Ok so I am bravely attempting to set up a new thread for anyone tTC.
Plug in your stats ...
Share the highs of your journey
Limit the lows - yes it's a challenging time but being negative gets you down.
I'm thinking positivity breeds positivity and positive thinking gets positive results -
It may take some of us a little longer than others ... but does that matter? I think not.

New rules - instead of saying af due ... we say bfp due ...

So here goes ... my stats
Age 38
Cycle 3
Bfp due 14/02

Haha hippy today's Google searches for me have included - pregnant dreams, dry skin, chapped lips & hip pain Blush well done on still holding out. I funnily enough have so desire to poas today! Just found out uni results should be out on Friday so I will have that qa well as BFP/AF on the same day eek!

Magpie definitely sounds like it's time!! Make sure you enjoy the dtd before the 2 weeks of madness haha!

Archie there's 6years between me and my brother and we were totally fine so don't worry Smile

Moo31 · 08/02/2017 17:27

Ah magpie that's great!

Oh no you weren't being insensitive sweet don't worry - I actually was lol'ing as I wrote that last comment!

Mama - I was the same - "I want a July to October baby so the aren't the youngest in their school year". But I'm at the point now where I don't care when they are born! Smile

Moo31 · 08/02/2017 17:28

Charley - I have a feeling Friday is going to be a good day for you! Smile

Charley2016 · 08/02/2017 17:34

Fingers crossed moo, although actually anything I feel is for like 2 minutes rather than an actual symptom. I actually feel like I feel too good to be pregnant if you know what I mean. I'm normally a grumpy sod at this time of the month with crippling back ache but apart from my burning boobies I feel great haha!

Also ladies me and my brother were both January birthdays, both went to school at 4, totally loved it and are both at uni. I think it depends more on the child than their age, I see so many children still at nursery at 5 who start to become bored and act up just because they are totally ready for school rather than being with 3year olds so works both ways Smile

Hippychic79 · 08/02/2017 18:07

Charley - glad I'm not the only Google addict ref pg symptoms today :))) funnily enough feel the same ... sysmptoms don't last long, I'm not irritable, and I am resisting the urge to poas :))
Friday sounds promising xxx

I'm always googling pregnancy symptoms too, but my last 3 cycles have been unusual for me, with a lot of cramping and bloating and bits of nausea that now I can't take those as of symptoms.
But I have been feeling better this cycle, the cramps and bloating are less, just getting sort of tingles on the left side that aren't too unpleasant, although fatigue is an issue (but I do have problems with that quite often) and I'm eating more than usual and im more aware of my boobs but they're not like really painful, maybe a bit of a burning sensation like you said Charley.
In an ideal world I'd also avoid having my child be the youngest in the class. Although my family seems to be all Autumn winter birthdays and I think a summer birthday to celebrate would be lovely, but then again I live in nothern england and I'm picturing it like a village fete when really it'll just as likely be peeing it down.

SalemTheTeenageWitch · 08/02/2017 19:04

Hello everyone, happy Wednesday!
Rose I am the same, I don't really want my child to be the youngest in my class. Also, as a teacher, I have set holidays and it would be awful for me to have mat leave when everyone else is off and being paid in full!!! I am desparate to get upduffed in the next 2 cycles as silly as that sounds.

Well done for resisting the urge Hippy. It will be worth the wait when you get a strong BFP!

Hippychic79 · 08/02/2017 19:06

Rose - glad you're feeling better this cycle ... I personally think no symptoms is no news and I'm going with no news is good news :))
In terms of my symptoms I'm sure half of them are in my head / wishful thinking ... as I've never been upduffed before I really don't know how I'll feel and I don't really get any af issues so god only knows what's going on ::)))

Finally home after work, gym and food shopping. Tiny bit of pink cm on wiping this morning and again at 6 this evening. No sign of anymore - I had a good root around!! Lol. FX AF stays well away. Running out of patience now. Looking forward to seeing some bfps on here soon. X

Roseandbee · 08/02/2017 20:44

Fx for you Barnett

That's true Hippy, after all the symptoms I've had the past two months, having no or less symptoms, is now classed as my new pregnancy symptom! Yeah I reckon symptom spotting is most reliable for people who have been pregnant before. Through all my research I've read a lot of stories where women are like, "I saw a carrot and it made me cry, which is exactly what happened with my first" or I "sneezed and burped at the same time and then I just knew!" Heehee

So here's a fun question what's your strangest off the wall symptom this month?

