August bus

Thought I'd start this one. This is my first bus and would love to chat with other's TTC in August.

Stats:
Age: 26
TTC number: 1!
Cycle: 1st officially TTC, although was a chance last cycle
CD: 6 of 27-29 day cycle
BFP/AF due: 2nd Augst

I'm trying to really prepare my body as much as possible for pregnancy. Trying to lose some weight and strengthen my core and back as I've got crap core and lower back muscles which worry me a bit in terms of pregnancy

CD27. Still have crazily achy/painful boobs! Extremely tired and emotional today. Around 10-12 DPO. Already had 2 negative pregnancy tests so far, possibly from testing wayyyy too early! Feel like I'm just going to wait now and see if AF arrives. It's due in about 3-4 days if my cycle is 30-31 days this month which seems to be my average.

Thank you @TheMagicTorch @em254 @sbhf1987 tested when I got home, after about a 2 hour hold, bfn. Thought there may be a faint line but think that's wishful thinking really.

Pretty sure I know when I ovulated and dtd a few times in fertile week. Feeling a bit crampy. It's torture!

Af expected 28th July

So far three negative tests and still no af! Advice if anyone else had had this!

Gah. Got some light spotting now, so think I'm out :( feeling pretty gutted. Last time to conceive before I turn 35. Really thought this cycle was the one.

I got my blazing positive opk on sat BDed Saturday and Sunday and opk still darker Sunday and then today my opks got lighter, I’m knackered and want to go to bed do you reckon we could get away with not BDing tonight?! Also have an interview for a midwife post at my local hospital tomorrow, wish me luck!!

@venusstar Sorry to hear about the spotting. I know what you mean about coming up to a birthday! This will be my last cycle trying before I turn 37 in September. It's stupid to think that the one month makes any difference at all and it's only a number - but it just kind of highlights that time is ticking away doesn't it!? Wierdly....

I'm at 7dpo. Negative IC - no surprises there! Had a MASSIVE temperature spike yesterday, which seems to be holding up there this morning. Felt very sick this morning, also overslept and woke up very groggy which is really unlike me. Possibly I am coming down with something and actually have a mild fever!!!! Still feeling a little optimistic. Also shooting deep pains in one breast, and pain in lower back with pinching sensations near my pelvis.

Well I'm on CD16 now.

Been using the advanced clearblue opks and had Low fertility since CD9; even with the last 3 days of wet cm and ewcm.
Was expecting the flashing smiley, especially yesterday, but nothing. BD Saturday and yesterday anyway as I had a feeling.
Then today I got my static smiley... Whilst I'm happy I can read my body and I'm ovulating. I may as well have bought the standard version, as it didn't give me any high days 🙈 x

BFN, as expected, AF not due for another 2 days, 12 dpo but couldn't resist not testing this morning, woke up every couple of hours kept dreaming I was pregnant 😩

TTC has well and truly sent me insane.

I have no will power whatsoever but have given up as keep testing and getting BFN  but my app says AF due yesterday and no sign yet. Will check Friday and confirm

So, going by my temping (to which I've realised my thermometer isn't great)
The fertility friends app seems to think I ovulated on Saturday, and the natural cycles app is currently saying anovulatory (which can't be right as I had scans and an injection)
The monitor says Low, but it's clearly got two strong lines 🤦🏻‍♀️

Spoke to the fertility doctor yesterday who said to stop testing and not worry about it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

🤞🏻maybe I ovulated over the weekend then. That'd be handy 👍🏻

No idea when af is due now tho 😂

@VenusStarr sorry to hear about the spotting. It’s great when we hear about BFPs but BFNs are so cruel! Treat yourself to something nice today!

I tested this morning with a frer and got another BFN, AF is due today so I guess I just have to wait and see. I had convinced myself over the last 2 weeks it wasn’t my month then yesterday did a whole 360 and convinced myself I was. This morning made me feel pretty gutted.

I would like to add that I sat and examined my BFN for 20 mins like a crazy person. So glad I can speak about this to you ladies otherwise I think I would drive myself crazy!

So Sunday night I woke up feeling extremely nauseous and I thought jeeez if this is morning sickness how the hell am I suppose to carry on for another 37 weeks? Turns out I’ve got the norovirus 😫😫!! To be honest I was glad it was a bug cuz that was horrendous!!

Did another test this morning, hoping to see an obvious line and nothing 😫! I’m still only 11dpo but after thinking I saw a line 2 days ago I have a feeling this is all in my head 😔 xx

Thank you @em254, sorry to hear about your bfn too. It is cruel :( am officially out now. My cycles are only 25 days though so I'm due on again 1st September! So might hang around. Not sure what to do next, I find it hard not to think about it and think if I see the doctor they might not do anything. Will see how I feel later in the week, I guess they can only send me away. Part of me is scared there's something wrong with me.

I carried on as normal @CrystalBlaze. Had a wedding at the weekend and drank. If it's too early to tests I don't think it will do any harm

So I caved this morning. 10dpo (I think) so wasn't expecting this..
When I had my chemical the later lines weren't this dark. Definitely thought I'd be squinting at a BFN this morning .
Tentatively excited, just hope this little bean sticks.

@CrystalBlaze I say drink til it's pink - I think you're okay up until 4 weeks because you don't share a blood supply, or something similar- someone may correct me. I say enjoy a couple of glasses of fizz 😊

So yesterday DS asked me what the baby's name was, "what baby" I replied, "the baby in your tummy mummy."
I've not even ovulated yet this month but I still ended up dipping an ic along with my opk obviously a bfn, no clue where he got the idea from.
