August bus

Thought I'd start this one. This is my first bus and would love to chat with other's TTC in August.

Stats:
Age: 26
TTC number: 1!
Cycle: 1st officially TTC, although was a chance last cycle
CD: 6 of 27-29 day cycle
BFP/AF due: 2nd Augst

I'm trying to really prepare my body as much as possible for pregnancy. Trying to lose some weight and strengthen my core and back as I've got crap core and lower back muscles which worry me a bit in terms of pregnancy

@ImpatientMammy I've got a code that gives £20, happy to share it with you if you want to send me a PM. They do occasionally give bigger discounts so that's worth looking out for too.

I'm getting really bad cramps today so now I'm wondering if I did ovulate on CD6 when the temps started going up and AF is on the way. Doesn't explain the positive OPK on CD12 though 🤔

So this just happened! I’m shocked! I honestly expected it to be negative but I’m so happy although not entirely realised it. Not had many symptoms and just feel normal really. Have backache and cramping since ovulation and boobs have filled out and become perkier but that’s it. Early days but I hope it brings some more luck to everyone on the August bus!

Thanks everyone 😊 it feels unreal! I’m 14 DPO, period due tomorrow, but DP and I are on holiday and thought it would be a nice time to find out either way

Also, what does everything think of first response tests? I read online they were good, I’ve got some arriving tomorrow.

@hofty I choice the first response ones, was nervous about wasting a test as I’m not technically due my period until tomorrow but the line came up quite strong so very happy with it! When are you due to test?

As for me.... So from my charting (it's my very first month charting), it looks like I ov'd on day 11, which makes me 3dpo today. I guess I should wait until the 14th August to test.....eeek......

@sunpickle how did you add RHR to your FF chart? I keep trying and it's not coming up!
