Hello everyone!

Starting an April thread because I couldn't see one yet.

I'm 33 (for another week!)
TTC baby number 4
Cycle 3
CD 3
BFP due 11/04

AF is nearly over here, I'll actually be fertile when DP is off work this month which helps. If I get my BFP this month I'll be due in the middle of December.

I'm invoking Murphy's law this month. I'm bound to get a BFP the week before we go for a child free week's holiday right?

@clairehr “During early pregnancy your cervix is likely to feel soft and rise up. The feeling of softness comes as during pregnancy your cervix will contain more blood due to rising levels of estrogen in your body” :) fx

Nope! False alarm. Negative on the FRER. Will check again in the morning but husband was right not to get hopes up.

@clairehr I also ready that a high cervix after ovulation was an indicator of pregnancy, hence why I thought I was out as my cervix was low.

@xLauraa thanks hun it got better by the time we went to bed no deeds though. Doctor booked for Monday so let's see. I'm a bit nervous about it all to be honest and I just hooe they take me seriously

@Owlpatrol that sounds so frustrating! I think that men can be brilliant and sometimes super understanding and other times just have no idea. My DH is so relaxed and is just like it'll happen, don't worry. I'm like 18 months and 2 losses I'm going to worry! Wish I could be so relaxed! Good luck for the docs.

@KnitKitty hope the bleeding stops soon. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. I started trying straight away after my MMC in Dec but didn't catch. Sometimes it helps to wait for af to know everything is returning to normal. Good luck!
@applesauce1 sorry for the bfn on frer but I also think that's a definite line. Keep us updated!
@Passtheaftereights thanks it's a nightmare! Not sure how long I can keep bd'ing just in case!! Hahaha sequoia...excellent. Wish I'd thought of that! 🤣🤣

8th day of high fertility hopefully i have ovulated this month and that it just did not pick up the hormone surge. Never gone this long without peak. x

Today I've woken up with no feelings of symptoms, can't wait till the tww is over so I know where I stand! Feeling slightly depressed today, like you all I just want to see that double line!! ☹️

@applesauce1 How strange on the FRER that's so frustrating! I think that's a really clear line on the IC. I'd test again tomorrow or straight away with another FRER

@Babybeany I'm feeling similar. 5dpo and just feeling a bit flat. We've given ourselves a really good chance but then we always do....

How are you @PassTheAfterEights? When did you ovulate? I don't think we're twins this month are we as I was a bit early in my cycle - due on 14th April

Does anyone else sit at work looking at their outlook calendar and thinking 'I might be 8 weeks pregnant then....' or is it just be who's that crazy?!

Me @sodababy2!! Like a woman obsessed! I also go through looking at milestones, when I'd be due, when scans would be etc etc....

@sodababy2 Always!! We are going on a holiday in June to spain and I looked to see how far gone I’d be. Then I looked at what symptoms I’d be getting if I was pg then too!

I am a google whore! Oh god!! Help me!! 😂

@sodababy2 I do that too! We're on holiday with my in laws at the end of May so I'm like oh I'd be 10 weeks by then so we could go for an early scan before we tell them as it will be so obvious if I'm not drinking. Obvs that won't happen and I'll be drinking and won't have any news to share!!

Waiting is hard, but I think you're right about not getting back on the horse immediately.

I'm still spotting at the moment anyway, and at this rate I see it continuing until AF arrives, so it's a moot point!

If spotting does stop and I get a BPF me and the mr will be "making lurve" as beany said haha... and I don't think we'll be bothering with contraception, but I won't be actively trying and I won't hold my breath for a BFP either. I know AF can take a few weeks to come back anyway; so no point getting hopes up if I appear to be late. Le sigh.

Have we had any BFPs on this thread yet? It's about time to see some pictures of pregnancy tests, even if they're squinters... It gives me hope and a warm happy feeling for others when I see their BFPs :) Come on ladies! As Phoebe from friends says "think thick!"

@soda totally with you all on that! My thoughts this month were oh well at least now I probably won’t be pregnant over summer so I won’t be too hot...

What I thought was the beginning of af yesterday (pinky red, enough to need a tampon, cramps) has just...stopped. Absolutely bugger all today.

As promised AF turned up 6 hours after my temp drop. Congrats to the BFPs, commiserations to the BFNs, see some of you on the May bus...

I got positive ovulation test today but partner is ill and I’m away from tomorrow for the weekend. Hoping we can possibly try tomorrow morning but if not I have close to 0 chance this month agh!
