Hi ladies! Just wondering if anyone else is trying for DC2? Hoping we can support each other through this journey 🙂 I have a soon to be 4 year old, on cycle no 2 and currently waiting to exhale ovulate!

Dpo- days post ovulation.

I poas ( pee on a stick) or sometimes called use opks (ovulation positive kits or in other words sticks you pee on!)

I'm a single mum by choice so using donor sperm and iui. I have once chance a month to get ovulation right and it's quite expensive so trying to get it accurate but not stress

Started to get ewcm two days ago but no positive sign in opks yet...

I am also feelinb really broody too and a friend who had her first baby same time as me is pregnant again. When I see her baby scans I'm sure my ovaries flip!

Haha I thought it was post ovulation lol it will happen for both of us I'm sure :) my fertile window will be from tomorrow to Wednesday so planking on DTD every other day so that my poor husband doesn't feel like he's being drained lol X will take a test on 24th and see if it's done trick or not. Keep me posted @TreasureInMyTummy

Hello!
I'm on my 4th cycle TTC. Am not sure when i ovulated this month somewhere between CD15-17.
I started testing the last few days. I keep seeing the most faintest line but I have all symptoms of AF being imminent. ☹

Will test on Monday if AF hasn't turned up otherwise looking forward to planning the next cycle!

I think im going crazy i just see the smallest sliver of a line.
But yesterday i had tiny amount of pink discharge and today i have ewcm which is usual for a day before AF turns up.

I am currently CD4 and waiting for AF to finish. i bought a Clearblue advanced Fertility monitor. I was previously using cheap opks and I am hoping this will help pinpoint my fertile days better.

Welcome @Carastarchild I haven't resorted to OPK's yet lol I just track my EWCM and use first response app to track cycle as I'm only on second cycle so it's early days yet. Heard good things about the digital ones though so hopefully you'll get your surge soon :D

Hi Ellikopter and fizzytonicplease ! Thank you for the warm welcome. We spent a few months not trying, so this is my second cycle actually trying. Last month things were a little hectic, and I didn't really know when I actually ovulated, which made the tww harder. I just felt that I wanted to start monitoring things for my own sanity

Fizzytonicplease That's fab! Get DTD Fx you catch that egg! I am 37 in October! I simply don't know how that happened...I feel like I am still 21

Closedcircuit sorry that AF arrived Take time to rest and relax. AF can be painful in many different ways. I understand how you are feeling completely.

I am actually CD5 not CD4...Just hadn't woke up properly this morning .

We have been DTD everyother day and I actually thought i had missed ovulation as ive been in work and forgot to test, we DTD this morning and i thought after that i would just see if im ovulating and I am.

@Closedcircuit im so sorry AF arrived its so disappointing, fingers crossed for next time.

@carastarchild hope you get a bit more clarity this month. Not knowing when you've ovulated is a pain i hate the uncertainty.

@closedcircuit sorry AF came. It really is hard to see when you don't want it, take some time to treat yourself (wine and cheese anyone?!) 💐

I have no idea what my body is doing. Had perfect cycles until I literally started TTC. This is second month in a row of barely any EWCM during fertile week despite normally getting a decent amount every month, and this morning CD12 of a 26-28 day cycle I got my 5th flashing smiley on clear blue digital advanced OPK. No peak yet and if I don't get it in the next few days I have no idea what's going on. I'm so annoyed at my body right now!!!! 😡

Ttc can be a stressful time , try and enjoy all the bedding , I'm trying to make it as exciting as I can for hubby but every other day think we will burn out as we are doing it every other day throughout my cycle lol but it's only way to know that you've covered all ground lol, I had EWCM last month but we DTD too late, this time my fertile window is now and can barely feel any lol typical, as I had PCOS when I caught on with my son i somehow expect a real battle for number 2 lol our first only took 3 months! So god knows what my body is going to do this time round. If u can get yourself seven seas trying for a baby tablets, I've just started them so we'll see :p I just think at the end of day enjoy the intimate time with your partner. If AF arrives at least it's a good sign that you ovulate and cycles are still there X it will happen to everyone when we least expect it I guarantee it lol

Haha im on it! Lucky the dog woke us at 5.30am ( ds wakes at 6.30am) so we thought we would make the most of it. Im the same with ewcm haven't really noticed loads yet two months ago before we started actively ttc i noticed loads, why do our bodies confuse us so much.

It's really bizarre isn't it? It's almost like the stress and pressure of TTC has an effect on our bodies and they start going funny, it wouldn't be surprising though would it when we know stress can affect our cycles! @Ellikopter I tried the seven seas preconception tablets and I had a nasty allergic reaction to them! Needless to say never used again 😂 hubby and I have been taking pregnacare his and hers preconception tablets for the last 5 or so months as we wanted them to build up in our systems. We've also stuck to BD every other day as I think we'd run out of steam quite quickly if we did it every day! Did that last month anyway for a few days over predicted Ov and it didn't work! 😂

Ladies I just got my positive OPK! After 5 days of flashing smileys, I'm so excited to see that static face ha ha! DH and I already BD this morning so already covered today, will BD again tomorrow and day after to cover all bases. Eeek starting another TWW soon!

Can I join ladies? We are also TTC DC2 and it's our second cycle! We did try for a few months last year but then had so much on we decided to have a break for a while. My little boy is 6 so there will be bit of an age gap. I've had some light spotting today, and lots of cramping on left side and low down in tummy. Also had a headache for past couple of days and my boobs have been sore since OV. When I was pregnant with my DS it wasn't planned and I just knew. First sign was extremely sore boobs and I was so tired/moody. I actually started crying because my hubby stole something off my plate at dinner and I knew then I was pregnant 😂🙈 I was 5 weeks by that point but because we weren't trying, I didn't symptom spot. This TWW is awful! Fingers crossed for everyone 💜 xx

@TreasureInMyTummy oh awesome!! We'll be tww buddies! Hope your IUI goes well tomorrow, do you mind if I ask what the procedure is? I know a little bit about it but not much. Really hope it's our months this month, here's hoping for BFPs and sticky beans!

@rollerskaterdata nope not all at- to put it simply; sperm is put in me by nurse - not too different to smear but not painful x
