@mostimproved LOL yeah so far I'm happy with my chart. Last months was all over the shop.

I had a spot on my chin yesterday! Haha we're all walking about with spotty faces and excited about it 😂 any other time of the month and we'd be cursing them!

KimRobs87 · 22/05/2018 21:45

I'll take the spots for a BFP! Do any of you guys get really full / firm boobs before af? Just trying to decide whether it's 'could be both' symptom before I (once again!) get my hopes up x I don't remember this before af x

TheTittifersHaveSungTheirSong · 22/05/2018 21:52

I honestly don't know if my boobs are capable of full and firm anymore...but they have firmed up a bit the last couple of cycles before AF. 🤷🏻‍♀️

8DaysAWeek · 22/05/2018 21:57

Hahaha after breastfeeding DS for 19 months my boobs have said goodbye to full and firm @TheTittifersHaveSungTheirSong
Hoping pregnancy gives them a bit of life!

I never noticed fullness or increased sensitivity before AF (whereas spots, bloating etc are common PMS symptoms for me) but did before I tested positive with DS...

KimRobs87 · 22/05/2018 21:59

cool thanks! I suppose if you want it enough you can make anything fit right! X

OP posts:
Frizzy1986 · 22/05/2018 22:19

I always gets swollen boobs before af. Usually a few days before. Its the only time they get larger than bug bites!

FoxyRoxy · 23/05/2018 00:08

My boobs don't change at all before af, with my last pregnancy I didn't get sore boobs at all and wore an underwired bra the whole time. With both the boys my boobs were so painful I had to wear soft cup bras pretty early on. So I guess it can vary x

KimRobs87 · 23/05/2018 06:55

Who knows then! Af isn't due until 31st so would expect this so soon? They're a little sore but not like with my first (but then every pregnancy is different). THIS WEEK IS DRAGGING! Lol x

OP posts:
Frizzy1986 · 23/05/2018 07:07

kimrobs it sure is. Af is due on 29th for me and last night I had the metallic taste in my mouth, but have a feeling that's just because I hadn't brushed my teeth yet 😂
Boobs still slightly tingling, but then I think I prob have that usually, I just don't notice. Heartburn has subsided a bit too and no nausea this morning.
Dh is finding it hilarious, but I tried to explain to him that all this creates the enjoyable excitement of what's possible, the not knowing is slightly exciting too. Then af will rock up and it's disappointing because even though you'd told yourself you weren't gonna get carried away, you do and have already planned your mat leave in your head!
Hoping there some good bfps to come for everyone. Not sure when will be good to test though. Don't think I can hold off until af is late.

KimRobs87 · 23/05/2018 08:01

@Frizzy1986 - talk about not getting carried away! I got heartburn in the night, loads - I NEVER get it! Lol. I really hope we have some bfp's soon for everyone. It's so hard to know when to test. I'd never make it to when I've missed x

Without being mean to me.... can I ask if anyone is overweight on their BMI? I've read this can make it difficult to conceive, but I have regular periods and am a size 14/16 and exercise regularly. I am so worried that I am not going to be able to conceive. Is anyone in a similar position? Or anyone had the same issue? Please don't be mean.... I know I should have had a healthy bmi before starting to try x

Frizzy1986 · 23/05/2018 09:00

I don't but I know lots who have with no issues beyond what everyone else has. Yeah we all wish we could eat better, be healthier, at a better weight, but it's not easy. If you are trying to look after yourself by making sure you are eating plenty of fruits and veg then you're doing good.
Hope it doesn't cause any additional issues for you, but as you'll read on here, all shapes and sizes have problems so who knows. Good luck and have fun

KimRobs87 · 23/05/2018 09:02

@buntingandstarcharts - I'm overweight. Was with my first ds and I conceived in my 3rd month - no complications what so ever! Like you, I exercise and try and eat fairly healthy but I've always struggled with my weight and probably will forever. I'm probably 16/18 but 5ft 8. You're not the first and certainly won't be the last woman to try who's not the 'perfect' weight. Xxx

