August bus

Thought I'd start this one. This is my first bus and would love to chat with other's TTC in August.

Stats:
Age: 26
TTC number: 1!
Cycle: 1st officially TTC, although was a chance last cycle
CD: 6 of 27-29 day cycle
BFP/AF due: 2nd Augst

I'm trying to really prepare my body as much as possible for pregnancy. Trying to lose some weight and strengthen my core and back as I've got crap core and lower back muscles which worry me a bit in terms of pregnancy

Purposefully avoided MN the last few cycles but back on it...

Cycle: 15
Age: 35
TTC: #1

Had all of our tests and everything appears 'normal' so no reason why we haven't had our BFP yet 👎🏻

I'm due in the next couple of days, 12dpo today. Watery cm and I have no hpts so tried an opk - just got something to wee on! and there is an almost positive second line. But I know that before af you can have another surge and if pregnant it's usually an obvious dark line so don't think it means Anything but it's nice feeling hopeful

I think I can see it @Lubilu28! When do you think you'll test again?

Is it weird to be symptom spotting BEFORE ovulation?! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm on CD9 and I honestly feel so tired and nauseous and emotional, and have done for a few days now. But pretty sure AF was proper, like it was 6 days of bleeding and the first few were heavy, so it doesn't leave much room for doubt. But no idea why I feel so rotten 🤢 someone talk me down from POAS 😂 I know it would be a complete waste but my illogical side thinks it's worth a shot!

Well @VenusStarr that sounds hopefully! Do you think you'll test again before AF or just wait it out?

I've had no more spotting since this morning and now that horrible niggly part of my brain is telling me it might have been implantation as I'm only 10dpo I have had spotting in the past though so I really think I'm out just clinging on to that last bit of hope. Gunna catch up on what's happened now seen as I've decided to linger x

Hi everyone, huge congrats to the bfps and good luck next month to those hopping off.
I'm 5dpo today, far far too early for symptoms but i was up in the night seeing twice so of course I'm thinking what if....

I've ordered some cheapy strips that should be here by weds -8dpo which will help scratch that itch! After a couple of early losses i would still rather know!

@venusStarr I’m due on the 10th!! I had 1 opk left and did that a few days ago and got a bit of a line 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻!!

@mussie I have work tomorrow and Tuesday and will be an early start and I don’t think I’ll have time to examine a test haha so going to try and wait till Wednesday!! I have heard that some people can have af normally so maybe it’s worth a try?? Especially if ur feeling like that!! Just grab a cheapie might just put ur mind at rest xx

@Lubilu28 I have an expired pregnancy test I could use, to save the FRER? But is that even worth it, whatever result I get I'll probably end up convinced it was false because it such an old test 😂

Oh actually I think I have some cheapie strips that came with the FRER, I'll have a hunt for those 🧐

@hofty, no it might just be too early. Implantation can occur between 6 and 12 dpo. You're not out until AF arrived!

Evening all and congrats to all BFPs!

I had a +ve OPK this morning and DTD this evening. Just did another OPK because I am addicted and it's negative and am concerned I could have missed the window!

Thoughts?

@CrystalBlaze the positive opk means you're about to ovulate so don't worry that it's negative now. You have between 12-36 hours so could even dtd again tomorrow for luck!
I'm off the bus...AF came today so back to cd1 for me.

Haha @Lubilu28 I tested with the cheapie and got a BFN as fully expected. So I guess I am just being a moody cow for no reason

Morning. Sorry to hear about bfns 13dpo today. Just looked back and for the last few months I've only had 12days luteal phases. One was 11. But I'm feeling a bit crampy. Still a bit hopeful.

Anyone else testing today?

I’ve tested everyday since 8dpo, now 12 DPO and decided to save my last FRER, AF due tomorrow and I normally spot the day before so thought I would know today one way or another. Have had that nagging heavy feeling all last night so I know AF is on her way.

This is officially doing my head in.
I've never had more than 2days positive opk's.
And the fact that I injected myself to force ovulation has just given me an extra long LH surge 😣

I'm on day 4 now and clearly still strong results.
Naturally I would have ovulated today so should not still shave such a strong results.
I'm annoyed I've messed up my hormones 😑
And evidently the IUI was wasted 😕

@Wishful30 That looks so confusing. I don't know anything about IUI. Can you speak to the GP/medic?

Morning ladies, I'm 11 DPO, AF due on weds/thurs tried my hardest to not symptom spot during this 2WW but this morning I have felt so sick, can't help but wonder if that's a good sign 😬

Going to do my best not to test until later on in the week, praying this sicky feeling isn't just AF brewing!

I'm 9dpo today and reaching that part of the TWW where I really have to talk myself down from testing.

I only have one FRER in the house and one CB Digital. But last month I just ordered on Amazon Prime anyway..
Trying my best to wait until Friday!

I'm on CD18 and still not had a positive OPK. Ovulation is going to be late this month then!! I'm only using cheap ones as I'm away for most of August and I didn't want to be obsessed whilst away. Annoyingly I am here this week and ovulation is bloody late!!!
