second only took 1 month my first took 3 months , it depends as everyone is different I did lose weight before TTC so I believe it helped me loads. Good luck keep us posted

Not pregnant
But was about to make a appointment with the doc to see what's going on. Went for my smear test a few month ago results came back fine till I freaked out this morning a letter appeared for me to see gynecology was like what how when why?! Phones docs and they had said a pol8had been found during my smear test and the nurse had told.the doc who then referred me on but I was unaware so as you can imagine everything has been running around in my head from why wasnt I told too omg if they didn't tell me cause its serious

But I'm now thinking could this polyop be stopping me from getting pregnant

@mitsi31 fx it can be resolved quickly, I can understand how frustrating it must be thinking that's stopping you from getting pregnant! Have you heard anything since?

@Ellikopter not too bad thanks, mini roller is now 10 1/2 weeks old. Started (pretty much) sleeping through a few days ago, she now sleeps 9pm to 5am, feeds then back to sleep until after 8ish. How is your DD?

Hi @rollerskaterdata Freya is 12 week old tomorrow! She slept from 8:30pm until 4am this morning pretty much same , feeds then back to sleep I guess I've been lucky second time round as both my kids seem to like their sleep :p

Nope appointment is next month and have a telephone consultation with the doc on Thursday just to ask questions about why I wasnt told and what it is etc?

@mitsi31 will they be able to treat the polyp at your next appointment? That's really shocking they didn't get back to you, hopefully the doctor can give you some answers. Can you TTC in the meantime?

@Ellikopter it's bliss isn't it after the first few weeks! My DS slept through 7pm til 7am consistently from 8 weeks old! Hopefully DD isn't too far behind but 8 hour stretches are still great, I'll take it! How is your DS taking to Freya?

I think they can depending on where it is and if its affecting anything
I had no idea it was there till having a smear test I've read up on it and it can be caused by hormones being all over the place especially if I was on the combi pill then off that then on the mini pill then no pill at all

I'll be asking more questions on Thursday and we are still TTC its just not knowing if the polyop is in the way etc

@rollerskaterdata my son is smitten with her although he's a little heavy handed so we have both got to keep an eye on him lol but it's nice that he's taken an interest

@Ellikopter just chugging along really, mini roller is 3 months old now and sleeping through (most) nights which is nice. Still sleeps so badly during the day though. Not looking forward to lugging her around when I start doing the school run in a couple of weeks! How are you?

@rollerskaterdata everything fine more or less same , she sleeps through night and goes to bed around 7-7:30pm my son is back at school Tuesday he's enjoyed spending plenty of time with her lol

Hello all! I was here almost a year ago for TTC #2 and only got a couple of cycles in before putting it on hold due to health issues (suspected breast cancer and needed multiple scans and tests).

Back on it for my first cycle trying again and so lovely to see some familiar names!

Congrats on the arrivals @Ellikopter and @rollerskaterdata!