OP posts:
starsandstuff · 23/05/2018 13:44

@buntingandstarcharts I'm half a stone over the ideal weight for my height so overweight according to BMI. I'm really annoyed with myself because I lost 4stone on SW and this time last year I was 1.5 stone lighter than now. We weren't even thinking of TTC and it was the thinnest and fittest I ever was - then we moved to my mums for 4 months because of rennovations and fell back into bad habits, and im finding it a struggle to get my mojo back Sad But I'm sure the population would be halved if only women the "perfect" weight could conceive so don't worry Wink

Patienceofatoddler · 23/05/2018 13:56

@buntingandstarcharts

I was around 14.5 stone when I fell with my son and daughter. Blush

I have lost weight in preparation for this pregnancy - I recently fell pregnant - I'm now a size 14/16 - 12.5stone but still overweight with a high BMI. I need to be 11 stone (I'm 5ft 6) I think to be in a 'normal' BMI.

Weight is important but not always a deal breaker - Just be as fit / healthy as you can esp now you have the best incentive to be.

FoxyRoxy · 23/05/2018 14:49

Twingy cramps again on one side during the night, nothing else to report here. I would imagine being healthy is more important than a slightly lower BMI, I know plenty of ladies that have higher than "normal" BMI who have conceived fine xx

Anyone else struggling with the urge to test? I KNOW it's too early, but yet am barely managing not to poas. Please help!

8DaysAWeek · 23/05/2018 14:53

Well that's me off work for the next few days. Would otherwise be pleased but now struggling to keep distracted. Keep thinking about ordering tests... might order some to be delivered Friday then test then. I'll be 9/10dpo...

Here's a new symptom for the group - crazy dreams!! Def had them when I was pregnant and had such strange ones the past couple of nights.

Maybe it's just me who's going crazy!!

KimRobs87 · 23/05/2018 16:21

@8DaysAWeek - It's so hard isn't it!! I've been having all kinds of things going on too. I think any of these things can go either way and I really hope they go the right way for us. As we speak my nipples are tingling like mad lol. Xx

Fredthespider · 23/05/2018 16:24

Oooh I had spotting today at 7DPO... trying not to get overexcited by the potential for implantation bleeding! Not planning on testing until Monday.

8days - I'm 'lucky' that we're moving house soon so I've been spending most of the spare time sorting that out which is keeping me occupied. I'd hate to be off work during this time, this weekend is going to be bad enough!

Cloud9889 · 23/05/2018 17:19

Hi guys I am on cd30 of a 34-35 day cycle. I think I ovd on cd21or 22 (going by opks) so I am 8 maybe 9 dpo. I know it’s too early to tell but I am a POAS addict even tho I am TTC #3! So... I had a bfn on frer this morning and IC. I’ve been at work and decided to use a IC. I accidentally dropped it in a shallow cup of wee(!) but straight away a second line appeared. I then thought ah that’s wrong and did a test with another bfp this time dropping it in again. It waalso came up with a line. I then got another IC and did the same with water and it is def bfn. Anyway what is going on? I did another frer and that’s negative and now done another IC but the ‘proper way’and there isbdef something very faint there but it looks a bit thinner than the control line ! Bit confused but fingers crossed

mostimproved · 23/05/2018 17:40

@8DaysAWeek I had a dream that AF started, was so relieved when I woke up and it hasn’t!

@Fredthespider ooh sounds hopeful! I’m also 7dpo and had the faintest bit of spotting again but now absolutely no discharge or any cm at all.

@Cloud9889 show us the pics of the line!

Cloud9889 · 23/05/2018 17:50

If I had done the test without dropping in wee I would be positive but I really think it is just invalid as it is thin I think

I've decided I must be out! I'm so ridiculous at this! X

Frizzy1986 · 23/05/2018 18:07

I'm off to a double exercise class tonight. God help me! Usually have a friend with me, but she's flaked out for the past month or so which means I've been solo. Very bloaty, gassy and more heartburn today. Think it must just be my diet though (as I get my hopes up that it's not)
Hope you all have nice evenings
