Hello everyone!

Starting an April thread because I couldn't see one yet.

I'm 33 (for another week!)
TTC baby number 4
Cycle 3
CD 3
BFP due 11/04

AF is nearly over here, I'll actually be fertile when DP is off work this month which helps. If I get my BFP this month I'll be due in the middle of December.

I'm invoking Murphy's law this month. I'm bound to get a BFP the week before we go for a child free week's holiday right? Grin

@chel1888 mine usually dips the day AF turns up - which is today for me, woke up to a hefty temp dive. Just waiting for her to appear now. Bah.

@Pob Haha! That's probably long enough Grin Everything I've read says hips elevated around 10-15 minutes could help.

@Chel My temp drops twice before AF, once a couple of days before she arrives, then up a bit, and drops again the day she turns up. FX your rising temperature keeps rising!

In other news, my cervix has g9ne in holiday. It was there yesterday and today I can't even feel it, so I'm thinking I'm out, just seems mighty early! I'm gutted!

@LP17 that's my rule with alcohol too (now)! First cycle of not drinking in FW for me. In fact I've not drank at all this cycle!

@Owlpatrol that's rubbish about your DH! :( my DP used to be a bit like that and it used to upset me! Can't imagine how it makes you feel after 16 cycles though! Really rooting for you this month, (as every month), did you see the GP?

I'm getting very annoyed, it seems I'm always ovulating when I'm working 😭😭😭
I'm a PA and I work a 48 straight shift so I'm away from home 2 full days so nochance of DTD at all.

I know sperm can live up to 5 days but I want that chance of DTD on OV day! 😪 also OV is early this cycle compared to normal too so I thought I had more of a chance!

Temp went up again. Peed in a pot and dipped. Chucked pee away and got ready. Now I'm wondering whether you can see a line? Why did I throw that pee away?! I have a FRER ready. Shit.

@applesauce1 I think I see it. How many dpo are you? Try holding your wee for 4hrs and try again, I've had a decent line on a FRER with afternoon pee at 10dpo before...keeping fx for you

I think I'll wait until FMU to test with the FRER. Think I'm CD35 and 12dpo. Last month I had a 45 day cycle and I've had as short as a 32 day cycle, so I'm not 100% sure on when I ovulated.

I’m 3dpo now I think. I was so excited a few days ago to think it was definitely going to be our month. Now I’m feeling a bit crest fallen, which is ludicrous as we still have another 10-11 days to go! Last night I thought I had a couple of cramps. Which I know is way too early. My mind and body are playing nasty tricks on me! 😬

I'd given up yesterday and was drinking! I had 2 glasses of prosecco and 2 glasses of wine. Probably fine and thinking I've thrown a few people off the scent for a month. Really crossing my fingers that this is real.

I'll test in four hours with a FRER as I have a two pack.

I'm really bloated right now and had put that down to just being a bit podge from lack of exercise. Maybe it's a symptom. Maybe it's all the crisps. Probably the crisps.

@Babybeany it's way too early to know. Don't give up hope yet. For how many months have you been trying?

Me too @babybeany driving myself crazy today, questioning whether we DTD enough, but surely x 5 bonks in the four days before ovulation has to be enough?? Just didn't do it on ovulation day :/ now worried if we ovulated a day late the youngest sperm would be a day and a half old, which shouldn't be a worry - basically think I need to find a 2ww thread stat and stop driving you all crazy with me

@applesauce1 we fell pg unplanned last June then had a mmc last August. We have been trying ever since. I came off all these chats a few months ago as I think they make me more obsessed/crazy! But when I found out I could have a Christmas Day baby I got all crazy about it again.

@clairehr isnt it a good thing for ur cervix to go high and soft probably why you cant feel it as thats what cervix's do in early pregnancy? read it the other day lol

in other news i used the other clearblue early today with fmu and it was bfn aswell lol so pretty sure af will be here soon

Guys we are on our last day of SMEP today but my cervix has changed today (not as soft as it was yesterday) so I think the opportunity has passed. Weirdly, I had positive OPK on Sunday but my cervix didn't feel really soft until Tuesday. We are following SMEP so DTD Sunday, Monday (twice!!) and Tuesday. Had a night off last night and due to DTD again tonight before resuming normal service. I'm no longer surprised that I haven't fallen yet as this is the first month I've been checking my cervix and now I know that we won't have been DTD at the best times for the past 2 months 🤦🏻‍♀️

Oh, TWW craziness? OK, I'll join in!

I'm 8ish dpo. Cervix is still high and neither super hard like after AF nor super soft like during ov. White thick discharge. Gross.

Boobs are firmer and painful, which would be a bit early for me as an AF symptom, but then I think it was early last month.

I'm totally pregnant, right? Rofl.
