holzy, sorry to hear you had such a shitty appointment. She sounds as bad as the woman who scanned me last week, who made me cry and worry like crazy. You should definitely make a complaint!
Really keeping my fingers and toes crossed for all of you, you really deserve some good news! I'm not TTC, but I'm really cheering for all of you from this corner of London.
I'm in limbo - no AF since late January, can't have tests because of that, not sure what to do now as there's nobody at the clinic I can get in touch with. Still worried sick about my 'unidentified mass' in my uterus, but trying to focus on just being healthy.
I agree with SLady, a 'normal' diet is not the answer for PCOS. From my experience, cutting out sugar, reducing carbs, eating more fruit & veg and doing exercise is what works. Fat, especially in the middle area, is one of the issues, and I'm really working hard to get rid of that. My BMI is 20.2, but it's obvious that my rather big pouch and love handles
are 'extra'. The 30 Day Shred videos help a lot.
Hope it's sunny where you all are and you're enjoying some time in the sun today.
