Hi ladies! Just wondering if anyone else is trying for DC2? Hoping we can support each other through this journey 🙂 I have a soon to be 4 year old, on cycle no 2 and currently waiting to exhale ovulate!

@waitingforbaby2 - I’ll wait til Friday too as I don’t want to waste my FRER.

No! Urgh! No AF, no AF symptoms aside from cramping. But BFNs or maybe very very faint- laughably so- BFPs on Fri am. Can’t decide when to test again!

Gosh that must be so confusing!! I read some people don’t show BFP until well after AF was due ... another few days maybe?

I’m trying to wait til Friday but I suspect I'm too impatient! Maybe we can encourage each other??

I used to have 26 day cycles and got my last BFP on day 26/27- can’t remember exactly. Now I’m on CD31 and counting. We (stupidly) had unprotected sex last Sat and internet says to test 14, or preferably 21, days after unprotected... so I should know within 13 days for sure. But the wait is unbearable!

Ooh I see @waiting is also waiting, ha, til Friday...! Perfect.

Yep my AF is due on Friday so trying to hold off until then - I guess all 3 of us are in that waiting room together!

I guess Friday is a good day to test so we have the weekend to recover from the result either way. Fingers crossed no AF appearing for us before then!

Good luck for Friday @LillianFullStop and @HappyGoLuckyGo I'm still gonna test Friday if AF doesn't get me but I'm just not feeling positive now after taking the test the other day and telling DH it was negative and he just said yeah I just know your not pregnant and also I just don't feel anything but not even AF symptoms

Hey I'm doing well my nausea is easing and belly getting bigger lol just going into crazy Xmas mode at the moment lol how's everyone else ?

I'm convinced I'm having another boy @rollerskaterdata what do you think you're having ?

@Ellikopter unfortunately for me neither my nausea or tiredness have eased and it's really getting me down. Oh really, what makes you say that? I don't really know, some days I think girl and some boy, but more often than not I feel like I'm having another boy too I can't explain it! It would be lovely though ☺️

Sorry your symptoms aren't easing :( I am getting lots of heartburn which I did with my son lol although with my son I had amazing skin and hair and I'm afraid it's quite the opposite this time round, my skin is dry and hair is thin :( lol

Stressed out, had an interview for a promotion Friday and got the job! It's my birthday tomorrow and my sons birthday Saturday we are having a party for him Sunday so it's all hands on deck at the moment and my heads a shed! Lol

Congrats on promotion @ellikopter and a happy birthday to you and your son! Sounds exhausting during T1 but you’ll get through

3 days til AF is due and I can POAS... seems what I was hoping was early PG symptoms are now feeling like pre-AF symptoms ... boo 😭. Hope it stays away.

What do you all think is more disappointing - a BFN or AF turning up uninvited?

@Ellikopter it's funny how pregnancies differ isn't it? Happy birthday in advance to you and your son, and congratulations on the promotion! It's my DS's birthday mid next week so we've got all hands on deck here too, his party is on Saturday

@LillianFullStop I find AF turning up without warning worse. I would rather have a BFN and then know AF is coming. I know quite a few people who think the opposite though!

AF reared her ugly face this morning, so I’m out- and safely back on the pill. Not gambling again like that, especially as threads like this remind me what a privilege it is to have children and how much effort it can be to get that BFP. Very best of luck to everyone with their pregnancies and TTC! It’s a really stressful time, we should be kind to ourselves.

@rollerskatadata sorrt you're still feeling awful, how many weeks are you now? Im 12 weeks on sat and got my scan on Monday, cant belive its finally here. Still have very sore boobs, tired, extremely bloated and had to say goodbye to my size 8 jeans, and nausea comes and goes some days good others not. With DS i remember all symptoms apart from the bloated went at about 8/9 weeks, so im shocked im still feeling like this.

@fizzytonicplease wow I can't believe you're nearly 12 weeks already, exciting! Let us know how your scan goes. I'm 16 weeks now, still waiting to bloom!! X

One more day til AF due I am starting to lose it but going to try to stick to my guns and wait until tomorrow.

On another note? Did any of you hold on to some of DD1 or DS1’s clothes knowing you may need it for #2 at some point? I kept a few things like coats/dresses/pram suits but gave away vests and PJs.
