Hi ladies! Today is 1dpo (I think?) so just heading into the tww. I'm trying for my 2nd and on C2. Anyone want to keep me company? Xx

@Cloud9889 I can see the line though, does getting it too wet make it invalid or does it still count? Test again in a couple of days I guess but still looks promising!

I really don’t know but ones I’ve done since there might be a very very faint line but no where near as dark as this one. Will try again tomorrow as will be 9 or 10 dpo then

@8DaysAWeek yes with the dreams!! I'm getting weird ones at the moment...struggling to recall them when I wake up, but odd!

Because I'm a grumpy baby! Ha! I've been looking at my cycle and there seems to be trend with my luteal phase and if it's right, it could mean af is due in approx 4 days. So now I'm thinking everything I'm feeling is af 😩 I thought it might be promising thinking I had another 8 days 😢 xx

Af is due in 5 days for me so who knows. If it doesn't happen this month at least I'll remember that I had these symptoms so maybe won't think s much of them next month so the 2ww won't be so tough trying to guess (clearly in denial knowing it'll still be as bad)

@cloud I definitely see a line there but try with fmu if you have a frer? @8days crazy dreams here too but I've put that down to taking b6... Although they started a few days ago? I suffer from quite bad anxiety and the last couple of days it's really ramped up, last night I was awake for about 2 hours so didn't even get the "full 3 hours sleep" for my bbt but still had a temp rise so I'll not moan too much!

@KimRobs87 I'm feeling like I'm out too. Not a trace of a symptom - no bleeding, no cramps, boobs a bit fuller and nips tender but think that's just normal pre-AF stuff. Spot on my chin but that's not a symptom, it's Sod's law cos I'm out on Friday We have a lovely holiday booked in July so I'm just telling myself that if it doesn't happen before then at least I can enjoy all the good and drink and not worry about being sick. But I'll see if that holds up if I get a BFN... Still planning on testing on Friday fx

@Frizzy1986 Haha! I actually can't even be sure when mine is anymore? I thought I'd be due 31/05 but after looking at the last few months and I just don't know? What do you guys think?

I'm currently approx 7dpo and my app thinks my period will be due 31/05 however, that's 32 days?

I'm assuming testing is around how many days post ov you are but when do we think af might (hopefully not!) be due?

Oh gosh that's a hard one to judge! I'd have said a 31 day cycle to be safe, but getting the peak on CD16 is quite a bit earlier than the other months! I'd go with testing based on the peak though.

@KimRobs87 they say that the luteal phase doesn't really change every month, at most a day either way. If we assume you ovulate 24 hours after your peak, then you have a 9/10 day luteal phase. Which would make me think AF is due on CD 26-27?? What CD are you on?

Have you been taking any supplements other than the usual stuff? Like B6?? Some things can extend your LP

Thanks. I'm on cd24 today. This is why I'm bummed out - maybe I'm just feeling pre af symptoms 😩 also I read that having a 10 day luteal phase might mean you don't stay preg long! I already have a DS so really hope I'm not going to experience complications this time? Xx

Also - remember pregnancy symptoms are the result of high levels of progesterone, and AF symptoms are a result of high levels of progesterone. They go away as soon as we get our period because our progesterone drops sharply.

So there is NO WAY at this early stage to tell them apart (I know I'm totally shitting on our whole symptom spotting thread but just read this and pretend it never happened lol). You ain't out yet hun 😘

Nah I still think that'd be too early. Implantation will either have just happened or not happened yet. Try hold out until Friday earliest!

Hi guys can I join?
I’ve been following the thread over the last few days. I’m 12dpo and due af on fri or sat. Was dangerously optimistic this month because we used pre seed, opk and I felt like I had loads of symptoms, although as @8days said I know that doesn’t mean much. Took a first response this morning and bfn. Trying to keep some hope but I’m most likely out gutted!

Welcome @Catspajamas85! When is af due? We used preseed this month too for the first time.

@KimRobs87 it’s due Friday or Saturday. I think I put too much faith in all the extras this month!

@KimRobs87 my LP is 10 days, I managed to lengthen it with vit b6 when we were ttc #2 so I'm taking it again now I'm off the pill. I was given progesterone supplements but even with them I used to start bleeding while still on them so I researched natural ways to lengthen the LP and b6 came up. It doesn't affect pregnancy either so you can do it all cycle long xx
