Wheely, if you are convinced all is not right then you should def go to docs, after my m/c last year cycle has been even worse than usual - went to docs, had bloods taken, hormones all wonky so was sent to see the consultant who dealt with m/c. Was told to go back in 4 months (grr...) but at least the ball is rolling now

got sore nips and some bloating so reckon AF might have remembered me after all.

I will go to the doctors. My cycle is pretty 'normal' but just other things make me think hormones are up the creek ! Well I guess they can only tell me to go away can't they !

Morning all! I'll sign on in an hour or two when I've done another flipping opk. The line has been getting steadily darker for the last couple of days, it may actually be positive today.

dh and I have been busy

morning. cd 22 here and i feel like death warmed up. I have a cold which isn't a full cold, but one with a yukky headache, a scratchy sore throat and a full nose that runs occasionally. Thank god it is (hopefully) not a day where i need to bd.
just wanted to moan

my lovely dh took dd to school though and i had a nice extra sleep and am not doing any housework except washing today!!!!!

Hi Wheelybug - m/c was a bit complicated, started in early Aug when should have been 11 weeks, was a missed m/c and scans showed it happened at 5 weeks. However it did not all come away and another scan at end of Sept showed some still there (altho they weren't sure if it a second m/c or still the first as AF had not visited). Had ERPC on 2nd Oct. When was yours?
4 months seems like forever away to me, esp when they know what the prob is but won't give me anything to correct it (had clomid to conceive first pg due to same probs). Consultant wants cycle to settle down first - ha! if he read my notes he would know it is unlikely to!
I would definitely go to the docs tho, tell them your symptoms and ask for blood test to check hormone levels, even if they tell you to go away then they know your worries and if you have to go again at least they will know how long you have been trying.

mum03 - I would love to be your pregancy buddy next week, I'll keep my fingers crossed for both of us!!! What age are your children (I have probably asked before), mine are 5 and very nearly 3 and both girls. Did it take you long to concieve before?

I feel such a fool as i've realised i've got my dates wrong.

I thought i was due on yesturday, but realised i am due on around the 8th i think. So i tested for nothing silly me.

Is it possible to concieve at the end of the month/cycle??

I just have this thing atthe back of my head saying i'm pregnant but it could be that i want it so much too. I've tried to keep away from this thread because it was making me think too much. but alas i am back on here.

Goingfor3 - my children are dd age 2 and ds age 3, I took 4 cycles to concieve with both of them and am currently on cycle 3 now, so feeling madly confident (no reason why I should)

Pinkslippers - the 8th isn't too far away...hope you get a positive

LondonLottie - not sure how it works with IVF so I have put my natural - expected times down and hopefully will know more by the end of the week. Ive got a cycle forecast and it has been spookily 100% right for the last 4 months! Would like to think that they keep you as near to natural cycle as possible when doing IVF - but I can feel another question to the Doc coming on - If anyone else knows any different do let me know.

Fleacircus - thanks for getting us all into order could do with a couple of you at work

Pinkslippers - I think end of cycle /start is the lowest fertility time but if you ov early you could be fertile from day 4 or so onwards!.... saying that, if you ov'd late then what you think is the end of your cycle may not be - do you know when you ov'd - I think I am rambling and better shut up

aaargh, never wanted to see af so much, where is she (i know its only 3w6d since the ep,) but shes always on time 28d cycle. without fail! knowing my luck she'll be late!

Gulp! I'm due on Friday.

Each cycle since having my coil removed and ttc, i've mistaken pre-menstrual symptoms for early pregnancy (or convinced myself they're early pregnancy symptoms - you know how it is). This time though, i'm feeling perfectly normal - just had a day of sore boobs a few days ago but that's it. Oh i wish i could just go to bed and wake up and it be testing day. These last few days are soooooooo tortuous!!

PB - I know how you feel CD31 here (in a 28-32 day ish cycle). ITS DRIVING ME MAD. Desperately don't want to test but am running out of willpower.

Have had sore boobs for 3 days although have been getting sore boobs pre-AF since m/c so am sure it will turn up today.
Even though am sure it will arrive, every day it doesn't a little bit more hope builds up so am trying to prepare myself for a big sob.

Sorry to gatecrassh but i was on the TTC boards end of last year, most of you would have know me as ticklemepinkwithtinsel !!

I got my BFP in december after a rough year and 1 missed m/c and am now 16 weeks.

Juciylucy kindley sent me some Ov sticks and i found out i was preg day before they arrived and same happened with her, so if anyone is intrested i have some going spare ( i think about 12)

peanutbutter- did you have a mirena coil? Only that's exactly what happened to me- the most ghastly pmt for 2 weeks a month for two years after having the bleddy thing out. Would never have another one.

So.. ran out of willpower and tested - of course was negative. Obviously but was getting my hopes up so much that when AF arrives it would have been worse. So at least I know now. Really shouldn't have tested today though it adds to my long list of disasters that have happened today [weak melodramtic ]
