I have decided that a bit more relaxation and not just PMA but visualisation is in order for me. I am also going to do a bit more exercise. I used to be a fitness freak until DS came along and now I don't have as much time.

@missmagpie dairy such as cows milk, cheese, yoghurt, cream etc isn't meant to be eaten/drank by humans it's for other cows. On top of that the dairy industry has some places that use cruelty and unethical processes to maximise milk production plus many more that feed the cows food containing hormones that increase growth and milk production and this leeches into the milk and therefore humans. In his entire life (all 27mths nearly) my son has never had dairy at all because I am dairy free so his milk is naturally dairy free too. Even on his cereal he has bm 😍

A lot of the things I don't allow in the house are down to ethics rather than anything else.

@rainbowsockstoday good luck with the hubby! Totally get what you mean about just making himself available. DH and I are both holding off drinking until after fw. I definitely feel alcohol is a hindrance to fertility. Apart from the odd glass of vino for me for relaxation purposes obvs!! After Peggy has visited though.

Bit miffed because I was meant to be getting back to yoga tonight but the class has been cancelled! Poo! May just attempt some at home...

Thanks for the luck. The bracelet is an odd one because it's vanished! Not snapped like it's meant to I don't think... just gone! Plus it can't be the wish for our new house as the agent has just called and said someone else has bought the dream house because we haven't sold ours yet however new viewers on Wednesday night so I am scrubbing like a crazy person! This week is either going to be baby news, hose news, both or neither 😂

Hi all! Thanks for the lovely mothers day messages :) @dolly yours sounds like it went very similar to mine lol! We gave "only the best parents get promoted to grandparents" and "only the best sisters get promoted to aunties" wooden plaques. I watched my mum read hers then turn to my sister and ask what hers said - she had read it but hadn't taken it in / understood what it meant at all! Then the penny dropped and everyone was delighted. Same as you dolly they were all shocked as no one knew we were trying! My dad even cried! :) First grandchild on both sides so everyone was getting very carried away - even discussing childcare arrangements for when I finish my maternity leave! I had to tell them to chill out for at least 5 weeks until we have our 12 week scan. I have also been told I need to take it easy and slow down and stop working so much ...

I hope everyone is well and having a good Monday :) the sun is out here again so I am counting the time down to 5pm so I can get home and get into the garden! :) xo

rainbow sounds like your a woman on a mission ... I totally get your ethics ref dairy but I've read a little bit of dairy is good - preferably organic ... but what you say is correct so fair play to you xxx
Dp and I had the day off today - spent all morning in bed ... yaaaaaay followed by lunch and a lovely walk .... just what the doctor ordered xxx

Im still here btw, still been reading just not got round to posting.
Moo I was very excited to see your scan pic, thats the next milestone i guess after the bfp, actually getting to see something.

I was supposed to have my hycosy today but it got cancelled, they wanted to reschedule it for Wednesday but I didnt want to do that because thats pretty much ovulation time so it'd mean I was out for the month and Ive been building up all my PMA. DH was like "shouldn't you just get it done instead of having to wait another month" i was like "or i could just get pregnant this month and not have to have one at all"

I also have a fertility bracelet, its moonstone, rose quartz and labrodite which is good for PMA. New this month i've also started listening to a conception related hypnotherapy track. I use hypnotherapy a lot and after what hippy said about the importance of programming your mind to want to be pregnant, i thought id see if I could find a fertility/conception track, so thanks for the idea Hippy:)

@Roseandbee what is the hypnotherapy you have found? I do an hour mindfulness once a night but it's just open mind tracks.

@rainbowsockstoday its female fertility by aluna moon, the daytime session is free in the app store. It starts with breathing relaxation, then goes into a guided meditation in a rose garden and at the end there are some positive affirmations. Its very girly but I like it. My dh usually listens to some sleep and relaxation hypono with me at night and i put this one on instead without warning him about the content haha

So to go alongside my fw being likely to peak whilst we're away with in laws and sharing a room with DD, DH is now poorly and it's really knocked him for six so not sure when we'll get some action in. I'm taking it as a positive as this will end up being one of those not really trying months. We may get a couple of sneaky quickies in.
