Limit the lows - yes it's a challenging time but being negative gets you down.
I'm thinking positivity breeds positivity and positive thinking gets positive results -
It may take some of us a little longer than others ... but does that matter? I think not.

New rules - instead of saying af due ... we say bfp due ...

So here goes ... my stats

Cycle 3
Bfp due 14/02

MrsB - wow you have the willpower of a superhero if you can wait until CD80 to test. I know exactly what you mean though - the hope keeps you going and a BFN is such a blow.

The symptoms you are having sound optimistic though so fingers crossed. xxx

Will see if I can hold out! Cd65 today. I thought 67 was my longest but checked on Ovia and it's 65. So in theory could test tomorrow. Going to try and hold out til March if I can.

Yep Moo, CD 12 now and using the OPKs- all negative up to now. This cycle I'm using Pre-seed, has any of you lovely ladies had any experience with it?

Dolly - I used preseed last month and will be using again this month - obviously it didn't work last cycle but then I only dtd once in fw so not exactly great odds ... good stuff but I don't think you need as much as it states on tube ... sorry can't remember how much I used xxx

Dolly we're using conceive plus which I think is the same as preseed - I find it of a more watery consistency than normal lube but hoping it does what it says on the tin!! X

You're very welcome Moo . Hopefully you won't peak till Sunday but at least this way you'll know for sure. There's too much uncertainty in this tTC lark as it is so opk and tTC lube your heart out that's what I say
I've recorded my affirmations on my phone and listen to them as much as possible.

I can't believe I still have a week to wait to find out if I got my BFP this month. Does time actually stand still in the 2ww?!
Bella how are you finding it? Anyone else due to test next week?
I definitely need to learn patience from MrsB.

In the meantime I am trying not to symptom spot while also trying to so that I have something to cling on to.
I have definitely had sore boobs though not sure they are as sore now, have 2 massive spots on my temple (I don't really get spots usually) and I keep getting the feeling like I am about to get AF when that would be very, very unlikely a whole week early.

I actually think I am getting a cold so that would probably account for everything!

Magpie ... these all sound like pg symptoms including the cold ... I think that's one too :))) remember to keep warm ... especially your kidneys as feet xxx

Cd6 here and I am actually feeling the same ... time seems to be at a bloody standstill ... you should have your bfp before I even hit peak fertility xxx

I definitely agree that raspberry leaf tea is not in anyway like raspberries we have been testing for nigh on a week in all but so far nothing exactly positive, just a few confusing results. Af was due on the 13th, Dh has decided he'd also like to join a board like this (he's more on track with my body than I am atm!) anyone else's dh very much in the thick of it?

Dtd every other day and on positive opk. Going to start temping this cycle. I'm cycle 4 now. I just don't understand why it's not happening.
PMA took a hit today. I'm going to start running or something because it's bothering me today big time.

You aren't doing anything wrong. It's just how it is. It's a marathon not a sprint, even though you didn't know you signed up for a marathon and was expecting to have crossed the finish line already!

It took me 12 months to conceive my DS and I am on cycle 8 now. It's sooo frustrating, but you just have to think, every month you are one month closer.

Aww sorry about AF phase ☹️ Four cycles isn't really that long in the grand schemes of things (Says me now starting cycle 4 & freaking out 😂)

It's exactly like missmagpie said. Think of it as one month closer to your BFP because it WILL happen. I keep telling myself this. A small the months go by surely it make sure it all more likely? I think I saw a probability thing once an although you have like 25% chance each cycle as each cycle goes on the probability of getting pregnant rises. So by a year like 93% are pregnant!

We shall keep ploddingly on.

Spa evening was nice btw. But the jacuzzi was down for maintenance. Gutted. I'll just have to go again 😆😆

Time seems to have slowed down now 😬😬 one more day at work an then off for 5 for my trip to Florence. Good bloody job. Hate this waiting for FW malarkey

@magpie struggling during this 2WW just like you! it's soooo hard to concentrate on anything. as this is our first cycle TTC i keep convincing myself it's really silly to assume it'll happen first time BUT then i try to convince myself that "well it happens to other folks".... in the words of Caitlin Jenner "the struggle is real" 😂

i POAS on 4/5dpo - still find that hilarious. i'm such a tool!

i'd love to put it to the back of my mind and then suddenly realise i'd missed AF - but that ain't gonna happen now is it? NOPE

DH has been symptom spotting for me, so far we have:-

1. sore/overly sensitive bazongas
2. excessive peeing
3. itchy belly button
4. crazy lady eyes (ie hormonal mess)
5. increased farting - Hahaha

@salem that exact thing happened to me on sunday 🙈 i was visiting family due to the passing of my aunt. showed my cousin my new bathroom on my mobile and she swiped and saw my clear blue smiley. thankfully she just grabbed my arm and closed her eyes. i muttered "haha, not mine"

i wanted to run! couldn't exactly go "oh it's not a positive preggo test it's a bla bla" in front of every one 🙈

as much as i'm 36 in the baby of the family and only married 2 months - i feel like i really am doing the dirty so i'm not gonna start telling my family that we're shagtastic at the mo! lol

@anna i am so jealous of your trip - i have definitely got a travelling bug just now. since honeymoon iv been constantly looking at trips abroad. best get this out our systems before our BFPs xx

@bella yes definitely. May aswell get all the trips out the way while we have the chance. Where did you go in honeymoon? We went to Thailand for ours. Most amazing two weeks ever!
