Don't stress, stress is bad for your eggs
. I have found that fertility food is really good for weight loss too so you might be able to kill 2 birds with one stone! I don't need to lose weight but I suffer a lot from terrible IBS and so far the fertility diet has helped me, which in turns helps me relax.
I eat a lot of bright vegs (broccoli, spinach, red peppers, asparagus etc), pulses (lentils and quinoa are really good), salmon, mussels, nuts and probiotic yoghurt, all of which are really good for egg health 
I've stopped coffee and alcohol (and sugar) and some days it's hard but it's for a worthy cause.
And as Karen says water is good!!
