August bus

Thought I'd start this one. This is my first bus and would love to chat with other's TTC in August.

Stats:
Age: 26
TTC number: 1!
Cycle: 1st officially TTC, although was a chance last cycle
CD: 6 of 27-29 day cycle
BFP/AF due: 2nd Augst

I'm trying to really prepare my body as much as possible for pregnancy. Trying to lose some weight and strengthen my core and back as I've got crap core and lower back muscles which worry me a bit in terms of pregnancy

@sbhf1987 I feel so relaxed after it. I guess that’s a good thing.

@LulaRose just curious about how often you went?

@Smileyface32 i went once a month, and was pregnant after the third session both times.

@Smileyface32 yes it’s good to be relaxed, my next session isn’t til 13th as she went on holiday and AF due 18th/19th so not sure whether to postpone & see as I’m guessing treatment would be different at different cycle stages & if I was lucky enough to get a BFP x

@TaeLovexD I get all my period cramps in my thighs rather than my womb / stomach area. It started happening after I had DS1. I used to feel them just below my stomach, not anymore! 🤷‍♀️ had tests and everything's fine, just a bodily change after giving birth they reckon (along with everything else! 😂)

I’m 7dpo and I’ve had quite bad nausea today! Could be that we’ve spent the day at Alton towers so trying not to read to much into it!! But I did get a whiff of cigarette smoke and it almost made me heave 🤢!!

I did a test this morning, BFN as expected but it’s my DH 30th birthday so I just thought why not lol but I think it’s started to fuel my obsession with POAS haha 😆 x

@rollerskaterdata where your contractions most painful in your legs? That's what it was like with my little boy I just wasn't prepared for it at all 🙈 x

Wow, that injection has certainly worked!!
My opk test this morning was barely visible compared to the test line.
Not due for natural ovulation till Monday,
How about that. Don't think it's ever been that strong!!

Mine last week was like that but I didn't ovulate according to the machine. I think humans have a better idea!

I'd say the top one is as good as positive but the bottom one has a day or two to go.
Are they from last week, or now?

They are from the 22nd July. One was morning and one was afternoon. They're opposites though.

@Wishful30 the top one is a solid positive because the test line is double the strength of the control. It's been like that since the 12th July 😆 both have a stronger test line than control but the CBFM said no peak

@ImpatientMammy I don't remember them being really painful in my legs, more my tummy. They've certainly made up for it now though, every AF I can barely walk my leg pain is so strong!

I took a pregnancy test today, the earliest day I could using the First Response test and it was negative :( my boobs are very sore, they feel bigger and I got nauseous this week so I really think I could be pregnant. Will take another test in a few days.

Awww bless you @rollerskaterdata my periods have been much more bearable since my first was born but I remember getting into hospital and being in total shock the my legs hurt so much I've never met anyone else that's said it yet x

I used a first response with my last pregnancy and got a negative I waiting 4 days (2 days after my missed AF) and got a positive on a Clearblue Digital so uv deffo got a chance!!

I’m have some serious bloat going on this evening! I could hardly eat any dinner due to the nausea 😔 I just hope it’s not my body playing nasty tricks!! X

Morning, 10 days dpo today and thought I had a squinter line with a Superdrug cheapie... however just looked again to take a photo but I can’t see anything. Mind is really playing tricks on me today!

Despite knowing I didn't ovulate I did a pregnancy test and it was a BFN as expected. I'll wait for the dreaded FP to arrive I. The next couple of weeks

Hi all. Had some weird clear jelly like cm today, 11dpo and my left boob is a bit tender. Not sure what to think!

How's everyone else?

I'm 7dpo and in the middle of what feels like the longest TWW yet. Cycle 5 of trying and I know it's still early days but I really want it to be our time this month 🤞

Hi all, I'm new here and hopping on this bus although I have lurked before when stupidly symptom spotting!

Stats:
Age: 31
TTC number: 1
Cycle: number 4 but most of those haven't been really trying just not preventing
CD: 21 of 29-30 day cycle
BFP/AF due: 13th Aug

DH stopped trying to prevent a few months ago to see how it went, now that I know I'm not just going to get casually knocked up (I'm not as young as I feel it turns out!), the intention was to ramp things up a notch this cycle. As it turns out with his late working hours at the moment and the insane heatwave we only managed to DTD a pathetic once during my fertile window which I use Ovia to predict. It was on the 10/10 fertility day and I think I felt ovulation a few hours afterwards. Oh and when DH went out of the room I stuck my legs in the air for a while (I don't want to freak him out as he's a lot more casual about it than me... I'm the one feeling the biological time pressure if you know that I mean.)
So I guess I'm only in with a small chance again as we just haven't been at it enough, but will I symptom spot like crazy once I get to next week?... You betcha! Good luck to all x

@VenusStarr sounds like EWCM, means you're probably quite fertile!

@ImpatientMammy I didn't get pains in my legs in labour but with DS1 it was all in my bum that was quite a shock!
