Hi everyone, pretty certain I am out so thought I'd start the next bus for any of us who have had af arrive or like me got a bfn using a frer at 13dpo and certain af is imminenant.

Bfp due 4th august

@loosemoose did you decide whether you're coming off the pill?

@shanners I use an old one I've had for years called (imaginatively) "free menstrual calendar". It syncs with fertility friend tho I never really bothered doing that.

I tend to record every twinge so that I can look back at past cycles and compare - it helps me to know what to expect and stops me getting over excited at every minor cramp etc

Here we go again then. I've got two cycles left before DH is deployed again and the whole thing goes on hold AGAIN! Agh!

Off it. Not taken one since 1/6'although only took about half of previous packet anyway 🙈 As was contemplating when to come off so got complacent. Only thing that was holding me back was my booked laparoscopy that I have now had this week. But took the risk anyway- silly I know. But I knew they would find endometrosis and I guess in my head this is not going to be an easy journey. My only hope that I can get into knowing cycle as soon as possible is I had ovulation pain on Cerezetre including a small bleed so hopefully will continue to.

So I'm having a weird one. I'm on CD2 and my temp is still way high 98.6. Normally it drops to pre-ovulatory temps around 97.5 and then AF starts that day. AF started yesterday on high temp and it's still up. I'm confused. Has anyone else had this? What is my body doing?! X

Here we all go again! What methods do you use to track ovulation? I've invested in one of those fancy CB monitors, hoping it justifies its many ££££ 😳

AF should definitely be here by Monday at the latest and then it is time to start POAS. Anyone else here a self-proclaimed addict? 😂😂

It took 16 months for me to fall pregnant with my dd as had two miscarriages prior to that so was really hoping for it to be easy this time round, but alas it doesn't seem to be going that way! But I have only recently stopped breastfeeding so am hoping that had something to do with it!

@janefx sounds like you are on the ball! I am trying to step up what I record. Was using a simple app called Period Tracker for years but clever me never opted to backup my data, so when my phone broke in May I lost all that information! Raging! It would have been super useful now!

@mrsjones welcome! Thats gotta be stressful having a deadline hanging over your head with the OHs deployment. Fx for August bring the month 😊

@loosemoose think positive! Did they confirm endometriosis? If nothing else, it's better to be in a position now to know than keep trying blindly. You can get advice now specifically about conceiving with enforcement which will be helpful I'm sure.

@dt2016 I'm just starting on the bbt thing (literally 2days ago) so can't offer any advice I'm afraid. Hows the temp looking today?

@firsttime I'm trying to to control the addiction.. Although feel like once we made the decision to ttc last month it suddenly became a full on obsession! 🙈

@veggie welcome! Wow 16 months! Please share any tips you have for staying sane during ttc for multiple months! Congrats on baby #1! How old are they now? And lots of baby dust to you too, we can do this! Did you do anything special when ttc #1?

@shanners a chemical pregnancy is when you are pregnant but only very briefly so you typically get your period at the normal time or very slightly late. I THINK I had one in Jan tho I'll never know for sure

@janefx40 so you get a Bfp but then AF?

Confiremed all around both ovaries. And blasted. Think this is why AF still hasnt arrived but keep feeling like imminent but felt like all week now.

It definitely becomes a full-time obsession! I bought two first response tests yesterday so I am prepared for early August! Nightmare.

Sorry to hear about your endometriosis @Loosemoose28 - hope you're doing ok after your laparoscopy. I had one a couple of years ago, but no endo was found (I was convinced I had it & still kinda am) but they found an infection & polyps.

So excited for all the BFPs in this thread in August! ❤️

Thanks guys. Yes shanners I had a faint bfp on 3 tests on thursday but on friday it was fainter and then af came yesterday. I had one before dc1 as well. In that case I didn't ovulate the next month but hoping that isn't the case this time!

Thanks @Shanners123. Temp still high this morning. V odd. Has never happened before. POAS this morning (wishful thinking!) which was of course a stark white negative. Think I might change batteries in thermometer and see if that's the problem!

Oh! And I use fertility friend, track bbt, cm and cp and use opk. I try to use cheap opk til they get dark then use cb opk (not dual) to confirm. Me and dh are off alcohol and caffeine for last 3 weeks and I take pregnacare. Come on bfp... cycle 6 feels like a milestone

Age: 41 (depressingly - but feel 34!)

I'm approximately six months post miscarriage (MMC @ 13wks), and have a chemical pregnancy in between times. So its been a bit of a bumpy ride to date. I've committed to keep TTC until the end of the year, after which time I'm thinking its not to be.

My body is going for a golden globe.. I'm on cd7 and have the worst nausea in the world. You'd swear it was trying to convince me I'm pregnant which since I've just finished AF is impossible! According to Ovia there's just 23 days until I can POAS #itsgoingtobealongmonth
