Hi ladies! Today is 1dpo (I think?) so just heading into the tww. I'm trying for my 2nd and on C2. Anyone want to keep me company? Xx

@KimRobs87 I think they are your best bet for a bfp 9dpo but implantation might not even happen until 10dpo so again you're not out ifs negative anyway!
I believe that it's ok to drink in your tww (happy to be corrected). The embryo doesn't share your blood supply for a number of weeks after implantation I think.

I’m just starting the tww as well and have also got sore boobs - I had to hold them when I ran for the doorbell earlier! I think I’m only 2dpo so reckon it’s ovulation related.

@8DaysAWeek hello from the June bus - I’m also ttc #2 and about the same time in my cycle.

I’m feeling absolutely shattered and run down. In fact I feel the same way I did before I was diagnosed hypothyroid, even though my last blood results last month were in the optimal range for ttc so may need to head back to the GP and up my dose again.

How are all your DHs/DPs? Do they share in the tww anxiety or are they not at all bothered? Mine keeps asking if I feel pregnant yet

Hi @mostimproved !! I think we are a couple of the super early ones on the June bus. In fact, I might not even hold out until June to test haha

DH is actually quite optimistic which is nice, as I am not. I'm not going to tell him when I test, unless it's positive of course, and if it's negative and AF appears I'll tell him that I'm not pregnant then. I think he can just switch off pretty easily from the TWW as last month he didn't ask once. Though this month he's more interested in what my opks are like. He's not quite got on board with the temping yet!

@8DaysAWeek yes I didn’t realise I would be so early so will probably end up testing at the end of May also! My MIL is staying with us on the weekend of 1st/2nd June so don’t want to be testing while she’s there really!

Hi @mostimproved! My DH is feeling positive this month but tells me to try not think about it and see what happens! Yeah, let's just wait and see said no woman ttc ever! X

My fiancé was interested in the OPKs (though did ask if the solid smiling face meant I was pregnant 🙄) and is half interested in temps. Bless him!

Pretty interesting tbh, can see a definite shift in temps going on. I seemed to drop temp for my whole fertile week and now it's slowly on the up again!
I'm not too stressed about it really, just take temp when my alarm goes off in morning (keep it under my pillow).
I've read it's kind of more useful to confirm things rather than to predict iykwim?

I find temping really interesting too. Again it's nice to confirm ovulation, though I do stress about the individual temps when they happen. I try to analyse them when really they are to be used as a whole to notice patterns.

Think I'm 4 dpo but that's just based on my average cycle length and an app.
Don't feel it this month already though. Ttc #2 and on cycle 2. Have enjoyed dtd every other day since end of af. Trying to keep it relaxed though as stress does not suit me!
Sometimes I'm not sure why I'm putting myself through it again (I say as I sleep in the spare bed with a 4 year old as I promised her on holiday that one night I'd sleep with her. Damn uncomfortable bed!!)

Might have to give temping a go if this isn't our month (although really hope I don't have to! 🤞) @Frizzy1986 - I'm sure it'll be worth it - just make sure you don't promise anything like this again lol x

4dpo here, temping and doing opks as I'm not sure if I'm oving or not since coming off the pill earlier this year. Had LH surge and my app has put me as ov on Thursday because I had a temp drop today (was Wednesday before that so I'm sticking with Wednesday) I'm just hoping my temps stay elevated enough that I can confidently say I've ov this month, a bfp would be a bonus! No symptoms at all so far but previously I've had implantation pain at 7dpo with dc2 and implantation spotting at 8dpo with dc3 and no symptoms before either of those so I'm not expecting anything.

TTC #4, dc2 (5) took 3 years of trying (did bbt for about 2 years) dc3 was a surprise when dc2 was 4m old.

I'm knackered today. No energy at all but then again we were on holiday last week and it's probably just the come down since returning on Friday. DH is the same and I don't think he's pregnant 😂

@FoxyRoxy how crazy are our bodies. You just can't use previous conception times to predict the next ones!

I’ve managed to keep myself distracted today as I’m doing a craft market, but back to my normal work tomorrow which means way too much symptom-googling, and avoiding the temptation to buy pregnancy tests when I go past boots!

I had some fleeting thoughts about ordering some FRERs from amazon then decided against it! Reeeeally trying to hold out until Sunday when I'll be 12dpo as at that point if it's a bfn I'll accept it's not my month.

Been messaging loads of friends trying to fill up the week with things to do! Fortunately working a lot of it.

@8daysaweek I also had the same thoughts about Amazon but was good, I've got some ic's that I can use and prime so if I get a line on an ic I'll order some. Last month I ordered some and had them in the drawer so of course used them both 🙄 I'm trying to avoid doing that again!

I've got a work thing on Friday and will be 9dpo so I think I'll test in case I need to not drink, maybe I'll get a frer for then...?
