Is there anyone else on here trying for their first baby around the same age as me? 25/26? Would love to talk to someone about it as I am currently driving my husband mad with all the TTC chat!

Great to hear your GP being so reassuring and sending you for bloods straight away claire - let's hope you get some answers equally as fast!

Sorry twisted no advice on that from me either, but I think you're right in taking a step away from OPKs if they were stressing you out too much. I know there's probably no scientific basis for it but I do believe being as relaxed as possible about things might help TTC... just need to listen to my own advice now .

Fourth month trying. Am yet to pick up a positive OPK. But...?? Is this positive??

Yes I just wish my husband wasn't out at his work Christmas party! Fingers crossed that tomorrow isn't too late to dtd...

Yes. Yes he is! He definitely has not stopped drinking in this effort to TTC!

Oh dear. Well I've been told that with a positive opk you have 12-36 hours until you ovulate so fx. Feed the hangover, do the sympathy then pounce!! Good luck x

Will it show positive if you've already ovulated?

After you ovulate you will start to see it fade again I think, don't think it just disappears xx

well for me the only thing that has happened is, I got an almost positive on Friday with a OPK but it wasn't that dark! I tested for a few days after and it was just getting lighter and lighter and now there's no line at all since Wednesday.. So I guess I'm in the 2ww. I'm not sure if that helps you out at all mrsj X

Maybe you had already ovulated then amz!? We dtd twice already this morning so hopefully...!

Yeah I think that's the case mrsj I think I ovulated about the 15th 🤔 Can't be sure tho haha.. It's so all so confusing x

Can't be sure if these stomach cramps are anything to pay attention to or if it's just all the food I've eaten last few days....!

Was quite shocked when I didn't get pregnant on first cycle - I hadn't realised how tricky it was! We aren't using OKPs or anything at this stage, just doing it when we fancy it and seeing what happens!

Hello London. I was surprised also- threw myself into it first two cycles. Worked out when my alleged fertile period was, dtd lots around then and thought I would be pregnant just as simple as that. You spend your life thinking if you have sex once without protection it's the end of the world and you'll end up pregnant when in reality it's much much harder than that!! Fingers crossed for you on this next cycle.

Merry Christmas to all, my gift to everyone is baby dust. I'm headed towards ovulation according to Ovia & symptoms so my husband thinks all his christmases have come at once with my new found spontaneity 😂😂

CD 7 here so I'm sitting and eating rind washed unpasteurised soft cheese made with raw milk. I think I'm due to ovulate 4th Jan, so want to get it all out of the house before then.
DSis bought DH a huge selection of gourmet cheeses so it's a big task, but I'm sure I'm up to it

Happy Christmas Everyone! I'm still none the wiser... Having some pink spotting but still no AF. On day 42 currently (longest I've had so far is 46) ... I'm at my mums for Christmas as my partner is working all Christmas so haven't brought any tests or anything with me so haven't been tempted to check! New development is sore nipples (just nipples not boobs).

I still think ive got a hormonal imbalance but ill see when I get back on the 30th!

Any good news from anyone?!

So I've been sleeping all day and been really sick so I took another test and me and my oh are sure we can see a line!

He's is very chilled about this so I know he would tell me if I was seeing things! The pictures are very hard to make out!! What do you thing? X
