Best pictures today Hippy!!!! It's such a sunny day woohoo! Hoping that Doreen and Peggy had a meeting yesterday as I finally managed to DTD!!!! The Black Death cold has started to subside thank goodness. Just in time for Parents' Evening on Monday saying the same thing 32 times over.

Quick question - if you feel ovulation pains, have you ovulated OR are you ovulating?

Salem I think the Black Death has come to my house, I literally can't breathe!!! I always think when I get ovulation pain it's that Peggy is on her way down the tubes looking for Doreen's, however there's nothing scientific about this theory, just my thoughts!! 😂 Xx

salem - I only had ovulation pain once (or so I think) and I took that as my ovulation day as it was about 24hrs after my first positive OPK as well! Get DTD today!

ohb - I didn't know that about lambs/farm animals. I know frighteningly little about what I'm supposed to be avoiding. I was out for dinner last night and was seconds away from ordering the brie starter before my pregnant friend said 'God, I miss brie' .... it then clicked and I panic ordered the pigeon. I absolutely hate pigeon. What even is that to eat?!

I also spewed on the bus yesterday. Which was hugely embarrassing. Although grateful about being on Scotland, as spew on the bus isn't that uncommon an occurrence, so I just rolled with it....ahem.

Thanks @Dolly and @Moo, I will actually go out to night for some well-deserves drinks with the girls. I am fine today, spring really gives me a lot of energy. @Dolly major amounts of sympathy your way, nausea during those early months is not a walk in the park. Hopefully you'll feel better soon. I found the second trimester so much nicer that the first.

For those of you with bfps coming up: I will try to entertain AF as long as I can, but after her visit at @Bella she has become quite high maintenance. So can't keep her here for more than about three more days. Keep the bfps rolling!

@Salem I think there is some individual variation when it comes to how long after positive opk ov happens. So maybe dtd anyway? Glad to hear you feel better!

Afternoon ladies. Had a lovely time in the ☀️ at the pub. Think my tww is over though as had a sudden stabbing pain whilst out (enough to make me jump) and have a sore tummy now so think af is on her way early this month. My mid flow didn't last long either which is always a worry!

@SalemTheTeenageWitch deffo worth doing it tonight. Sometimes I get ov pains 72 hours after. I've read that you can release an egg a few days after opk xx

Thanks for all the sympathy re: the vomiting ladies. It's a small price to pay for being pregnant, one I'm more than happy to go through! Also, my DH has shown his amazing true colours throughout and picked up most of the housework I've been too knackered to do. I am so lucky!

hippy I enjoyed reading up on fertility articles and supplements and actually had DH eating a Brazil nut a day (which he hated!) on the month we got our BFP. Again, could be coincidence but they are supposed to be good for increasing sperm quality!

@bellamoon I always have a day usually cd16/17 where af comes back for 24hrs full on. It's annoying but gone in a day. It's been ever since I had the baby. It's followed by the rest of my cycle having no pelvic floor! Right now though I feel like she might be coming to stay early though 😬

Just quickly dropping in - was stood by the FRER tests in asda and DH told me to 'be patient'. Managed to avoid a throat punch but only just.

Lol well done sophsta!! It's difficult to restrain yourself sometimes, I just tell mine to wait till he's asleep and I'm gonna put spiders on him!! I find the fear in his mind outweighs a throat punch!! 😂 Xx

Evening ladies!! Loving the spring vibes going on. Sunshine brings so much posivtity. Had a lush day in the sun today. Soaking up that vitamin d! Saw my friends delicious newborn. Spent ages gazing at her and attempting to send a signal to my Peggy stash that this is the end goal and to have a word with any Doreen's they meet!

@Sophsta good skills not delivering the throat punch! My DH doesn't like to know when I'm testing, he can't handle the suspense! He wouldn't dare interfere. That,and I do my test shopping on amazon!

@Dollydaydream2829 puking on the bus! Eek! I did it once in the car and carried around some sandwich bags with me after that, just in case!! That's pretty gross when I think about it!!

cakes - thank you .... I'm not going to lie, it is quite hard resisting the temptation to poas especially when you know your hitting the time that you think you should be ovulating and you just want confirmation... but I pledged to chillax and that's what I'm doing :))