Hippychic79 · 08/02/2017 21:14

Fx for you mrsb ... sounds promising xxx

Hhhhmmm strangest off the wall symptoms this month has to be my blood shot eyes at the beginning of the week and I've just got out the shower and noticed a rash at the top of my leg which was most likely caused by the aforementioned hot shower ... but of course that got googled as well 😂 Google hq are probably having a good old laugh at me today :)))

Hi Salem - I missed your post earlier as you probably posted as I was typing ... sorry Hun! I know what you mean about being more desperate to conceive some months than others although that said I just want it to happen now :))
I really hope your right ... about the strong bfp ... that's assuming the witch doesn't show up .... I'm grateful i get no af symptoms but then at the same time it makes the last few days of the cycle even more nerve wracking ... i find myself going to the bathroom every half hour just to check .... I just hope if she's coming she hurries the hell up!

Mrs I've just had the same! Really light pink CM. I have a feeling I'm out. I doubt it could be IB at 12dpo Sad although if it's my period I'm annoyed that my luteral phase is different!

Loving all the symptom spotting ladies! I love when you hear the totally strange ones haha

Hippychic79 · 08/02/2017 21:29

You never know Charley ... your not fully out till the witch shows ... and good work for not poas ... what's the bets your upduffed and when you do find out you'll wish you'd tested today :))) fx mate xxx

What's your craziest symptom rose? Xxx

OP posts:
Charley2016 · 08/02/2017 21:36

Oh and last months crazy symptom was a twitch under my left eye for like a week Confused and yes I googled it haha A LOT!

Roseandbee · 08/02/2017 21:43

Well I've been having a long hard think. And I've decided I'm definitely pregnant as I've been having fits of giggles when I'm trying to go to sleep and I popped into see my mum and I swear she kept looking at my belly.
Don't know if I can't count this one as it's most probably not a pregnancy symptom when it's not you, but my husband randomly threw up yesterday morning, I was so jealous, lol
Charley a bit of bleeding around the time of your period can be normal too. Like they often say if you've had a strangely light period then it could be pregnancy, some women even have a normal one?! I answered someone's post who sed they had some light bleed at AF time & it turns out they got a bfp

EMHW123 · 08/02/2017 21:44

rose is that right?! If so I may need to test now! 😂😳😳

mrsbarnettsbaby · 08/02/2017 21:57

Cd57 for me. No idea when I o'd as my temp up and down and I've never had a positive opk (although I haven't really bothered with them much this cycle). So not sure if it could be ib or af. Boobs killing still I might add! Will test a week on Sunday if no AF before then.

Moo31 · 08/02/2017 22:58

Rose the big toe on my left foot was itchy last month - convinced myself it was an early pg symptom!

And yes I have got into the bad habit of doing a test the morning after my period just to make sure!

Hippychic79 · 09/02/2017 06:19

Rose - I can't see why you can't count those as symptoms - they're no less crazy than mine, Moo's and Charley's :)) nausea envy made me laugh although on a serious note I hope your dh is feeeling better xxx

Mrsb - I think your patience is rubbing off on me ... fx you xxx

Thanks for the reassurance everyone. No bleeding this morning. Checked my CM and there's hardly any there but what is there is still white. I just can't possibly get my head round it maybe being implantation. It's strange when you're so used to seeing any pink/red and assuming it's AF. I've never had spotting before my period before, but then I wouldn't ever have noticed it without the mad nicker watch because there was so little of it. I also still don't have any backache. Suppose I will know one way or another today... hopefully! Smile

The symptom spotting made me giggle! I'm so glad I'm not the only one. Rose I've heard of a few stories of men getting sympathy sickness so you never know Wink I think rashes, itching etc can all be down to the increase in hormones and temperature so maybe not so crazy ladies!

MrsB you've done amazing not testing. Hippy did you still hold out too?

Hippychic79 · 09/02/2017 08:59

Morning Charley - I'm excited for you ... I'm reluctant to get your hopes up as I'm tying so hard to get my own up.... but eeeeeeek :))))). Fx for you my friend xxx
I have already had a million wee's today and have totally refrained from poas ... I'm not sure if this is the right strategy or not but I'm trying ... I'm cd26 today an since July my cycle length has been - 26, 28, 27, 29, 29, 28, 26..... so I'm on constant knicker watch from now!
My cm is same as yours ... White and not too much ... have to go looking for it if you know what I mean :) yesterday it was white and wet creamy ... sorry tmi
